    Full disclosure, I’ve never been a big fan of Best buy. You can forget about any form of customer service. We went to this location specifically for an open box dishwasher my wife saw online.. there were parts missing. The item was dented, all of which were not mentioned online and the condition it was listed as was perfect. We also asked the sales associate some other questions about the machine itself and we were told lies (for instance, was told the item was in pristine brand new condition. Customer just changed their mind on color and it had never been hooked up… It doesn’t quite explain missing parts and dents… ) and wrong/ incorrect information (one example is we were told that all dishwashers no longer came with the drain hoses, as the hose was missing for this unit. I pointed out four of them on the floor that have drain hoses either attached to the side/back or one inside the tub) on four different questions. We then pointed out the discrepancies and the pricing not being reflected and not matching what they said in the online description. Part of this was done with the sales associate on the floor and part with the manager that we asked to speak with. Needless to say we didn’t purchase it and left.

    Parking was easy. Store was neat and clean. Not 1 but 2 very helpful young men approached me and offered to help me find what I was looking for. There was only 1 left in stock according to the website and it was somewhere in the back. If they had not stepped up to help I would not have been able to find or get what I went there for. One of them rang me up at his counter so there was no waiting at check out. My hats off to the sales staff and also the managers at Best Buy. They are doing a bang up job.

    The employees make buying electronics here better than anywhere else. I had a challenging transaction involving Best Buy’s modem recycling program. The associates took the time to rework my pickup order and apply my recycling discount. A Geek Squad member even hustled across the store to deliver my coupon. I appreciated the effort.

    Purchased a washer, and paid to have it installed. Randy and John were recommended to me by Bob, the appliance department manager. He said they had a 100% star rating and were the best team from PTG. They came this morning with the washer and installed it. All I can say, is that they were FANTASTIC!!! They knew what they were doing, stayed until the test cycle was complete, made sure the washer was leveled, (by the old school method, and not a phone app), and were very friendly. I intend on having them install my dryer, when the time comes. My experience with this team, was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them for washer and dryer installations.     The waitress brought the correct food, but it was prepared wrong. My “Rare” Kodiak was almost char broiled in the center. The waitress stated the cook have a standard they are required to use, and wouldnt take it back. The woman said they no longer have a selection of cheeses. So I couldn’t get pepper jack. The fries were squishy and greasy.
    I have always had a great meal previous. I guess there quality and service is going down the tube like every one else.

    I purchased a computer. A week later I noticed the computer was on sale for several hundred dollars less. I went to the store and per their price match guarentee I was refunded the difference. I was pleased.
    The only complaint was that they were having difficulty figuring out the process to issue the refund. There were three individuals working on my refund for about ten minutes. During that time I was spoken to once. “How may I help you” and then I was not spoken to or my presence acknowledged until one of the associates was able to figure out the process and finish my transaction. I felt a nuisance rather than a valued customer.
    However, they did honor their price match guarantee.

    Justin in the TV department was really good. It was a low ticket item but he was really awesome. I did notice other people that needed help but most of the other employees were talking about personal stuff in their lives out loud for everyone to hear or just goofing around with one another. Justin was a professional and was sincere. Give him 10 stars.

    Items supposedly in inventory were not there, items there not in inventory, shelves a complete mess, all but one of the staff actively avoiding patrons, and it took 10 minutes for the one polite kid at the counter to scan items and take money. I did find enough on hand to get by but Newegg and Amazon are better options pretty much everything at this point.

    Went to get a PS5 controller, arrived over an hour before posted closing time and was informed upon entering that they were closing. They weren’t rude about it, but I thought it was a bit odd. I was in and out so not a big deal, but might be worth updating business hours online and on the door to prevent confusion.

    Had a very bad experience with a service appt. to mate a brand new pencil to a tablet. Apple scheduled it with this Best Buy. The tech confirmed that the
    pencil was defective and said they would have to send it for repair. We had to drive over an hour to get to this store and when I asked if they could just replace the pencil the tech replied “we don’t just give away or products for free”. This was not my fault and I know it was not Best Buy either but if they contract with Apple for service this should be an option. No other explanation was given by the tech. I will not return to this location because they seem to think that I was attempting to get something for ” free ” out of them and their customer service was horrible.

    Middle of a remodel currently (2022) but I’ve always had great customer experience at this best buy. I’ve purchased multiple cell phones, apple devices, and 2 tvs among other things.
    Employees here are knowledgeable, friendly, and plentiful. Never had to wait for help and never had an issue with employee knowledge.

    Had to return an expensive computer part that was in a damaged product box. The shipping box wasn’t harmed. Therefore the conclusion of it all a fragile electronic part was dropped with considerable inertia…oh well ship it. Not a good experience. So on returning said product no one offered any apology or empathy….instead I was met with a wall of provocation to an argument. I did not engage. I did call the behavior. Ok now who heads this store you are accountable. It cannot be shared nor passed off. Those under you are responsible to ensure the client has a great experience. You at the top are accountable. I recommend you hire a consultant to give customer service training. I would like to see your store succeed. All the best to you.

    Friendly people and decent prices similar to what Amazon has for sale.

    They are renovating the store so you can’t actually go inside. You wait outside and tell them what you want and they bring it to you. They also have a limited selection due to the store renovation. Maybe I will reevaluate them after they complete. If you’re looking to do some shopping it’s best to go to one of the other Best Buy’s located in the area.

