Excellent artisanal bakery. A bit pricey but worth it.
Attention limited choices to favor quality, they do not make croissants or pain au chocolat but rather brioches. They also do pizza. I will come back to taste their sourdough bread
A superb discovery. All their breads are very tempting.
For a first I am delighted, the michette is very good and then the Alma brioche an incredible little rascality.
The welcome and the service at the top, by the baker himself!
It’s good to find real artisans of good food, and in particular good bread. I recommend the hazelnut/fig/apricot bread which is delicious and rich in hazelnuts. Their little buns are also very good but lack a bit of softness. We also really like pizza.
Everything is homemade, before our eyes, the ingredients are fresh and above all the brioches are not too sweet and leave no aftertaste. The flavors are raw (in a good way) and original. I recommend the Alma brioche with orange blossom, the dosage is perfect, it’s a real favourite.
