Target is one of the best stores ever. It has friendly employees and friendly shoppers. Target is a safe environment and more than likely to find what you need. The staff always walks around looking to assistance shoppers with their needs, it is always clean, and a little bit pricier so you know that you are getting the real deal.

Store is greatly remodeled, clean, and staged well. I came in during the holiday season, there was plenty of workers that filled the isles and checkouts. My return experience from purchasing online was super easy and VERY QUICK. Will definitely be visiting again.

Target would out do Walmart if their checkout experience would improve. If they would add checkouts for customers with 5 or less items would vastly improve the shopping experience. Even the self checkout is outrageous because ALL customers can use this checkout option which makes it an horrible experience when a customer wants to get in and out fast. Items in Target are high quality and not much higher than Walmart. Changing or altering the checkout experience would definitely be a game changer for Target!!

The blonde cashier who rang me up was very rude for no reason. On her phone the entire time and acted annoyed that she had to ring me up. I asked if I could leave the hand held basket on the bagging area and was told to go put it up myself by the door. I usually don’t mind, but her attitude was horrible. She left her phone open on the register so she could read text while ringing up items. I hope it was important!!

I needed a SIM for USA during a stay, so with all the packages available, I was not going to be the easiest of customers to handle. The first lady to help me quickly reduced the list of options to just a few and then she got a co-worker from tech to check and finalise the deal. About 10 minutes later, She had the SIM installed and up and running. Despite my iPhone being in German, she knew exactly what she was doing. So, great service and professionalism.

Today was horrible. My target red debit card was having issues being read by the card reader. Asked the elderly lady they had working self checkout today around 3-3:30pm. She said nothing I can to help. Didn’t even try to help me out. So, I decided to try and figure it out myself, which I did no thanks to her. All I did was hit cancel go all the way back to cart screen and hit the pay button again to bring the card reader back up. Guess what it worked!! You might want to train your employees a lil bit on how to help and not be dismissive of a customer. Couldn’t even pull up the my wallet in the Target app, because too many people are in the store, which makes cell apps way slower sometimes.

I must recognize Ms Kimberly G. and Mr Willie at the Baton Rouge LA Siegen Lane location – they provided excellent customer service when I had a return the day after Christmas. They both went above and beyond to help me find replacement items that were damaged in my online pickup order. Excellent employees!