    2nd Best Buy bungle of the day. Called from another store to see if they had a product in stock since the previous store didn’t but said at Matthews did. They said they had it in stock and could even sell it to us in the phone. We said no thanks we would be there in 30 minutes. Make the drive. Get here. No product. Apparently they don’t take calls at the store level, only at call centers. Pretty sure my husband nor I will ever give Best Buy another dollar of our money. Time to find a new electronics and television store. This has always been our go to chain to shop at. No longer.

    Curbside pick up has been very convenient & the wait time is 5-10 minutes max. Best buy has a variety of items online that you wouldn’t expect an electronics store to sell.

    Nice store, a lot of cool gadgets. I know everyone prefers buying electronics online these days but it’s cool to actually go to Best Buy and see the displayed products face to face sometimes. It does seem like they are a little understaffed

    Actually a zero is worthy for them. I bought a washer, and the sales rep was nice. That was Thursday (06/16/22), and I was told that the delivery would be on following Wednesday (06/23/22). Okay. I specifically scheduled that to be afternoon. And Jonathan from the Geek Squad left a message at 10:40 am if he could show up. I called him back around 12:00 pm to remind my appointment was between 12:30 and 4:00 or something like that. He called back again and showed up around 2:00 pm. To make it short, he took the old washer, which I asked, but still the stainless hoses attached and made damages to the wall and entrance during the process of hauling the old one out and bringing a new one in. I noticed the wall damages so I pointed out and Jonathan took pictures. He then called and left a message that I should call Best Buy. I did that, talked to somebody, and got the case number. I was told somebody would call me back in 48 hours. Well, that was June 22nd, and nobody has absolutely called me back or anything. I filed a complaint on July 1st with BBB. And of course, nobody still has not responded. I am about to make a complaint to the Office of Consumer Protection. A short summary: They suck and they don’t care.

    Bought an open box washer. Your usual box store experience. Not enough employees to help you when you need some. I discovered some oddities in my shopping between here and Lowe’s. I have pics for you to take note of. Item…the 565 Maytag top-loader. The retail price: Lowe’s $799, Best Buy $719. Sale price: Lowe’s $719. Get the scam here? Lowe’s is jacking up the prices like some car dealership. The open box price was $575 at BB. They offered free delivery, but I couldn’t wait until July 6. Picked it up the next day. The young staff had trouble with the transaction as the rep who I made the deal with previously set it up for delivery. He said it’d be no prob to change it if I came in and picked it up. Not exactly. It took them a little longer to figure out how to change the order and find my merchandise than I would have preferred. They had the machine wrapped in bubble wrap. Two reps loaded it my small SUV.

    One star not deserving of that. I have been a customer here for 20 years spent a lot of money. had a return today as was never ever treated so rudely by a manager by the name of James. I feel it in my best interest to take my business elsewhere. For those of you considering shopping here I’d reconsider I am all about good customer service it’s no longer here…!!!!

    New workers are not trained properly and left to fend for themselves. I returned a phone earlier this year. And purchased another on sale. Instead of crediting my account $211 that I was owed. They changed the new phone price to full price and put the credit toward that. The worker was new and didn’t catch it. I disputed 3 times. Once in person and twice through corporate. Very disappointing be careful

    walked in and got lost because I can’t do technology to save my life. instantly someone came over and I showed them a pic of what I needed and they lead me to the item (a keyboard/case combination for a tablet) and got it for me and handed it to me. very polite and intuitive! the cashier was also cool. I talked to both people casually like we were friends. most the time I talk way too much but they were totally cool and talked back like we were friends. super nice!

    The customer service we received was superb. Came here because they had the iPhone 14 pros in stock and we needed two. Hubby and I are truck drivers and could not wait on ordering since we have no where to send em to and don’t stay in one city too long. He must have spent over an hour with us switching our lines from one carrier to another, and making sure everything was in working order including our smart watches. I’ve waited to long to do this review and cannot remember his name but he was the man to see for AT&T plans! He was just the kindest and most patient which is rare especially with younger generations! Just an excellent person!

    Appear to have a shortage of people to assist on the floor. Wait time was not too long though. Individual who came to assist with my questions regarding dash cams answered questions in detail.     They over charged my account taking 3 different amounts out of my bank. I was only making one purchase of 2 items. The website was wrong and I couldn’t pick up one of the items so I cancelled that item. Still over a month later with more than 10 hours of phone time with them, multiple lies from their representatives over the phone I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK. Will NEVER buy from these thieves again.

    Will never come here again. Brought a Pixel 6a unlocked for 349.99 on 10/2/22 came back to try to return 10/24/22 only used like a week before going back to my iPhone. had receipt, original box and paperwork and all accessories. Was denied refund for being 6 days past 15 day policy. Even though they give 30 days for devices that are able to be activated on Verizon which this is as an unlocked Google device. I was told that if I was a member of one of their top tier member programs I would have gotten a 60-day return policy this is predatory in nature and ensures that I will never spend another dime here especially when I go right up the street to Target by the same device and get a 30 day return policy, with all predatory practices definitely would not recommend this company, as a soldier my entire unit will hear about this and I’m sure none of them will support this company either.
