I love this Walmart! It’s always clean. The employees here to a very good job. Shopping carts are always available in the store( unless it’s holiday time) and shelves are stocked neatly. The door greeters are nice too! Oh and love the upgraded look

This is a pretty decent Walmart, great customer service not too crowded on a Friday evening.

The prices with clearance here are all messed up, I had gotten some shorts of the rack in the women’s section that a employee told me they were $3 but at the register they were 15.50🤨 Then I went to customer service and they first off were understaffed and secondly the manager in the clothing department didn’t want to drop the price to $3 even though it was their mistake. Even after I showed her the picture of where I found them, don’t come here everything is a mess and employees can’t answer basic questions.

How are you gonna have the easiest job of being a door greater and still manage to do your job wrong. Walked in the store with my sons diaper bag that I might add they don’t even sell, was in the store literally in and out and the door. Had nothing but small items literally 6 and the door greeter stops me, looks at my receipt and says the back pack isn’t on it as if I’m attempting to walk out without paying. Diaper bag is literally over 7 months used and she still wants to question me about it. Not once have any of the other employees stopped me when leaving for a diaper bag I walked in with.

We are probably going to stop shopping Walmart all together. Lately, they seem to be out of the most basic items. There’s constantly pallets of merchandise blocking the isles. A person has to take their cart aisles out of the way just to get to the aisle they need! We’ve seen items that we need securely wrapped on a pallet. Get a dirty look when we get said item. I guess if I have to check myself out, I have to stock the shelves too? Walmart, you can do better. Seriously. Staff is either ignoring customers or they don’t know where anything is. Seagoville deserves better.

I love Walmart. Especially their home delivery service. I’m working so the home grocery delivery service is vital to me. Everything that I order is always in stock if not Walmart always makes up for it with substitutes of equal price or greater value. Their prices beat their competitors. I save money every time I shop at Walmart. Not to mention they have everything I need from groceries, to clothing, to nail salon, to eye care, to restaurant subway, to hair salon, to car care. It’s a one-stop shopping experience and I love them because they have made my life a little easier! Thank you, Walmart!!

I don’t like that this isn’t a actual super Walmart. Meaning the clothing, shoes, hardware and auto department live little to be desired. The greeter didn’t say a word nor smile well he was still wearing a mask so I wouldn’t know if he smiled or frowned. Other then that the staff are nice and eager to please. I go to this particular location when I need to run in and run out for very few items.

They treated us like shoplifters the moment we stepped in the door, and idk what made them think that, we were 2 black females didn’t have any bags or anything. They followed us throughout the whole store while we shopped for our groceries for our house and then when we got to self checkout right when we had a couple items left to scan they made us switch to a different register because they said it stopped working and we could have just went to the one right next to it but they made us go to a person and when I kept asking whats going on, and why cant we just move to the next one then. they ignored me and was so rude. We ended up having to unbag everything we already scanned and start over and they were all standing around us. After we paid we didn’t get an apology or anything they just walked away, they couldn’t even check our Receipt because they knew we paid for everything. It was humiliating because everyone was looking at us like we did something wrong.

This Walmart has really gone downhill. Stock is often iffy, including on staples. Most employees are helpful and polite. Those who are not either don’t care or really need additional training. One employee told me, “Well, I don’t know what to tell you” after I asked for a price check on an item that had scanned a price different from the price posted in the produce section, and then proceeded to do nothing to check on the error.

Today was the last straw. Someone had set off the security alarm at the exit (probably just a tag that had been overlooked). Several employees approached to check through the items in the customers’ cart. The customers, the Walmart employees and the cart were blocking the exit making it impossible for other customers to leave without causing a collision.

I had just checked out and was behind these people. After maybe a minute or two, one of the Walmart employees checking the items in the cart, rudely and loudly told me to go past as if I was the problem.

Excuse me? You, the other customers and their cart are in front of me blocking the exit.

I realize Walmart is big enough not to care about these kinds of issues, but no employee has the right to yell at a customer who hasn’t done anything other than not cause a collision as she waits patiently for the exit to clear. But I guess that’s just the world in 2022 where manners are considered outdated and fuddy duddy. I can take my outdated, fuddy duddy self anywhere but Walmart.

The guy in the photo department is very rude. I asked did he have the key to unlock the televisions and the guy was rude as if I was bothering him. He acted like I was not suppose to purchase more than one then proceeded to just throw the tvs across the counter as if I did not just pay for them. Upper management need to retrain this worker

They priced mandarin 78 cents a bag so I decided to get 2 for my kids, and they wouldn’t honor their mistake on two bags. I asked the manager Alex, if he would honor the 2, they acted like I was a criminal for asking them to honor the price, the casher couldn’t figure out how to fix the price for the one, took for ever. I asked her to please the manager, and she told me no, she didn’t need a manager, my icream was melting and my back was in a lot of pain. She even asked me if I was paying with EBT food stamps. 😐 what difference did it make? Her and another cashier were laughing because I asked for that price. I felt humiliated. They said I could only have one.

