    Great store! I hope stores like this never go away. Being able to buy something and not have without having to wait for it to arrive is a big deal. If you prefer to not go in, you can order from their website and, if they have it, will bring it straight to your car! If I order something and choose curbside pickup, they’ve always been ready to bring it out by the time it took me to drive to the store. About 15-20 minutes. Online only stores know how valuable this is and are pouring money into ways to ever shorten delivery times.

    Store is clean and the people who work there are always helpful and friendly. They usually have what I want in stock or you can choose for home or store delivery. My experiences in the store over many years is why I continue to shop here. I highly recommend it! Something to remember is the employee’s are people, too. If you experience a problem it’s rarely that person who is at fault. Personally having worked in retail, I always did everything I could to help customers who were respectful.

    Theft has become such a problem in this area they’ve had to hire extra guards from other companies at the door. It’s not intrusive so long as you leave from the register area or have a receipt visible. They didn’t originally have anyone, then it made sense to place a regular employee by the door so no one could carry a TV out without paying.

    On most electronics, especially if they’re over $100, I highly recommend the protection plans. Doing so has saved me over $10,000 (I’ve had a couple expensive items stop working from poor design) over the years. It’s a surprisingly easy process. Again, remember, it’s extremely unlikely your problems are related in any way with the employees you speak to.

    Geek Squad can do a whole lot either in store or sending it out to be prepared. Don’t expect miracles or assume they have advanced degrees; at least on site. Just because you think something can be easily done or done at all, does not make it true. “The customer is always right” is a fallacy created by a department store owner.

    All in all, it’s a great place to shop.

    They are remodeling right now. Or at least when I was there. Even the inside of the store was closed for pedestrian traffic at least they are happy to help you at the very front of the store entrance. I had to do a return and it was taken care of without any issue. However Best buy has this new thing where they have a $45 return fee the person waved it for me since the item was never open and and its original shipping container. / Box. One of my favorite Best buys to go to

    I start off by saying I did not have high hopes for this visit. The past few trips to Best Buy had left me frustrated with the lack of assistance and poor attitudes of the employees.

    Michal changed that for me yesterday!

    Although the store still did not have enough staffing ( I know, no where does right now ) when my husband approached him for help he was extremely friendly, upbeat and eager to help. He assisted with our purchase even going a few steps ahead to be sure that all the parts would be available when needed. He also made sure we were able to take advantage of a special that we would have skipped had we purchased without his help.

    Thank you Michal – you made our Christmas shopping excursion a pleasant one. I’m hoping you are rewarded for positive reviews because you deserve it!

    I don’t know how to rate this. I went by the store the other day to try to buy a cheap mouse real quick for work. The sign was missing from the front, there was another sign up about renovations, and there were people out front looking like construction/renovation workers, signing papers and doing not-very-BestBuy-like things. I couldn’t tell if the place was open or not. So I left without shopping there.

    Hopefully I can check out this store in the future and give it a proper rating.

    Great location with informative staff. Was looking at cameras yesterday when I came in and the staff was super friendly when helpful when it came to questions I had. Was able to apply for a best buy credit card and got approved right away to finance the camera and the first 12 months are interest free!

    Just purchased a Canon M50 mark 2 camera and am amazed with the camera of course, and the customer service I experienced while making this purchase! The customer service representative asked if we needed assistance right away when looking and he helped me get the right accessories I was looking for to go with my camera (sd card, carrying case, and camera strap). Very happy with this purchase!

    I spent quite a bit of time in the appliance department. They seem to have good pricing on the refrigerators. Not much in stock, but it was much easier to understand the products in store then it was online. They answered my questions about warranty and service. We always select geek squad extended warranties on everything we purchase at Best Buy. I understand it is difficult right now to find appliances and the waitlist can be very long. Best Buy will find you the product you need, provide reliable estimate for delivery, show up at your house with the appliance and accessories needed. We sincerely appreciate their knowledge and assistance.

