  I discovered the Surena pastry shop during one of the stopovers of the gourmet tour of Fort de France with the Tetedwet walks. I enjoyed it so much that when I had my relatives try it, they asked me not to leave without sweets from Patisserie Surena when I go to Martinique. So I tested the famous Robinson coconut, guava, the different sweet/savory pâtés, the quiches… and I am unanimously a fan of everything offered by this traditional pastry. I appreciate the traditional side of what is offered which completely changes the new super refined pastries that can be found in stores but whose taste is not necessarily at the appointment. An essential gourmet address in Fort de France. I tested the orders by drive (because it’s not always easy to find a place to park) it’s just great! The ordering system on their site is very well done!

  We had the pleasure of tasting the pastries (banana paste and a coconut cabbage) for only 2€40. I highly recommend because these are really good!
