A neighborhood bakery located in the Trois Cités shopping center which is accessed directly by the entrance facing the media library. It is a local service like we do more of, which combines know-how in preparation with the quality of ingredients. The cake ordered for my birthday was an authentic black forest. The decoration made of cream stood out both aesthetically and tastefully, being light and gourmet at the same time. The chocolate one was just as excellent and the cherries inside brought just enough kir to give this sweet warmth in the mouth. With each portion served, you could see the superimposition of the layers of biscuit and those of cream, testifying to an undoubtedly artisanal preparation. This is further confirmed when you take the time to look at the éclairs, both coffee and chocolate. And to complete this experience, I was told that the saleswoman had paid for this six shares at an amount initially planned for a four shares having realized that there was much more than what had been ordered. A commercial gesture worthy of praise both for the honesty that we have demonstrated and for the quality of customer service.
So I can only recommend this bakery to anyone looking for quality. The products sold are up to the work provided. Don’t hesitate to stop by, whether it’s to enjoy pastries in the morning or a sandwich in the afternoon, or simply to buy the bread of the day, this establishment is worth the detour.
