This Best Buy has always had friendly and helpful staff and well stocked shelves. If an item wasn’t available, the workers tried their best to accommodate. The customer service was exceptional. We came in with ideas of what we wanted and CT made sure that we were knowledgeable about the items so we could make the best decisions. We decided on a 65 in OLED tv and a surround sound system. After our purchase we hung around to check out some other electronics and the same great customer service was provided by all the associates we encountered.
We also returned for a walk mount with my husband and Sabrina and her manager did it again! Huge thanks to the store and staff. So Im gonna assume hopefully they were all first day on the job people and in training cause they knew nothing at all. But I did find a very knowledgeable young man in the electronics department and he knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was in the store. He seriously had me out the door in minutes with what I needed, awesome service. Then my wife and I walked pass the 6 employees in training I guess. I got good text notifications but curbside pickup was only allowed with an email which I could not find. Then inside did not give proper advice on cart usage and the requirement of me to pull up with my car after getting it at the pickup counter. Wasn’t that what I was trying to do in the first place? The employee that assisted me was very helpful and informed me of an alternative item to what i was looking for. It was one I was unaware of yet equal in quality and actually slightly cheaper. I commend the staff for how helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and professional they are. I also appreciated that everyone I dealt with was smiling. Those warehouse guys really care about packing products well so they arrive undamaged. They even went above and beyond by slapping fragile stickers over the boxes so the delivery person is extra careful! One of my favorite Best Buy locations! The employees are always patient and eager to help. Tonight Dominik replaced our son’s iPhone screen protector. I found this young man to be very nice. I highly recommend this location. Geek Squad is also pretty awesome. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and found it in less then a minute, but it was locked behind a case. It took over 5 minutes to find someone willing to unlock the case so I could make my purchase. If you’re an employee at Best Buy in Mooresville NC and don’t understand the product that is being asked about. It’s easy to tell the customer. That you don’t know much about the product and will get someone to better assist them. It’s much easier in the long term for everyone.
I purchased the K70 RGB Pro keyboard only due to being told it has an internal battery built into it and was wireless. Being I was there to pickup a wireless keyboard. When I drove back home only to find out that I had not been informed properly on the product. It’s quite aggravating. The product it’s self is vary nice but I can’t use it in my situation. I will have to make another hour and 15 min drive round trip. To fix this problem.
I know as the customer I should be more knowledgeable about what I am buying. So when spending money things like this don’t happen. Having 4 kids and really leaning on being able to ask a in store employee to help find a wireless keyboard should not be hard. I will return the product and buy the proper keyboard.
I would not have bought this keyboard if not told the information from the employee. I had the correct keyboard the first time. Only due to looking for more options and lower price possibilities the keyboard I walked out with is not what I personally can use.

This is a really good store. The prices are a little high, but they have plenty of staff to help you and a good selection of all electronics. The person I asked at the front knew exactly where the item was. While I was looking on my phone to be sure I was getting the right thing, I had three separate employees ask if they could help.
