I visited this store to pick up an order. There were couple of executives at the entrance who never greeted the customers who were visiting the store. They were busy in chitchatting and checking their mobiles. When I asked a daily about the pick up counter, then she pointed me to the right direction. The lady at the pick up counter was rude as well. She was also busy in chitchatting with the geek squad. She didn’t bother to say Hi or greet the customer. On top of all these things, she started pronouncing my name wrongly and also brought a wrong product. She was kind of laziest person in the store. Looks like she hates her job. I am giving 3 stars because of the product I received from the store.By S H (3 months ago)Staff there are great to talk to and so fun too. Went to buy a 4k bluray player and some 4k movies for the 1st time and had the best time doing so. They really engage with customers and feels like family. I recommend BEST BUY trulyBy Juan Gabriel (7 months ago)I love best buy. My budget is mostly not very high. I purchased this tablet. It’s not horrible for a cheap tablet. It does work a little slow but i haven’t had any problems with anything else. Just with some tapping on the screen issues. With speed. But overall a nice tablet. I love best buy and even if my budget is low i still love their products. It’s overall worth shopping there for tech merchandise.By Juan Nunez (3 weeks ago)Every Best Buy employee in the store greeted me and asked if I had been helped. In the past two weeks I’ve gone twice; once when I knew what I was looking for and the second time I needed help. Both times the associates were incredibly helpful in finding me the best product for my needs even if it meant directing me to a third party outside their store!By Zeb Boos (5 months ago)This best buy is normally a wonderful energetic place to visit but today not so much the door greeter gave a nonchalant very whatever additude when we walked in. Then on the check out the same person who helped us look for what we needed was not friendly rolled his eyes and gave a dry and upset vibe like he hated his job. Please best buy hire more enthusiastic people as employeesBy RelloDaDonVeVo (5 months ago)

I am not sure what happened to customer service, it appears this. Is something not trained at Best Buy.
Day of delivery product had a huge dent in the front, and they had no more in stock. I was told
by Lisa someone would call me within 24 hours, to go over my options. Never received a call. Called my salesperson they didn’t answer, Call the store – was sent to a call center who couldn’t confirm the total purchase has been refunded.By Mary Etzkin (2 months ago)I generally have good experiences at Best Buy. That being said, I made an online purchase and received a notification that the item would be ready for pick up in one hour. An hour and a quarter later I went to the pick up counter and was told the item wasn’t yet ready. It was, however, in the system but the rep wouldn’t even go to the back to check. About 10 minutes later a second rep came to the counter and I asked her. She went to the back and there was my item.By Neil Fruit (2 months ago)We’ve been working to furnish a new home and came to Best Buy Brookfield looking for a new television. Our sales associate, Craig, was fantastic. He helped us to find the TV that worked best for us and also explained the latest and greatest in TV technology just to humor our curiosity, even though we weren’t interested in something high end. We were in and out with what we wanted in less than fifteen minutes. We would highly recommend this Best Buy and Craig in particular, and we hope he gets a great performance review and year-on-year raises that meet or exceed the 2022-2023 inflation rate!By Brian Fraleigh (4 months ago)I’ve tried this location multiple times for my purchasing needs. The employees never seem to want to help, either saying they’ll page someone or outright running away when asked to help.My last visit I spent 20 minutes waiting to get assistance, several associates were asked to page someone and no one arrived.
Other employees were off talking amongst each other and I left without being able to complete my purchase.
I cannot recommend this location until they fix these issues. I would leave zero stars if it was possible.
By Peter Evans (a month ago)I had a backup camera installed. The techs were quick and extremely helpful. The garage area, at the rear of the store, was very clean and orderly. I will return to get a remote start unit installed in November. The only negative is the length of time to wait for installs.By Linda Steadman (3 months ago)

I was happy to find that the closest Best Buy had a Hover-1 Highlander Pro in stock! I went there to get some input from the employees about E-scooters & E-bikes. But before I was contacted by the sales people I found the last adult scooter in-store! Plus, I found it in a slot that said $279!!… I quickly grabbed it, and made my way to the register to pay. I was totally bummed when the cashier told me “no, it rings up as $499″!! I then asked why it said $279 on the shelf, she said ” hmm, I don’t know, do you still want it?
I then asked what the return policy was on it, and she replied “15 days, but if you open it, it will be subjected to a %15 restocking fee”… I then showed her how the box was previously opened, and how the tape had been cut open and the plastic was taken down off the scooter inside. She said “no, it’s new.” “If it was opened or anything it would have been sold as an Open Box item.”I didn’t want to argue with her so I went ahead and paid for it. Upon getting it home and opening the box, I noticed and took pictures of; multiple times scratches, Hand prints and footprints, and the cut in the heat shrink tubing. This was a few days ago, but I’ll try to do a follow up after I talk with the store manager. Other than all that I agree with most of the other comments here. It’s a well built scooter, very fun to ride, but there’s a few small things that I would like to have changed.By Adam Zuelzke (7 months ago)I’ve been coming to this location a lot lately after getting a Best Buy card. I’ve always had great experiences with the salespeople in the TV and gaming area. They’re very equitable and efficient. A few times my waits for curbside or in-store pickup have taken a bit longer than one would hope, but again, the employees are always great. Glad this location continues to do well.By Nick W (2 months ago)Only brand name electronics stores that remain in the area. THIS location has a mixture of awesome department managers, like the guys in electronics and the Geek Squad genius. Regrettably, there’s a middle management boy (he acts like one) with a lousy attitude. When my aunt purchased a very expensive iPad online & the store staff scanned it in error as store inventory. This petulant boy was extremely rude to her while making her officially “return” the online order; wait until the system reset; and then “re-purchase” the iPad from store inventory. He never apologized, and had the gall to be mad at her. Of course she was upset with the store staff’s screw-up, & the fact it took an hour for her to finally get her costly item.By Noele Edwards (2 months ago)Great customer service experience. My daughter has some Bluetooth speakers that stopped working after almost a year of having them. They were still under warranty, but just barely. They exchanged them and even gave some money back since all they had on their shelf was an open box.By Thomas Sromek (4 months ago)After having a lousy experience with Geek Squad in Lake Geneva, I thought I’d try the Best Buy in Greenfield.
I’m very happy with the service that Manager K. Olsen and staff gave me.
Extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Kris and his staff and I’ll definitely be going their myself for now on.
Thanks Kris.By chris tipton (a month ago)

