Extremely disappointed today in the service. I entered on the grocery side to find no carts, not a huge deal but I was getting cat liter, so I needed one. I went over to the far side, grabbed a cart, walked to the back of the store to grab my liter, got to the front to only find one register open. Normally I would skip the line and do self check out, but I need baby formula and with the shortage, I was not risking going elsewhere. 9 people in line ahead of me. 25 minutes to check out with no other options because you can only purchase formula at register 11.

Please open at least two registers during the day. Mommas are having enough trouble finding formula, we don’t want to stand in line for 25 minutes to buy it.

They are so great with products in new and old brands into a original packaging style to sales prices. Organized well and maintain items including the cost of the best. They arrange and promote businesses in the highest level properly. They are the best employers historically. They are generous and deserve kind of helpful to all customers and customers. They have quality products of expensive products of different sizes of men’s products are available. They are cleaned and shipping are great and excellent. They have a largest parking spaces and handicap parking space. They did pickup gorecey and layaway for all consumers who are interested to layaway. They are great with black Friday deals and prices are available and Amazing nice. They treat their customers and employees are very intelligent and respect. They are precious with Teamwork.

I was at this location around noon today. I needed an Ethernet cable. There was one employee in electronics. It’s 3 weeks until Christmas just to give you a visual of the atmosphere. As I headed to the register to ask for the case to be unlocked I noticed the single employee (a middle aged man with glasses) was headed to get a game for another customer. So I stood there and waited at the register. A lady got in line behind me with a single item. When the Walmart employee game back to the register he ignored me and asked if that was it for the lady. The lady replied that yes it was but she didn’t know what she needed, talking about me. To which the employee stated “It doesn’t matter”. When I did finally get to ask for help with what I needed……. I was forgotten about and left to stand in view of the register but 20 minutes. Another employee came out to help so I walked back towards the register and was asked if I needed help by her. To which the original employee responded with what I needed and that he had forgotten about me. I stood in plain view for 20 minutes. I know retail is hard, I’ve worked it. I get that it’s really busy. I even get the frustration of being the only employee there. What I don’t get is the choice to use that as a reason to be disrespectful to shoppers. I was on the phone with my daughter who heard the employee tell me I didn’t matter and the lady beside me heard it. I was so caught off guard I didn’t catch her response to him. Whatever it was he attempted to say he thought we were together. She and I had not spoken to each other and we’re not standing closely. So today…… I don’t matter and was easily forgotten about while in plain view by an employee that is unhappy with his job.

My biggest complaints are there are always pallets everywhere half the time i can’t get to what i need or want and no one is around to help. But the absolute biggest issue i have is that it seems they are getting rid of a lot of name brands and replacing it with the great value brand. Now somethings replaced are not bad but others they need to just let alone!!!

Well considering I updated this six days ago before my visit today and there were no pallets in the floor today wad a different story. pallets in the floor blocking merchandise and no worker in sight that was actively working the items. infant car seat aisle had merchandise all over the floor while a Grocery Pick up worker just continued their job instead of creating a safe environment for others to shop in.

Reliable for having things in-stock. Came for pens and XL sized flash cards, was easy to find. Had plenty to choose from. Also needed some E6000 glue which was located in the craft section. The stationary section has a small variety of gel pens, pencils, and notebooks which altogether the selection is modest. There were some open packs of gel pens throughout the aisle which I assume other customers had opened to try-before-you-buy. Shame they could have just purchased and returned if they didn’t like them. I purchased a pack of the BIC Gel-ocity pens and have to say I really like the way they write so far! Can’t wait to use them for my study cards 📚📋🖊

If the weather wasn’t so hot it would have been a very enjoyable stay clean facilities and good activities.

It seems this Walmart has stopped updating their prices on the shelves for items that don’t have prices directly on them. See attached photo.

A month ago I bought this item and was charged $6.28 at the register. Today I went and picked up another one and the price is still indicating $5.88 on the shelf, but this item has not been $5.88 for some time now. The same issue exists for other items throughout the store, which sometimes I have to leave at the register when they ring up higher.

Also, the people attending the registers won’t honor the price displayed just what comes up in their system.

There is really no staff for help. Good luck. There is stuff scattered everywhere.

I don’t typically go into the store, I primarily have done pick up orders but they are always fast, the online ordering is convenient and the staff that loads have always been friendly. The prices also seem to be a lot better than a lot of other places so I feel like I have been able to save money.

I don’t know if it’s because of the holidays, I’m assuming so., But it has been harder to find pick up times. Typically I can do online pick up and have it available the next day, even the same sometimes but lately it’s been 2-3 days later sometimes even 3-4. I’m hoping when the holidays are over it will get better again. It reminds me of when COVID first hit and everyone was doing pick-up for groceries so it was hard to find a spot for pick up.

I’ve actually changed my rating from 2 years ago from one store to five stars. This store has really come a long way and it’s much cleaner and more organized. The riff Raff customers that they get is not their problem and there’s two bad there’s not parents anymore for these wild kids who are likely future criminals running around jumping on the display shelves and riding the Walmart bikes around and bouncing the balls like hellions.

This Walmart has a variety of pet supplies and other mainstream items such as pet foods and other care items for small pets. I was looking for a clamp lamp for our box turtle enclosure and they had one. Unfortunately I only used it for 2 weeks until I upgraded our little buddy’s tank to a 50 gallon so now I have 2 light fixtures I don’t need due to the larger tank better with a long tube light. Either way it served it’s purpose while we needed it and was cheaper here for the same brands as were available at the pet store.

Welcome to the magical world of “I don’t get paid enough to deal with this” from every employee. Where exceptional customer service is now harder to achieve then graduating college. Way to go Walmart for making me rather go to 7 stores before asking for help from an employee. Who somehow makes me feel like I know where something is then they do.

Always clean and organized, they need more registers. The employees are actually very helpful and friendly. The customer service center is quick and always helpful especially with return. Much cleaner then Lincoln hwy I just wished it was a super center

Look! Behold a Walmart! I rarely venture inside as they feel like a safari trip where you need vaccinations and a tour guide. Where I live, Walmart is not a big thing and the very scattered (well over an hour apart generally) stores are not favored by locals. I can easily say I don’t like them or how they treat employees.
But. I’d go to this one again. It was late so their stocking items were being set up in the aisles, no biggie. Just needed a few things. What surprised me is how clean the store was. Normally you see trash on the floor (I know patrons not staff), rows disorganized (that falls on patrons too not staff), store setup confusing to those not from the area. But this place was clean, stocked, and easy to find things. Oh and the stocking skids – not placed where you are forced to walk the length the store just to move to the other side. They were spaced far enough apart to not hinder the shopper. Whoever taught those folks to do that – you need a raise and a vacation. Thank you.
