Thanks to Sarah and her team for making these good sourdough breads, a real treat. And bravo for the monthly innovations that allow us to discover exceptional flavors.
Too bad, it’s raining in London and impossible to eat inside. Obviously reserved for staff and at the end of the meal, it is obviously open to everyone except us. This place had been chosen because there was a room inside. The environment is very noisy. And the toilets are unusable. The paella is tasteless, maybe because we are used to real Spanish paella.
Well we’re not going to lie to each other, it’s not given. On the other hand, in terms of quality, it’s really high level, good traditional bread that reminds me of the one I ate in the countryside when I was younger. I recommend!
