- Reviews:Shelves were bare, at least for the items I was looking for. Every time I go to this particular target something is always wrong. Last time I was there, there were a long line of people waiting to checkout, but, only one cashier open. After that particular store visit I took the survey, an employee emailed me, and at the end of the email asked if I wanted a follow up, I replied yes, and never heard from them. It is always a problem at this store. Honestly, I would rather spend my money at another store or Amazon. It just so happened I stopped at the store in a rush, and still couldn’t get what I needed. It is DEFINITELY time I shop elsewhere.By c m-t (a month ago)I’ve been coming to this target consistently ever since I was a baby, throughout my teen years & up to now. Extremely clean inside, polished glossy shiny floors, very spacious inside, they have a great clothings section with a lot of cute outfits to choose from, very respectful staff, very nice food section as I love all the vegetarian + vegan frozen plates & dishes that they sell here, and the lines are never too long either as the employees are very fast workers. And as much as I love Walmart, I really love Target too because even though target is pricier, the QUALITY is alot better in Target. And the interior and exterior of this specific Target is very well kept too. So yeah. Love coming here on the weekends with my mom. I made a purchase of no more than one bag of groceries. One of the items that I purchased was a screen protector for the iPhone 14 Pro Max and it did not fit the phone because it was too small. I didn’t realize the screen protector was only for the iPhone 14 Pro because before that, I had to find the product by myself even after asking a nearby employee who then radioed an associate that was across the store. After arriving she told me: “There are more on the other side” then left. They have added around 4-6 new self checkouts which means 3 cashiers are gone. These self checkout machines do record your purchase on the screen as well as your bagging. I did not get my change back from the machine, nor a receipt. I stood there looking back and forth at the screen for about 2 minutes because it read: “A Target employee will arrive very soon to help. Please wait.” There were numerous employees nearby, but I saw absolutely none of them looking near my self checkout. My change from the machine was +$0.59. After waiting for an employee that never came, I figured “I’ll live.” and left the store. Less than 10 minutes after my purchase, I was at the return center. I was asked for my ID and my receipt. When I told the associate over the counter that I did not receive a receipt he told me that he would have to print one from the tech office. After waiting nearly an hour at the counter with no updates, nowhere to sit, and a phone ringing very frequently right next to me, I was furious. I kept my cool, but this inconvenience was absolutely outrageous. Finally, the employee who left me waiting was finally back at the counter. I heard him talking to the manager standing next to him that he did not have the key to the office and they could not find it. He asked me “Cash or card” but at that point I could not care less. Waiting nearly an hour for a refund of ONE item I had purchased less than 10 minutes ago is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Target you have lost a loyal customer that has shopped at your store for 9 years. Congratulations.By xetaL (Gio) (3 months ago)I recently visited the Target store in Camp Creek Marketplace and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the state of the store. As a big fan of Target, I couldn’t believe what I saw. The store was a mess, with products thrown around and out of place, and the lines were extremely long. The whole store was disorganized and it was clear that no one had bothered to tidy up or clean the store for some time. The products were not arranged in any discernible order and it was difficult to find what I was looking for. Everything was dirty and ran through, and it was not a pleasant shopping experience. I have visited many Target stores in the past and have always been impressed with their cleanliness and organization, but this store was a far cry from what I have come to expect from the company. I hope that Target management takes notice of the state of this store and takes action to rectify the situation. Overall, I would not recommend this Target store to anyone until they clean up their act and get their organization in order. I wish I would’ve caught the two employees names. A young girl with curly hair, so sweet, I see her all the time & I believe a manager who also does the drive up with her. Both amazing to say the least. Hands down the best employees. So sad this happen to them & I may never see them again. Glad to know everyone was safe especially those two. I go to this target every other day. Always run into them through the drive up/pick up. Hopefully they reopen this target. They tend to get your order right. Come out quickly. Came here during renovations, lots of things empty on the shelves however this is definitely not normal for the store. They have a Starbucks stand as the one usually in the store is also under construction. Workers are always friendly and helpful too, electronic sections are a bit low stocked too. Overall very clean and convenient location!
Everything you would expect from a Target. Clean store and friendly staff. Order pickup and drive up are quick most of the time. This location also has a Starbucks inside. How can you not want to buy everything?
This is not my neighborhood Target but can you ever go wrong by shopping at Target! They always have what you need and you find things that you don’t need. 😂😂😂. The carts are organized and NOT broken but it’s usually the people who make the shopping experience memorable. Jacob, at Customer Service, assisted me with a return and was awesome and Ms. Pam provided a pleasant checkout experience. Thank you!
A really nice target! The store and bathrooms were very clean. This store has everything you would expect to find in a target. It also has a little Taste of Target snack center right next to the Starbucks. The optical center here is amazing and has great service. The I thought it was very nice that they had a dedicated nursing station for mother’s in the fitting room and pull down stool for the kids at the sink.
I love shopping here. It’s always fully stocked and super clean. Anything you need, you can get here. I go here for my Pharmaceutical and Optical needs as well.
