    The store is generally clean, but most of the displays are broken or incomplete. There is stock just laying around shelves. Most of the digital tags were wrong or in the wrong places. Displays were dusty and generally looks unkept. We were looking at camera which non of the displays had power. None of the tags were in the right spots and half of the display spots were empty. The whole time we were there we only saw one employee working security at the doors and one guy moving a lift around. There was no one to help us, no way to call for assistance even with every other shelf a locked case. Overall not a great experience in store. We could not find the drone we were looking for, so I ordered online for pickup and it was suppose to be an hour. It’s 2 hours later and it’s still not ready. The person at the pickup window was very nice and told us another hour and it should be ready and they are just very backed up. The store is very understaffed. I know it’s a common place these days, but they could put more training and pay into the existing work force and get better service for customers if they had incentives.

    Great experience and a employee named Ethan helped us find a single oven the 1 left in the entire store. 😀 what a great experience, I can say I’ve had some bad ones but Ethan renewed my faith in best buy!

    So bad service on the return section rude management 👎👎 I have my gpu
    New but not working got to hot when I turn the pc on and turned off by self after around 3min and I told them I don’t want my money I’m going to purchase other one more expensive and on the top gonna buy different stuff for 2k
    But they refused I’m not going to buy anything from them I think micro center much better customer service .
    I think there’s exception for customer who spend a lot of money every month at bestbuy.

    Curbside pickup FAIL! Traveled a half hour to pickup a new laptop with curbside. After two hours of attempting to pick, they could not find the one laptop they thought they had left. They didn’t say they only had 1 when we bought it. Sure, we canceled the order but it was a wasted trip. Found the same laptop with better options for less $$$ on Amazon. Free shipping. Maybe next time Best Buy. Maybe not.

    Ordered online for in-store pickup. Upon ordering it read “available for pickup within an hour” after two hours passed I checked the see if it was available because it’s holiday season and I understand things can get hectic. Still not available… it’s reads “preparing for pickup today” it is now 12 minutes to close and I feel extremely mislead by the online ordering process. I also understand that the store is partially at fault because they simply lack the ability to fulfill orders within expected time frames.

    Whenever I walk in, someone assists me promptly. I’ve always been treated kindly, with professionalism.

    As an added bonus, things are frequently cheaper than buying online. Shopping at Best Buy in Bangor Maine is a pleasure.

    Should anyone working at Best Buy read this: A Large Wacom Intuos Pro tablet does not require the pen to touch the tablet, to operate. As for application, or why anyone would want that….

    I have to say that I was really impressed with the store. The selection of products was vast and varied, and the prices seemed very reasonable.
    One of the things that I particularly appreciated about Best Buy was the helpfulness of the staff. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, an employee was readily available to assist me. They were knowledgeable about the products and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I was looking for.

    I wish they would bring back the elite member status. Sometimes I don’t want to wait for Amazon.

    The store itself was also well-organized and easy to navigate. I was able to find everything I was looking for quickly and efficiently.
    Overall, I would highly recommend Best Buy to anyone in need of electronic products or appliances. The selection is great, the prices are competitive, and the staff is extremely helpful.

    Culture starts at the top, and there is no doubt that from the GM of this store to the delivery people, everyone is fantastic!!
    The bottom line is that another associate from a different location messed up a very large order of appliances very badly. I got in touch with Brent, the stores GM in Bangor, and he was awesome to deal with from our very first conversation. He assured that what had happened should not have and that he was determined to make things right and to re-instill our faith in Best Buy. Brent introduced me to Brandon who is their appliance expert. I gotta say, Brandon was unbelievable as well! Talk about a true professional! This guy went above and beyond to make sure that the order was corrected. The communication that I received was second to none!
    Even when I went into the store and Brandon was off Liz, who is one of the store managers was incredible to deal with as well. When the delivery drivers showed up with the items that we ordered, they were exceptionally pleasant and professional as well.
    Kudos to Brent and the team in Bangor! Best Buy corporate should be pay more attention to this team and should want to replicate the culture that this store has created! I cannot thank them enough for taking a very stressful situation and making it right! Because of your team, my wife and I will continue to purchase from Best Buy and will praise your store to everyone we know when they mention purchasing appliances or any type of electronics for that matter.

    So I’m going to say this in full honesty. I just go into best buy sometimes because I like the smell of it. it smells so nice in there and makes me want to live in the washers. I cant express how much sincerity I have in my words right now. The prices aren’t really great but still. If I could buy a perfume named “Essence of best buy” I would buy it and bathe in it.

    The store is great, but bare! The person I worked with in the Geek department was super helpful! Trying to get someone on the phone is quite impossible. You get a virtual (fake) person asking you all of these questions that are not relevant. I am exhausted from trying to get a live person to help me. I am 71, I miss the way we used to have customer service. Virtual service is not customer service. I have to drive an hour for the third time to get a live person to help me. 🙁 5 stars for the store employee. -5 stars for the phone and online service. Ugh!

    The rudest geek squad you can imagine. And hours of online geeks and my email system is still not operational after 3 weeks. Geek manager is very nice and helpful but the rest of the staff could use some nice pills

    Came for a car side order, tried calling in for it and no answer so had to go inside. Previous experiences with them are about the same staff wise. Hit or a miss. Products are good for the price depending on what you’re buying. As with every place with dedication to electronics.

    The moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The wonderful woman who asked me if I needed help. Said I’ll get someone over to TV’S to help you.
    I wasn’t alone for 5 seconds when a nice gentleman came over help me find the TV that I wanted and help bring it over to the service desk for checkout. Well the nice gentleman at service check out said bring your car up to the front and we’ll put it in that Beetle convertible of yours.
    Well he helped me get it in with a smile as well as all the employees of the store I give the store more than five plus Stars thank you all!

    Customer service is terrible! Where is all the help/ employees? It was like a ghost town in there. In the computer section there was NO EMPLOYEES ANYWHERE!! I had to wait 15 minutes to get help to purchach a $1000 dollar laptop. Then they had no floor models of the laptop in the store to look at. Bummer! Then upon ordering they didnt have any options for delivery. We didn’t want it delivered on our door step when we weren’t home and have someone possibly steal it which is very common these days and wanted someone to sign for it, but they didn’t have that option. Then we said we’ll come to the store to pick it up when it arrives. They didn’t have Best Buy store pickup option. WHAT!! What a crock!! Then the employee (Robby) acted like he was late to go to lunch or clock out or just didnt want to be there. Acted impatient in the extreme. Then, it’s going to take 11 days to get out laptop! I know I know I shouldn’t complain. If I don’t like it go somewhere else. But it’s such an awesome gaming laptop on sale I had to have it!!!! I just wish Best Buy was Best Buy again…In the old days it was full of customers and great customer service and new and awesome products and now its like a run down Radio Shack with terrible customer service and no customers in the store. No floor models of what your interested in to buy. Ultmately…in the future I will do all in my power to find what i need somewhere else, some other store chain. I fear Best Buys Best days are behind them and they are hanging on by a thread.

    I purchased a switch game that is supposed to have the game code printed on the receipt. The employees didn’t even know the game card said that on the back. It wasn’t. I had 3 employees tell me it would be emailed. It wasn’t. 2 days later, I still have received a code to download my switch game. Now I have to drive 2 hours round trip for a useless product. No thanks to the 3 employees standing around doing nothing instead of helping customers. My only thanks is to the cashier that called them over so they could actually do their job.
