Even though it was very crowded with it in the holidays, we found what we needed quickly and went through self-checkout. Overall experience was fantastic. Walmart staff was as helpful as usual. Always quick with merry Christmas and happy New Year

This walmart supercenter at Lagniappe way is great as your one stop for all your shopping needs. It has by far the greatest selection of items in all of Tallahassee’s walmarts, with fresh produce to garden items. Everything is super organised and you will merely find any stuff lying around on the floor not in their designated spots. All their sections are always neatly stocked up. The staff is always moving around and working. This store tends to get busier than other WalMarts in Tallahassee and sometimes they run out of fresh produce. They have a subway inside, too. So, you might get a sandwich just in case you are hungry walking around the big store. Their garden section offers a wonderful selection of amazing plants and other outdoor items. And they also have a free kiosk, where you can get free samples of items they have for the day.

It is getting so bad when you go to the Walmart and you cannot get around because they either no buggies no scooters inside the building most of my Outdoors especially if it’s raining. I am a slightly this able person that cannot walk that far I will go in if there’s nothing to write in I even sit down and wait for a while then some of them may ask you can they help you and make her look for one minute they usually be outside but it is ridiculous that they’re not they do not cater to the handicap and we have customer said a very rude but disrespectful to each other because they sit there waiting on me husbands and wives children to come get through shopping and they sitting on the scooters with they should be asked to get off and let someone else use them and then they they just sit they’re not even using the scooters they should be a sign on there if not using please be courteous and let someone else use them.

Most unhelpful experience I’ve ever had in any Walmart to date. Spent over 20 minutes waiting for the pet flea medicine cabinet to be opened after pressing the call button numerous times and asking 2 different employees (both very dismissive and unhelpful). I left without receiving the service I came for and spent money elsewhere. I find it very offensive that a paid employee would waste my time off work by not doing their job to the fullest. I don’t blame the employees. I blame their lack of training. Walmart, be better.

So, has anyone noticed how they take pickup orders but then no one is working and all pickup spaces are full and after an hour there’s been no one working the pickup area? Don’t understand why they take pickup orders but then can’t provide the service when you arrive? It’s always had problems with employees taking what they want from your order while awaiting pickup, and trying to get a refund is next to impossible because they won’t respond or when they do it’s always “I got you taken care of”, but the refund never comes…….$80 on last order. With the employee theft/refund problem it makes it a very expensive place to do business. The convenience is gone and so am I.

I always go in only needing one item but end up leaving with much more, especially as the holidays get nearer. Great gift ideas and great prices. I’m an evening shopper and with each visit the night employees continue to be helpful and friendly.

The men in the auto center Mr. Kim, Ron, Juice everyone at this location in the auto center I apologize if I forgot someone’s name provided exceptional customer service. They really went beyond and above to help me and understand what I did and did not need for my car needs. Thank you all again for providing stellar service

Only one cashier and lots of people in line at checkout. Realized later I and left one bag at the checkout. Called every line at Walmart and
NO ONE answered for over 39 minutes ! Customer service dept is a joke . Someone should give a phone to the greeter a person never appears busy . Prices are not what is posted . Walmart you need to get your act together . See people talking on their phones and not waiting on customers . Don’t usually rant but suggest changes could be made to improve store .

Best Walmart in town. I don’t feel like I have to clutch my bag and walk to my car faster than usual.

They sell more hypoallergenic and natural products in this one that the others never carry. This one usually has the thing you need in stock.

I’m disabled so walking is hard for me.. this location didn’t have enough electric chairs..
Bought a cart full.. got to the garden shop, 3 girls standing around doing nothing.. yet no registers were open.. I didn’t have the energy to walk back up front.. so I left my stuff and walked out of the garden exit..

Busy place on this late Thursday afternoon, pickers we’re all over the store getting pick up orders ready… Found everything I wanted, alas inflation has hit with some of the prices… But, Walmart makes one stop shopping easy… One recommendation, please have someone pick up all the trash around the outside of the store…

Do not do Pickup from this location, it’s so trashy. It took 20 minutes to get my order. Walmart on Tennessee is better. They placed raw meat with cheese. It was a hot mess!!!

I was trying to buy some headphones that were on the app priced @ $49, but when they were pulled out of the case they were marked $90. So the very helpful young man working there, help me to get into the app and pay for it at the price is said, and come back and pick it up at curbside. Customer service at times seems to be becoming a thing of the past, but I was delightfully surprised by this young man’s attentiveness and helpfulness with my needs, and I definitely expressed to him my appreciation!

OTR Long Haul Owner Operator Truck Driver. So I drive all over the country delivering good from coast to coast. On my journeys I stop all the time for one thing or another. Walmart are a big deal for truck drivers for many reasons. 1. We drive 80′ vehicals and at times it’s hard to find a place to park due to certain regulations. 2. We as Truck drivers need supplies, food, water, hygiene, medications ect. Walmart is normally a one stop for us. This Walmarts Parking lot is designed sadly to prevent Semis from being able to park and shop ect. The front lot is built where there is no way for a semi to safely move around in. There is a dock on the back but there again not large enough for more than two trucks max. This Walmart was not very clean and the department where very disarray, as well as many empty shelves. Walmart closes at 11pm. So there is plenty of time to stock. This Walmart you constantly had to dodge employees pulling dollies due to they where in full sticking mode around 800pm. Might have been that they where having problems with receiving items. Not sure. I just post what I see. The employees that I spoke with where very friendly as well as helpful. Thx

This walmart at North Monroe is great. It is amazingly organized. I have never found stuff lying on the floor at this store. The self checkout are always working. The restrooms are clean. The green groceries are always fresh and in their right places. I was looking for some ground chicken one day and I asked one of the associates stocking the shelves and he just went inside and came back with it. The guys are good. One of the best there is!!!

