Very disappointed! I placed a pick up order last Saturday for a Wedding Registry item. Unfortunately, I became sick & was unable to pick it up (I forgot to call them & let them know however, I don’t think it would have made a difference). When I went to reorder the same item today, it was $27 more expensive!
I called the store to see if they would honor the price. I spoke with two ladies, one presumably a manager but my request was denied. I was told there is “no way we can do that” and “the system won’t let us do that”. Now, I’ve worked in retail, granted it was years ago but, if a company wants to keep happy customers, I know anything is possible.
I’ve never been a fan/customer of Target and they certainly aren’t doing anything to win me over. I’ll continue to shop elsewhere! I’m sure they’ll never miss me but, be more customer friendly & understanding, Target!

Young black boy at Customer service said your money go back in you card. I said well don’t you need my card to swipe it so I can get my money back young man said no.