    As a Total Tech Member, you get great deals and discounts on all your purchases. I had a complete car audio overhaul and it sounded amazing. I’ve bought my TV, Sound bar, XBOX Series X, car audio install, and most recently got a great deal on Weather Tech floor liners for my car. Everything that I’ve purchased at Best Buy has been great! The staff are always there to greet you and answer any questions you may have. I love this place!

    It has a fun selection of electronics. Great help! What it needs to improve, would be a small waiting area for any repair, screen covers, or attachments they do for you. One guy sat on the shelf, my daughter sat on the floor while we waited. Just a little uncomfortable waiting for 10-20 minutes. To be honest.

    Often times when asking employees for details about specific hardware, they cannot offer detailed answers to my questions. An example would be when I needed to purchase a laptop that would accept an NVMe drive of high capacity as an upgrade option I would perform myself. Not a single employee in the store or in the geek squad could give me a definitive answer on how the m.2 slot on board was keyed, so I couldn’t make an educated purchase (while being charged a premium, of course). I was told I’d need to purchase the computer, take it home and disassemble it to find out, which would prevent me from ever returning it if there was a tamper-proof sticker placed in the way of removing the bottom case, effectively making it impossible to know how the slot was keyed without rolling the dice on it.

    Completely unacceptable for a multi-thousand dollar purchase on professional grade equipment.

    Best Buy has a nice streamlined system set up to order online and pickup your item at the store. In my case I bought an incredibly hard to find Nvidia card at list price and picked it up a couple of days later. Workers were knowledgeable and friendly. Now I’m back to pumping out videos.

    Was doing a curbside pickup and after waiting for 20 minutes went inside. Staff greeted me in a friendly manner and helped me get my order quickly. Very high level of customer service overall. Staff explained that notification for curbside didn’t ring which I was understanding of that and had a great experience.

    We shopped online, used Acima credit, paid $60.00 down….and walked out with a Samsung 65 inch TV. It’s a series 7, so half the cost for the ones on display.

    I was a little disappointed with the customer service. The representative kept trying to sell, after we already found what we wanted.

    Other then that, everything else was great. They brought it right out to our vehicle.

    Probably some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. With Best Buy hemorrhaging customers to other businesses, you would think they would be more conscious about ensuring customers that actually made the effort to shop with them would actually have good service. I stopped in to get a small part- an SD card reader for a USB port (not some obscure item). I knew they had at least one in stock, because I could literally order it on line and pick it up in that store in “1 hour”. After looking around a little, I opted to ask for assistance. The employee just pointed to a rack a ways away and told me “I don’t know, probably in that area”. After several more minutes of searching, I opted to ask yet another employee. She merely pointed across the store a sign and told me they are someone “around that sign”. I checked there- again without luck. Frustrated with the lack of any sort of service, I left. As I was walking out, I was able to order the same card reader on Amazon and it was delivered the following day (at nearly half the price at that). Best Buy is not only floundering, the clearly useless staff they have are helping to bury them.

    I love browsing around this best buy. It has the perfect location. The customer service is also very helpful at this location. When I visited this location the staff was very attentive and helped me with all my needs. I’d also like to point out that the location was very clean. It is very important to have a clean facility.

    I had been to Best Buy Cedar Hills store. Staff service is very good. One of new Sales executive Mr Michae helped me a lot. He is awesome at customer service. I was looking for Mobile phone trade in and purchase new mobile. He explained each and every point clearly and waked us through the overall process. He helped in finding the details.

    Ordered a very good Power Supply unit from here and did curbside pickup. They delivered the power supply I ordered in less than 5 minutes of conforming that I was at the store. They were super fast and the gentleman was very nice! Very pleased with the service and product! Thank you to this Beat Buy for making another customer happy!

    !Gees buyer beware if you need to return anything. Make sure to just lie and tell them it’s defective, or you’ll get swamped with a crazy $45 restocking fee, like me, and a bombardment of questions about the item your trying to return with no help from the employees. They lost my business and the thousands I would have been spent most likely in the future. Hope the $45 restocking fee was worth it. These guys will be out of business soon enough.

