The curbside representative did not greet me nor provide much interaction. 1 of 2 of my items was curbside delivered to me. I stated there was an item missing. He ask if I had a separate order. I stated no. He scanned my first order item and walked away not saying a word. 9mjn later I received a text and email that this item was marked delivery before it reached my hands which I found lazy of the incompetent representative. He returned with my second item from the same order to my passenger window. I made it a point to have the rude representative come around and deliver the item in my hand to the already open window as instructed in the pick up instructions. I asked for the representatives name he replies what for I replied I sure to hope you like your job and so I can make a formal a formal complaint. He stated it’s early and continued to interrupt me as I explained to him the wrong doing. I then instructed him to get out of my face as I open the door which he was determined not to move as I forced my door open as he still failed to move. I immediately came across the first representative in store. Her name was Veronica which as per her was manager with no indication on her name badge. I explained the situation and she said I am sorry. I stated this was not enough and she immediately responded with attitude what would you like for me to do as if she had no care in the world. The representative that refused to provide his name continuously attempted to interrupt Veronica and my conversation. We both had to ask him to stop. Clean & organized but very low on staff. The clerk did a good job but was running section all alone. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. It might explain why your store isn’t packed anymore. Customer Service was great. We walked out not buying anything. Already have a BB CARD TOO! This location is terrible. Walked around home theater department and never got greeted once. Two other buying groups there as well begging to buy something. Went to appliance department, lady came over and said hello but never asked us one question about what we’re looking for etc. just told us what was the soonest we could get a combo oven. Best Buy used to be great but boy this location sucks. Bunch of employees huddled up talking to each other. No manger on the floor to talk to. It happened On November 29th. My order is somewhere in one of the boxes. The clerk refuses to help me to find my stuff until other people’s orders are picked up first. I requested to talk to the store manager but she said the manager is busy also. Finally, someone tried to help me and told me he would credit my order and give me any case in the store. Well… it was all talking only. I did not get a credit for my order, and the one they gave me has the wrong items in the box. You can see the picture of the box is not the same item as they handed to me. I told the clerk that it was not the same item, but he insisted it was the right one. If someone in the store gives you promises, make sure to have it in writing. I just learned my lesson, and I will return this item asap.By James Lee (a month ago)Be aware!! I went to best buy in Lewisville and bought 2 over 60 inches new Samsung smart tvs and they schedule to deliver 3-4 days later so i decided to take one of the home the same day so i can watch football by the time i came home and unpacked the tv and installed all the cables ready to watch it, I noticed the color lines on the tv right in the middle of the screen, seems it was broken. so I didn’t think of anything and just called them and a nice gentleman helped setting one to be delivered with the 2nd tv that was being delivered in a few days. Next day I was trying to watch Youtube on the broken tv I noticed it had been registered under someones name before, so I was sold a used tv as a new one even though they are replacing it. Kept transferring me wrong departments.
Had to go in store to buy the items and use the points I saved, the cashier lied to me and said that the digital bonuses that came with the items would be emailed to me but they never were. And now I have to call Best Buy again to resolve this. I predict in the next few years Amazon will wipe out Best Buy

I’ve been coming to this store since it was at another location. At least 25 years. It’s functionally now without a doubt and absolutely outstanding experience. Talked with Richard at the camcorder section and he is truly a subject matter expert. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This totally beats the socks off of and makes a compelling case for not going to Amazon for the same products. Never dye Best buy!By Jonathan Reichel (a year ago)The people here literally SCAM you. Worst Best Buy. I had friends who worked at other Best Buy’s and they’re better but this is the worst at customer service. They won’t refund you or help you with anything just to get a bonus because they get commission on sales and low shrinkage. It’s so scummy.
Tried to return something and it was returned but then they redeemed Antivirus from my laptop return and stole $30 from me because of THEIR MISTAKE. It’s very infuriating. Two managers came too and they said they couldn’t do anything and didn’t even give me store credit or a gift card to FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Spent over 30 minutes trying to get my money back and all they said is they’ll give me a discount. Can’t believe the horrible service I got. This isn’t even a one off situation, it’s happened several times already. I hope they realize this is actually how you lose customers instead. Very disappointing. Never coming back.

I always feel really small when there, and I must be because I am never able to find someone to assist me. This most recent visit, I had employees walking right past me, and I know they could see I was searching for something, but not one acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. We were shopping for a PS5 controller around December the week of Christmas 🎄. With the shelves being empty are hopes were vanishing. There was a customer service gentleman that was willing and able to help us out. Called Best Buy several times with no answer as to why this is happening, decided to cancel my order and now it won’t let me re order. No explanation at all, Best Buy customer service is completely brainless. Today, decided to order through “Klarna”, same thing chose items that are in stock at the store, pickup time said 1 hour, it’s been several hours and my order is yet again stuck in “In progress” called Best Buy yet again, to be told “the system is verifying my info, and don’t know how long that will take”. Last time i checked it should not take hours, or DAYS to pick up an available item, Best Buy is clueless to the situation. It’s almost as if Best Buy doesn’t want customers money.
