The overall lack of customer service at the store in particular is shocking i’ve worked in retail over six years and have worked in customer service over eight years usually workers are less motivated by the end of the day when the store is about to close regardless the customer service that is provided to a customer should still be high however I am currently at this store and it’s seven in the morning and so far already more than five associates have passed me by while looking at me at the electronic desk a few I tried to call to and some that just saw me and quick walked away the store just opened it’s only been one hour… dear goodness by the way I also tried to call their phone the electronics section as well as customer service and other departments and have not received an answer from anybody when I know if they are not at the desk the assigned department worker has a first phone

After my last visit I am on a visit detox. Walmart’s customer service is out the window. Since they cut back shopping hours there is no opportune time shop. There is always a line when I go, the self service is card only and too many shelves are empty. Some shopping, cost wise makes sense at Walmart thank goodness there is delivery. I recently had an issue with that but I refuse to visit a store for 6 months. My latest delivery was short almost $40 worth of groceries which I think the driver took. Walmart shows you what they have shopped. They might miss an item from time to time but not $40 worth. They get a pass on the delivery because I truly believe the driver took our food. Walmart did refund me right away. Thank you! Now that in store customer service needs an overhaul.

Shalves are very limited. Items on the floor. Wasnt going to leave a review until they obly have 2 registers open and the line is incredibly long. Doesn’t seem to be taking care of thier own people.

Update: called 1730 8 june 22 and no one is at customer service. Its blacked out (lights are off). One register needs assistance and only one other is open. Called and the phone rang with no answer.

The worst store I have ever been in, PERIOD!!!!

Does not deserve a star but I had to put one to write the review!!!

This is by far the worst looking store on record for me in my history of shopping. I moved close to this store about 2 months ago and I was thinking that it would get better. Well, here I am writing this letter because it hasn’t gotten any better, if it’s possible it got worse!

Problem at hand: there is very little organization, clothes scattered all over the floor, products on the floor, opened items on the shelves, it’s atrocious, and disgusting. The shelves are empty,
Boxes and pallets of products are left in the middle of the isles.

I bought some silk almond milk and took it home just to find that the seal is not just broken but completely gone, ripped out!!!
    I am so upset!!!!

Pathetic stock levels, even today near noon, on a Thursday, no excuses. Terrible staffing and number of self checkouts being so limited. Store is NOT crowded at ALL. But long lines?? Ridiculous, and produce and meat sections poorly stocked, produce going bad, even detergent isle empty.

Nothing ever in stock. Especially early morning and late evening. I’ve never been to a Walmart this bad. This isn’t the pandemic BS either. This has been going on for years.

Only posting this review to advise others to be wary of ordering grocery pickup or delivery at this location. I used to love the pickup service but several months ago it went really down hill. Orders would be delayed and the wait would take way longer than normal. The last time I tried it I ended up cancelling after waiting an hour (with several others who were waiting). As for delivery, the last two times I used the service, the order never showed up and when I contacted customer service more than 8 hours after the delivery window, the orders had to be cancelled. That was months ago so I decided to give it a try again yesterday and its crazy that nothing has changed. Delivery was set for 8-9am and never showed and no update online, talked with CS in the afternoon and they said it was still going to be delivered, then I get a call at night saying they will still deliver if I want but it won’t be until the next morning. I said that’s fine, I’ve gone through all this waiting, just want the groceries. So now its 11am and still nothing so I contact CS again and the order had to be cancelled. They are giving me a $15 promo code – I will def not be ordering through this store again. I don’t know why they don’t just remove the option from the website since they obviously can’t follow through (and provide NO communication at all).

I asked if they had the cat food that my cat likes and an employee at customer service said they won’t check because they probably wouldn’t wanna check anyways. So I was forced to buy another type that I’m not sure my cat will even like. I’ve worked at a grocery store before and anytime any customer asked me to check for anything in the back, I would thoroughly check no matter what. Probably just gonna go to Target from now on.

    Really Nice Walmart!
I stopped in while I was in town at the Discovery Spotlight Talent Showcase. 🙂

I needed some snacks and stuff. I was so pleased with the selection. It seems that Walmart’s everywhere are always in the midst of stocking shelves and seemingly out of items. I haven’t traveled extensively, but I’ve been to more than a few Walmart’s. It seems to all be about the same that way.

The store was very clean and that’s a plus. It was just a good feel. I really appreciated the recyclable bags. They don’t have that where I live right now. Actually, this was the first time that I saw these bags. It’s a struggle for me to remember to bring my reusable bags when I shop, but I appreciate the efforts at saving the planet. Every little bit helps.

When I come back, I’ll be back!

Went in around 9:45 pm or so, an hour and 15 minutes before closing, and went to buy a something I needed from electronics. But I find it behind a glass case, no issue, I’ll just ask an employee for help. I find an employee available and I ask for her help, but she tells me everyone in electronics left already? An hour and 15 before close? Strange. The woman I spoke to was very nice though, I wish I got her name.

