This is more about the Subway inside but the store and people were great. I stopped eating nonsense a couple months ago so no more diabetes, high blood pressure, or cholesterol. I needed a place to answer calls and emails so I posted up at the Subway. Instead of getting a sandwich, I made a salad with the toppings. It was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. I recommend you do the same.

Tried to go to Walmart to get a last minute item and could have been in and out in five minutes max. We were at the door at 10:48 and the employees refused to allow us to enter the store. The lady at the door was very rude and aggressive towards my wife when we attempted to enter.

When you realize your bacon you bought from Walmart yesterday tastes weird! Thank goodness we only had one bite before we realized it. Walmart Shame on you!! Of course shame on me for believing food wouldn’t be THAT expired!

I will never trust you not to sell me expired food ever again! 2 days I get, 2 MONTHS?! ARE YOU KIDDING? THIS should not be on your shelves!!

Wish I could leave a minus number for the pickup department. The Walmart store pickup has been horrible for the last year. Every time I go, the app is not working to say I have arrived. I try the phone number that is posted and it says, “sorry I have missed your call. Our store hours are…. Leave a message.” I call 15 – 20 times trying to reach someone to no avail. So I get out of my car and flag down an employee to help, explaining that neither the app nor the phone is working. They have all said, “It never does.” So I give them my name and wait and wait and wait until someone brings my order. This last time, I gave my name to 3 people and after 20 minutes, the first guy comes out and asks my name again. Then I had to wait another 10-15 minutes until my one item was brought out. I said I wouldn’t use it again, but the last “delivery to house” order said I had to pick it up at the store. Wish someone would fix the pickup process.

I would give less than 0 stars if I could. An order that was supposed to be delivered on Monday hadn’t shown up by Tuesday afternoon. I called and asked to have it ready for me to pickup since they told me it was because they didn’t have drivers. Went to pick it up and they hadn’t even picked the order. Manager David had to be called SIX times over radio and overhead speaker before he came to give all the same excuses I’d already been given. He promised the order would be ready in 2 hours. It was not. I had to pull all the items myself and most of them were completely out of stock because there was a hurricane coming. If they’d done their jobs when they were supposed to, I would have had my groceries. A woman behind me at the service desk (on Tuesday) was looking for a delivery order that was supposed to be delivered SUNDAY. This store is absolute trash. This is not the first time they’ve screwed us out of an order because of their laziness. I’m cancelling Walmart+ because of it. I’m obviously never going to get delivery orders from them, so I’m moving to a different grocery service. As a disabled member of the community, I rely on delivery to stay alive. You should be ashamed.

It’s Walmart. It’s horribly understaffed despite an abundance of workers ready and willing to work. You come here and probably won’t find more than 10% of the items you’re looking for. There are only 1-2 manned checkouts open at anytime and a ton of self checkouts which no one knows how to use which causes major backups where the lines go all the way to the garden section of the store. They’re always out of stuff and quite a few shelves are a mess. Avoid whenever possible. Go somewhere like Target instead.

Oh and the person checking receipts took her job a bit too literally and checked each and every item on our long receipt nearly letting two tubs of ice cream melt. They might as well have performed a full body cavity search. I appreciate every worker other than her by the grocery exit.

Update: More long lines no matter time of day or day. Middle of the week at 2pm or weekend at 10:30pm

also they have opened products in the store.

Can this place get any dumpier? I went in there 2 o’clock in the afternoon and there’s not a single buggy to pick from. When asked where the shopping carts are they said somebody is getting them. Well I spent an hour in the store and this is a picture I took on the way out. So I would like to know where they sent somebody to go get the shopping carts

They seldom have their shopping carts collected and re-stocked at the entrance. I get my groceries here typically and at least 9/10 times it’s been empty and I had to go hunt out in the parking lot for a cart.

And it’s nearly impossible to find someone to help inside

Typical WalMart, on the southwest side of Gainesville, very well stocked shelves. Really busy store, but that is to be expected during the Christmas season. Associate are friendly and try to be helpful. Lots of parking space. Overall good place to shop.

Decent selection of items, even this close to Christmas. The customer service reps we encountered in the electronics department weren’t very helpful at all, and seemed to have little knowledge on basic electronic needs. The facility was clean and well stocked, and I could see several employees working diligently to put items back where they belong, throughout all the holiday chaos. I would recommend this walmart to friends and family.

I had a really great experience at this Walmart. I found a very large grill I wanted to purchase and a manager who was clearly busy at the moment stopped what she was doing to call for someone to come with a fork lift to help me get the grill down. She was super nice and instantly a man appeared with the fork lift. He was so nice and spent a lot of time properly getting the grill on. He was super helpful getting the grill out to my truck. Himself and another employee worked so hard lifting this extremely heavy grill from the fork lift to my trailer. You could tell it was very heavy for them but they took such care as if it was their own and did such a nice job. It was such a fast and wonderful experience. Great job!!

This Walmart is grossly understaffed. The carts are always in the parking lot and no one there to retrieve them. Walmart should hire more workers and pay them decent wages for the insane amount of profits they’re producing.

At this location, it seems like they are revamping the store..and moving items around..once they are through with it all, I’m sure it’s going to be awesome!! Just a little cluttered for now. One other thing, I really hope they are going to put some type of fast food there..they shut down the McDonald’s a few years back and it is definitely missed. Always busy and store staff are usually very nice and helpful.

Store is clean and has adequate staffing. However it is an absolute nightmare if you have any kind if mobility issues. I recently had surgery and require the use of a cane to provide a little extra stability. This Walmart was a nightmare in regards to navigation. Set up like a maze, complete with narrow turns and walkways, oh and yes…3/4 of everything on my list was on a top shelf forcing me to stretch freshly stitched gut incisions. Not cool.

This Walmart is always crowded at checkouts. Not sure what the problem is, but it appears to be grossly understaffed. If you have only a few items to buy, please avoid it as you may be spending over 45 minutes to an hour in the checkout lines. We have literally dumped whatever we were planning to buy and left the place empty handed several times. Otherwise the place is nice. So my advise it go there only if you have plenty of time to spare.