Had a lovely pen isle, as you can see a few were out of stock tho. In all honesty this is the grossest Walmart in tallahassee, but I did drop my wallet in the store while leaving one time and they had it in customer service when I returned 20 minutes later, everything was in my wallet too and so far no random purchases on my cards.

Just ridiculous, the only reason I gave 3 stars was to be nice because some of the grocery pick up items were ok.and some workers that bring the food out are fairly descent. But, most times some kind of problem, this is why I go pay higher prices for food elsewhere These molded grapes were in my pick up order! That was the worse I have ever seen of all the issues I’ve had with my grocery pick up.calling the store oh well I could write t a book.

I switched to this Walmart from the one on North Monroe but I don’t know that I’ve gained anything. I dread every time I have to go in here but I do it because as we all know it’s the cheapest place in town.
Checking out is always a gamble. I do not want to be forced into checking myself out. Self service should offer a 2% discount if we are going to do the work.
    I’m not holding my breath.
I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because sometimes you do run into a nice employee who will help you out. Rare but it does happen, sometimes.

Wanna COMPLETELY ruin your day? Give them a try. Most of the employees have TERRIBLE attitudes, store is always a mess, and getting someone to do a job efficiently is absolutely out of the question. You can’t count on the shelves being stocked, the employees to help with anything, can’t even rely on the pharmacy to do their job. The parking lot is trashed – and a permanent home for all the carts. If you want one, you better grab one from the parking lot on your way in. This is a disaster of a store. If possible, drive across town to another one.

So many shelves are empty, found most of what I wanted… Looking at mountain bicycles, need to stock more 26″ & 27.5″, can’t imagine there are that many folks over 6′ buying the 29″… Bike accessories shelves are empty, needed a tire tool… Boxes galore in the aisles, must need to hire folks… Otherwise, a decent Walmart…

I will not grace Walmart on Apalachee Parkway with any kind of rating, as my visit tonight was so incredibly unpleasant! I attempted to return a spray which i had used & which had offered no relief from what ailes me. On the product, it clearly states “100% satisfaction guaranteed if not completely satisfied”! I spoke to front end lead-(Ashlee), who ignored me for approximately (20) minutes, while she started new conversations with (4)other employees (after I had walked up to her with my inquiry) a.b. their breaks. She directed me 2-“wait @ customer service”, where there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS! I provided my receipt & inferior product & shared w/her I was dissatisfied w/the product, as it did not work. She shook the container, & exclaimed -“It’s Empty, I can’t refund something that’s empty “! I pointed out the “satisfaction guarantee item “printed on the side of the item. She exclaimed-“I Can’t refund/return it, it’s empty”, then she called (Coach Mike-the acting manager) to customer service. Once Coach Mike arrived, he said-“(I can’t refund you either)”! I was left with a feeling of unresolved & a possible feeling of reversed discrimination, as i gleamed i hadn’t received any quality of proper customer service I should have, which Walmart claims they provide, nor was I afforded the refund-(promised to me printed on the side of the product)! Your team has lost a valued customer of 25+ years, all because of a $3.98 dissatisfactory purchase item/experience, & shame on you & your unsussecsful customer service training practices! You all should truly consider getting rid of all the uninterested/non-vested in your mission statement below par employees & start training a new batch of employees in the overall benefits of exemplary customer service to benefit your team’s mission statement!

I went here to pick up a new Xbox One controller with my mother. We came across an employee named Michael while looking for the controller. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We asked about his pins and he was happy to discuss their importance to him with us. I would come back to this location simply because I know Michael works there. He was a very genuine and kind person who deserves recognition.

This is closest Walmart to my house. I do a lot of shopping here. Overall I am able to get in and out fairly quickly because I am familiar with the layout. There are a few hidden gems in this store. The pharmacy department has some really nice people who give it that hometown local pharmacy feel. The lady who works in the paint and home improvement department is super sweet and always says hello when she sees me. I’m a manager of a construction company, and I specialize in customer service. So I appreciate people who care about me when I am the customer. I really like Walmart’s clothing. They have stepped up their game. I buy most of my clothes there and am not afraid to tell others because I know I always look good in them. Lol.

They have a large selection of groceries and home products but their customer service is terrible. Not all of the employees are terrible but there are particular employees who give me a hard time. They gave me a hard time when I was buying cigarettes and I showed my ID but they wanted to see the ID of the person who was with me in the store even though I was the one making the purchase. Then the Walmart employee pretended to scan the cigarettes but never added them to my groceries so I had to find out after the fact that they were missing from my shopping bags. I also realized that they somehow weighed my produce incorrectly and it was overpriced because the weights were wrong. Other than that specific time, nearly every time I go to Walmart, I use the self checkout and there is a particular employee who asks for my receipt and takes extra long reading through it and looking into my bags even though they watched me scan my things at self checkout for the whole time. Basically certain Walmart employees treat the customers like their criminals for no good reason and it’s a shame because I used to give them a lot of business but now I’ve gotten tired of shopping there and spending my money on them.
