From visiting this bakery, it’s evident that the baker loves his job and doesn’t settle for any results than the best. I have been happy with everything I’ve tried. Highly recommended for those who want a real, artisan bakery.
First time that I enter a bakery as simple but which exudes an exceptional atmosphere.
The baker seems to be passionate.
There is very little product but it is quality.
The cookie that I usually prefer soft was very crunchy with dried fruit, almost whole, just delicious. The brownie was the same. And the bacon focaccia and the very gourmet cheese focaccia (dough as garnish)
And the prices are more than reasonable.
We are not from Angers but I hope to return.
We would like small shops like this on every street corner. The team is talented and knows how to highlight quality. A real pleasure to spend every day in this simple and warm little shop with a thousand delights.
Do not stop at the sometimes pejorative connotation of “simple” when we seek complications and always more in our lives which no longer know how to marvel: in simplicity lies excellence. Indeed, quite simply. But excellence is demanding.
And icing on the cake: the team is warm and passionate.
In short, I recommend and I hope that people will push this door to support a craftsman essential to the beauty of our daily lives.
As its name suggests, the range of products offered by this bakery may be less varied than in other bakeries, but they are all excellent as it is hard to find!