Clean and organized. Sad thing, I can’t find any souvenir items unlike other walmart store. currently Collecting shot glasses with the US state place name of it and it is not available on this store.

Came in with two babies, and during my shopping two items slid out behind my infants car seat and was missed. There was a heavyset African American man in a Miami dolphins hat and mask at the door who stopped me, pointed it out, i apologized and was turning around to go back when this man moved my child’s car seat WITH my child inside of it and removed the items. I said that I was going back, this man ignored me and was focusing on everyone else. And it took me telling him 4 times before he gave them back so I could go re-check out. This man made me feel like a criminal for missing two items with two screaming children. Happened 11/27/2022 at around 5:30PM. Very disappointed in Walmart.

Scam prices! Make sure to check the price when you ring it up. Many items are more expensive then their labels. Sometimes it’s only a dollar. But with some items the price at the register has been twice the price on the tag.

This place is also a disorganized mess. Where are the meatballs? In the meat section? Oh no. They’re with the burritos. Need a lighter? Good luck. They stopped carrying them. Basic cooking essentials like oil? Well obviously it’s more important to have a sign for flour and cake mix, instead of just ‘baking’, and just let you wander through every aisle looking.

The one time we used Walmart+ for grocery delivery they brought half of our $160 order. Had to use 1-800 number to get a refund. Local store absolutely no help. Couldn’t even answer the phone. Took longer to get refund than if I’d gone shopping. We canceled Walmart+. It’s a joke. Going to Publix from now on.

Was a regular at this store. Not any more. There are no cashiers, and they regularly close one of their 2 self service checkout lines creating huge lines. DON’T join Walmart+ for delivery if this is your local store. They have zero available delivery times daily or weekly. And lastly, don’t bother calling their customer service dept. No one picks up the phone.

This place is garbage. I’ve been multiple times and don’t understand how this place gets more than a one star review. The employees are all either talking on the phone or thumbing through it. I feel like I’m bothering them when asking locations of products. Multiple occasions when asking if they have a product the only answer is, “i dunno”. I get that this is the south but what I’m the actual f#^k. There one down 17 a little further. Pass this place if you can. I’ve never come across a dirtier store with sh*+tier employees. I hope they all get to see this.

This place was clean and we were able to check out quickly. However, I was unable to purchase razor blades after several associates passed the buck on keys to the cabinet. If you need access or service be ready for warm bodies.

Totally ridiculous.. only lane open is self checkout to begin with! During holiday season!!!! So of course lines crazy.
Then to boot there was a security guard checking receipts at the door!!!
    This place went down hill.
I would give -100 stars if I could!

It’s currently 8:27pm. I had a schedule grocery pickup today between the hours of 7pm-8pm. I called 30 minutes ago to check on my order, was told to call back in 5 minutes. Now no one is answering the phones. update: they closed knowing I was outside waiting on my order. For over an hour. I went inside spoke to the “manager”. He was not apologetic & very unprofessional. He gave me my groceries & I unloaded and put them in my car. I just had a c section & was not supposed to be lifting anything over 10lbs. (My reason for ordering grocery pickup.)

It is Walmart not sure how much more I have to say however, this Walmart in particular is a little more run down that I’ve ever seen another Walmart.m I feel like they’re severely understaffed, because there are unbroken down pallets of goods throughout the store, and most isles have the stuff on the shelves scrambled to the point, it makes finding a specific item quite difficult and the employees are that helpful finding it with you. But if you’re just running to like pick up a few things, this place works fine it’s just when you need to find that one specific item it’s not the best place to go. I hope that they could hire more people and get the store cleaned up because Walmart is such a convenient place to go.

Came in with a friend to get some gun cleaning brushes and oil for him and we pressed the button nobody came for a while so he went and found someone they did a call over the intercom and we waited and then I went and found someone for assistance he called for someone and they called over the intercom again. We kept waiting and I pressed the button again. While waiting 2 Walmart employees came near us looked at us and ignored us and then walked away. The same two employees came back a few minutes later and did the same thing. At this point I was very heated so I started to look for another employee. The employee that I found was actually coming over to help us and then said we had to go to customer service to pay and that we were not aloud to pay in the back. Every Walmart that I have been to, you always pay for any ammo (which we got) or anything else from their locked cabinets in the back where they are locked. The employee that helped did not even seem to care that we had waited over an hour for assistance to unlock the case for us to get our items. When I left to get assistance I went to electronic and there was an employee on her phone talking to someone about writing them up and completely ignored me. I am not happy at all with what happened to me tonight. I was treated poorly and the staff was rude and ignored me.

I’m now 40 minutes into a wait for a pickup order – was told “10 – 20” minutes, called back, was told they’d be out in “just a sec”. That was 15 minutes ago. Don’t ever ever ever use this location unless you just like hanging in your car in the parking lot.

Update: it’s now been 50 minutes and when I called and politely complained, the employee who answered hung up on me. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Update 2: I left after an hour without my pickup. Never shopping at this Wal Mart again.
