The pastries were moist and soft inside, and not overwhelmingly sweet, which was a large plus factor for me. I went here multiple times and service was hit or miss, depending on the worker present. The customer service was great. The lady behind the desk spoke better English than me. The coffee was made with care. The selection was perfect. They also accepted Apple Pay!

Studded with raisins, delicious nutty wholewheat flavour and not too sweet.
Bouchées aux olives – 5 stars
Small rectangles savoury from the cheese and olives. Chewy moist texture.
Pompe à l’huile – 4 stars
I’ve never had orange blossom bread before (or much orange blossom) and this was incredibly fragrant. It was too dry though and probably could’ve used butter.
Pissaladière – 4.25 stars
The onions were nicely caramelized on a thin crust. No anchovies. Would’ve tasted better heated up.

This place is not friendly to GF. The bread, cookies and mixed and baked in same ovens and regular gluten products. The staff touch all products with the same gloves and slice the bread on the same board as the gluten items. Very disappointing that they even mention GF in the website.
i’ve been to 50+ countries and this place has the best bread out of them all. i lived in Nice for almost a year and would buy their bread at least twice a week. even after i left i would think about their bread a few times a month. when we came back this week our first stop was to buy a loaf of their white sourdough. the owners and employees are VERY nice even when my french is terrible (they’re fluent in english also). i absolutely LOVE it here