    It’s a best buy? It’s clean. Service is good with attentive employees. It has some tech. It’s like the Supermarket of tech stores for those who need a more hands on approach to engage with products. Solid sales when you get a shot at them until someone does the big brain thing and orders online for in store pickup and you lose out because you forget that’s something they offer.

    Waited an entire day for them to literally just bring a PC that was already in the back to the front, only for them to tell me less than an hour before closing that it was no longer in stock even though I had already placed the order. Called several times throughout the day and was told ‘just a few more hours!’. How did MULTIPLE employees somehow miss that this item was and has been out of stock and will indeed NOT be ready by the time I was told? I totally get it, its the holidays, these things take time and I’m sure it’s been rough on these guys around Christmas. But when you have a good dozen employees standing on the floor doing actually nothing, not helping anyone, it’s pretty frustrating to be told that nobody is available to bring your $1,200 item from point A to point B- from the back to the register. Only giving a star for the super nice guy that helped me with my refund and finding another product.

    I went over to one of the employees standing behind a cash register, with no one else in line. There were two, and they weren’t busy. I told one of them that I want an Apple Pencil. He quickly went to where they are, grabbed one of them, and turned back and was several steps away before I had the chance to ask “hey wait, how much is it new?” And “Is there an open box one for less?”

    So I told him to wait so I can check the price first. I saw it was 99.99, so I asked for an open box since it’s cheaper. He went over to the cabinet with the open box items and there didn’t appear to be an open box. Later that day, I checked online and Best Buy DOES have some in open box, for $89.99. So why the contradiction? Maybe the employee should have checked the stock better.

    I decided to go to the Target next door and get an Apple Pencil there. The difference in customer service was apparent. The girl was patient and checked the stock using her device, and told me “It is $99.99. Is that okay?” instead of being in a hurry to check out like the Best Buy employee. Target doesn’t have open box but I’m sure that she would have also told me “There’s one in open box for less. Would you be interested?” and also do a better job of checking the inventory for it.

    Haven’t been to a Best Buy in a while and I got a big reminder why. Employees are never around unless you’re near the entrance where the loss prevention people hover and then they even have a decked out private security guard that looks like they’re waiting to hurt someone.

    The game and movie sections are almost non-existent but if you want overpriced phone accessories there’s plenty to choose from. They also have a big area for what seems like custom kitchens that I find funny as who’s buying this? The people working the computers and TV areas don’t seem to know anything other than what’s on the box or manufacturer notes.

    The main reason I came into this location was they had a sale on a TV and the site said it was in stock. I tried calling but no luck getting someone. When I arrived they told me it was no longer in stock. I whipped out the listing on my phone and showed the employee. They told me it was a site issue and walked away. Seriously, the attitude of the employee was shocking and to add more insult when walking out of the store the wannabe commando rent-a-cop in full tac gear had to follow me. I am amazed that more people aren’t upset with this kind of service and security-theater. This store isn’t alone with it, but it’s ruining the shopping experience.

    Customer service was great and I appreciated that they were very communicative with each other. I took my phone in to get fixed, but it was too busted up to repair. Instead, the employee helped me in a different way that solved my problem. I’m hoping that I don’t break anymore things, but I’ll definitely come back to get my stuff fixed here.

    Always so excited to walk in there! Electronics galore and things with buttons to push. Maybe the concept is good but the layout of the store seems so uninviting always a going in and there’s the way out feel…

    Other reviews are very hard on this location. I had a great experience. All the employees were friendly and offered to help find things. Even the security guard was very friendly on our way out and we didn’t have to show a receipt or anything. Costco is much worse when it comes to checking out and loss prevention.

    I got to browse the new TVs and headphones, everything you’d expect from best buy. Bought a graphics card cheaper than you could get anywhere else. Only thing missing was their webcams, they were almost entirely sold out. Probably because everyone has zoom meetings these days.