So we all have something to do. We’re standing in line waiting on a service they provide. But I don’t understand why they all plod and shuffle along. Do they not realize by pushing out customers makes it easier on everyone themselves first? While making customers a priority they also need to move faster and that the pharmacists are letting it happen. Does no one work hard anymore? This is everywhere and in every environment.

This Walmart needs to get better front end team closing members. An associate (Blk Male, possibly in his 60’s) was being absolutely rude tonight, and his behavior was just unacceptable. He did not ask customers if they were doing cash or card, and one customer was doing cash, went to a card only machine, and his attitude towards her made my blood BOIL. Since I work for Walmart, I had to step up and help her with whatever she needed WHILE OFF THE CLOCK, NOT EVEN AT MY STORE. He gives us front end members a bad name and needs to have anger management classes. If he’s not careful, he could get himself or others hurt

Great store, usually have everything I need. Only one complaint, always out of the lower price black pepper and garlic. I don’t want to pay $4 and $5 for a small container of seasoning, some people are on a budget.

Walmart seems to have stopped restocking shelves after about 3PM. If you’re trying to buy fresh goods in the second half of the day, the shopping experience will be pretty much Soviet. But that’s ok, because at least they constantly raise prices on everything.

This Walmart seems to be well taken care of. It is clean and organized, and there were a lot of staff doing various things around the store in case a person needed help. There were two things on our list that were not stocked, but with so many shoppers here it is understandable. There are a lot of self checkouts available. Really cool. Overall my experience was good – especially the cleanliness of the store.

Very clean Walmart, was Fairly empty, but I did go right as they open up at 6, the customer service is horrible here, employees all in the way when your shopping, and then I rang an item twice, and the cashier on Duty act like she had an attitude because I asked for help, when the store is empty, ain’t like was busy, I’m a stickler for customer service, I probably won’t return to this Walmart.

Just went into this location to make a purchase hopefully. All the lawn and garden equipment is just crammed on several shelves, I get it..not the season.. BUT, I found a leaf blower, boxed.. no pricing.. on the wrong shelf several stacked.. I asked Lisa who was standing around how do I find pricing.. she said I have no idea I do not have a scanner… I walked back.. I could hear her asking someone if they had a scanner and this is when it becomes awful!! this guy walks toward me and yelled approximately 40 feet away did you need something ?? and then he walked up like he was having a seizure smiling at me… I said why are you making fun of me ?? he just looked at me, I said I’m a legitimate customer needing a price and wanting to make a purchase…he made a few more sarcastic remarks.. I am not kidding.. this just happened.. crazy customer service… Lisa the standing around employee saw it all… this person’s name who seems to think acting like you have an illness is funny is named Augustin….

First time visiting this Walmart, Saturday 11/5/2022 around 5:30 pm. It was an okay store. Just went in to grab a few stuff. Parking lot had shopping carts all over the place but the cart return areas. Shocking. Walked by the cart return area and it was empty but carts were scattered all over the parking lot at random places lol. What a joke. We have become a society of lazy ignorant people. C’mon people aka Walmart customers in Irving! Quit being lazy. We could all use the exercise and stop turning this country into a third world dump. Plus, what’s with all the black birds swarming around the parking lot??

BE AWARE OF Incorrect prices. Most of the time I notice items priced differently from the shelf to the register. Ever since I have become my own self checkout employee at Walmart without a paycheck or any type of savings for doing it myself I have noticed even more than before. Today I went to buy eggs and at the Shelf the price was $10.86 but at the register it was $11.12. A difference of $0.26 cents. So that means if a hundred people don’t notice Walmart makes $26 at this store alone if this is Texas wide that’s $15,626. That’s something to think about. So start paying attention I usually take a picture of each item that I’m purchasing and then I compare it at the register. I hate that I have to do this but every penny counts these days.

First time here and I’m glad I scheduled a pick up order at this location. I was concerned when I didn’t see the “check in” option at my desired time, but I drove to the Walmart and was immediately accommodated. I received almost all of my groceries expect a few substitutions, but I was very happy and the men worked very hard to quickly deliver the groceries to each car. Overall, I’m pleased and I will be back.

They only have 1 person working returns…

Have 100’s of staff but don’t keep returns open during normal hours and barely staff them!

    Tldr definitely avoid…