Jon Dykman and his team did a great job installing all the equipment I brought to them. The wire management is super clean, even with two amps, and is completely hidden unless the seats are folded down. Each installation appointment was shorter than estimated, too. They were professional through it all and even threw in some complimentary sound deadener. If you are planning on buying your equipment from Best Buy, I’d recommend a TotalTech membership. The free labor saved me a lot of money.By Logan Bierman (7 months ago)I purchased an S22 Ultra from the West side of Madison location back in February. Having to get the screen fixed I went to Geek Squad. I was informed that I would have to travel across town to the East Side Best Buy location to get it fixed, however the Geek Squad services for phone repairs at the West side location will be up and running soon. This was maybe 2 months ago. The same thing recently happened (screen cracked) and I went online to schedule an appointment to have my screen fixed. The appointment was scheduled.
I went into the West side location not only to find that there is no service to fix phones within this store location (still), but a representative of Geek Squad suggested that I go to an alternative business (U Break I Fix) to have my phone serviced. To be turned away in that manner, what was the purpose of getting an additional 2 year warranty if I am told to go to ANOTHER BUSINESS that charges over $300 for a repair that Best Buy does? I feel seriously duped. Get the customers money, but cannot offer service at a local location. Why? What happened to customer service and resolve?
By Cam Calloway (a month ago)A lot of the shelves were picked clean due to the holidays although the employees were still helpful and trying to ensure everybody was able to find what they needed. When I went to a Best Buy a few years ago the workers didn’t seem as knowledgeable on electronics as they are now which was a pleasant surpriseBy Cody Hans (a month ago)Worse return policy. Bought a computer, and 2 days after the window closed to return the computer (they only offer 15 days, unless it’s the holiday season) it stopped working. Instead of standing behind the products they sell, they refuse to assist with the faulty products they sell. Would be happy with a different computer/same model but instead now have to work with HP and be without a computer for who knows how long. They make you do the work as the customer vs they do the work as the retailer. Why can’t they exchange the computer and send the broken one back to HP?
Costco has a great return policy and support, I would recommend paying a little more to have peice of mind with a company that stands by their product, vs being without a computer or out $$$By Hailey Hicks (3 months ago)Best Buy has definitely changed the last few years, like most stores. Its unfortunate you reach a call center when your trying to actually talk to someone in that paticular store. I was looking to buy a computer today and stood in the computer section for quite some time before I had to actually ask someone to page an associate to help me. Noah came over to help us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. Noah is amazing at what he does and went above and beyond for me.By Addisen Robberts (5 months ago)

I have the Best Buy Credit Card and enjoy spending “free money” when I get my Best Buy rewards. I’m getting better interest on this card than at the bank right now… Going to a physical store is great and they have a good selection of the latest technology. I don’t get hounded by the people working at this store, which can be a double edge sword.By Sweet Berry Farm (a year ago)I was welcomed by a very outgoing greeter who pointed me to the products I was looking for, and was told to get him if I needed anything out of the case. When I got him, it turned out he couldn’t actually help me but could instead contact someone who could. I was told that I was #1 in the queue and to wait by the products. 40 minutes go by with several eye contacts with the greeter, but still no assistance. I understand it is possible that others needed help that long, but I saw several customers arrive, get help, and purchase. How can only a few employees be knowledgeable on fitbits? I finally got someone else who was immediately able to open the case for me but not answer any questions on the product. Although I was able to become an expert during my prolonged wait, I wanted a specific kind that this employee didn’t know the location in the case. As I looked through another case in hopes of finding it, he simply walked away. After again waiting in line to talk to this same guy who was now at the register, he did apologize and say he thought I was being helped? I was finally able to get my silver 44mm Galaxy Watch 5 after an hour in this god forsaken store. I will keep my shopping online after this nightmare, and most likely at other retailers. This review is not necessarily to criticize the employees, as I felt they certainly wanted to help me to an extent. But moreso them lacking the necessary resources and manpower. I should have left much earlier but the materialistic person I am wanted that wearable technology now instead of ordering online. Best Buy needs to offer more resources and staffing to this location so that their team members are better able to satisfy customer needs. I hope that my experience is a rare one as I question returning to this or any other Best Buy in my consumer lifetime.By Johnny Lodico (a month ago)A guy met me at the door asked if he could me find something, and just was in and out fast as he took me to both items I needed. Not like the Best Buys in AZ. You can’t find anyone to help. Thanks for a good shopping experience!By Patrick Holmes (4 months ago)Nice clean store and great customer service. Products are higher priced but good quality. They tend to run sales so keep eyes open for those.By Sarah Sidie (2 months ago)This is one of the cleanest stores and has some of the best staff I have ever experienced.
I use to not be a fan of best buy specifically because of many poor experiences with staff and the cleanliness of the stores but I have now been to this location more times in the last 3 months than I have been to a best buy in the last 8+ years.
