    3 star review solely for the fact that their parking lot is a disaster. Getting in and out of there even during a slightly busier time, you will be waiting an hour to get. Aside from that, they were super fast to bring out my curbside order. It took way less time to get my order than it did to get in, park in a spot, and get out of the parking spot and lot. My advice, going during weird hours or off season times, and you will be fine.

    I bought a garbage disposal which was the wrong model for my sink. We relied on the the advice and assistance of the store salesman to make the purchase. The installation company delivered the disposer. The installer was courteous and polite during the whole installation process, at the end of the installation it was discovered that the wrong model was sold to me. The installer informed me that I would be contacted by Best Buy and that he would be back to switch out the incorrect model for a correct model. I was contacted by a very rude person from Best Buy that evening at dinner time. I was unable to speak at the time of the call and returned a call the next day to get service. The person who I spoke to was completely unable to help and obviously had no product knowledge. I asked to contact the technician who installed the disposal to get right model and he refused. Very disappointed with Best Buy. I will not be making purchases in future.

    BEST BUY HAS DONE IT AGAIN! Second serious problem in two months. Bought a dvd online from Best Buy. We have Geek Squad coverage that pays for installation. When we received DVD we called local store and we’re advised that online purchases were not eligible for coverage. Advised by ZACK that we had to return DVD and repurchase in the store. We did this and item was installed. Best Buy bill charges for two DVDs – no credit for return. Spoke at length with Best Buy who advised that we would receive credit but might take 30-60 days. Now receiving calls from credit card for payment. Likely we will cancel this account. Their products and installations are good but billing is atrocious!

    I most use Best Buy to fulfill an online order. By that I mean I order online and then select pickup at the local store if they stock the item. Very occasionally I will shop the store in person, but I find the selection lacking, the staff not so knowledgeable, and the retail pricing too high. For example, I needed a MicroSD reader and quick so I found one at Best Buy for $30. Then searching on Amazon I found something that looked exactly the same albeit a different brand for $13 so back to Best Buy for a return. It’s rare for Best Buy to have the cheapest price, but it occasionally happens. I try to involve them whenever I can because I do want them around. Years back we had a CompUSA, a Circuit City, a Tweeter, and so much more along our local retail route. Best Buy is all that’s left sadly.

    I went to get the new IPhone 40 min before closing and the store rep told me they couldn’t help me. That activating a new service would take too long. What about customer service. So the rep said to reserve the iPhone 14 online for pick up so I did. Come the next day they canceled my order I’m pretty sure they knew who I was. Pretty upset. They lost my
    Business as a customer at this location. Pretty unhappy with how this was handled coulda been different so I went directly to another store great service at Verizon corporate store.

    I never really shop here for much, never find what I need at an affordable price. Sometimes seems like your bothering the staff when you need assistance, when I shop anywhere I expect to at least have a friendly or at least courteous greeting instead of them pointing and saying, if we have it then it’s would be over there, pointing to where they believe their located. Gee thanks! Lol

    Associates don’t really know the products. I had to return both items even though I explained exactly what I needed. Associates are friendly and returns are easy.

    Went in greteds were greeting people as they do. Went to look at a couple of devices and it appeared understaffed. I then went to the desk area where Justin was already taking g care of 2 and asked a couple questions and got the answers I needed. Overall not a bad experience but not an overwhelming one either.

    Best Buy is always a great time! The employees have always been cool people, so much so that I’ve wanted to work here!

    During my last visit I was greeted at the door by an employee who asked me what I was looking for today. You just don’t get that level of customer service these days… Except at Best Buy!

    It’s always my first stop for video games, movies and tech stuff (they have ALL the cables and adapters!!)

    Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff working this store for Black Friday! Came in to browse monitors and although the place was mobbed with shoppers, every worker we encountered was friendly and helpful. Actually since we were only browsing we didn’t ask anyone for help, but several workers proactively came over to us to ask if we needed anything, which was impressive for how busy it was in there. And no one seemed stressed or harried, everything seemed to be running really smoothly and organized, which makes me think management was on top of things. That has not always been my experience with this location in the past, and of course it is rough out there for retail workers, especially in today’s labor market, so I really want to commend the staff for their great work under tough circumstances. I see you and commend you!

    The guys working at the wireless counter are amazing. Upgrading cell phones at a Verizon store is an absolute nightmare these guys make it a pleasure. They even stayed a half hour after closing to make sure all our data transferred properly. Can’t recommend them enough. You will also get a much better trade in for your phone if you go through Best buy versus Big Red!

    My review is not pertaining to the store itself, but their products. Specifically, the Best Buy Brand Insignia™ – 24″ Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV. I left an official review too soon after purchase that I now cannot change, but I also cannot bite my tongue after months of being able to use only the PBS app, because literally none of the other apps work.

    Best Buy produces garbage televisions designed to fail after a year apparently. I can open all of the apps, but every single time I click on anything to actually watch, I get an error saying, “Sorry, this title is not currently available” for EVERY SINGLE TITLE on HBO, Hulu, and Netflix. I can log in and watch these apps from any and every other device I’ve tried, but this Insignia (Best Buy’s brand) tv is an utter and complete waste of money unless you like and can afford to replace your tv every single year, if not more often. Buyer beware Best Buy technology.

    I was looking to buy a laptop when I went into the store and we met I guy named Nick (The dumb one with the really long hair) who worked there. He was really nice and chill and helped me with everything I needed. He was the best employee that I have ever encountered at a Best Buy.
