What a bummer shopping in Walmart has become. First you enter in to the store through large gates – like cattle. It’s hard to find specific items. Employees (particularly those getting people’s pick up orders) are just plain rude. They block aisles and don’t care about in store customers – I imagine they are probably timed. In one aisle I was blocked in every direction by 3 different carts for pick up orders. I couldn’t go forward, backward or around. And while I don’t mind self check out, the extremes this store has take it to is honestly just annoying. There’s not enough space to place bags of items checked out while you are still scanning others. I’ve grown to avoid the store.

Great place to save money on groceries and home staples like cleaning supplies and paper products. Wish there weren’t so many empty shelves but overall it is a good location. Not as great as the locations in Bentonville Arkansas but still pretty good.

Try to buy some Bullets for my rifle this morning. Now they have everything locked up. So I saw lady stocking shelves and asked her to open. She said I will be there in a little bit. Was rude and didn’t make eye contact. Went back and waited but she didn’t come. Looked back and she was still stocking. Said she was coming in the same rude tone. I just left the store. Not going to put up with someone acting like they are doing me a favor for spending my money.

It’s a Walmart if you like waiting on yourself meaning getting your own Products off the shelves high up checking yourself out. The only employees you come across are the one stocking the shelves no matter what time of day they have more merchandise on the floor than on the shelves.

It’s clean. The aisles are wide. Good selection of products but I’d like more store brand products. The prices are lower than the full-service grocery stores. All in all, a good experience.

Health and safety is the concern for people, right. Then why is it allowed for people to smoke outside of the doors to Walmart. The law states that NO SMOKING WITHIN 50 FEET OF THE ENTRANCE. That’s why they got rid of the ashtrays just outside the entrance.

Was in there yesterday didn’t accept sale price on all albums won’t go back to that store. No signage up like other Walmart stores

This store is just disgraceful. 4/5 of my orders from this store have canceled multiple major items from my order after authorizing my card for the full amount, their website showing it’s fully available at this location and then after I pay for it, it’s no longer available. I will not spend another dollar at any walmart on the planet.

Still out of some products I was looking for. Asked Dept., Mngr., if they order a particular type of body spray. That was 5 months ago and still nothing. Three other Walmart’s with the same result.

The Granite City Walmart is my least favorite in the area. Aside from the lack if variety and selections to choose from, the store isn’t very well maintained. I would highly suggest driving the few extra minutes to Glen Carbon or Collinsville for a more pleasurable shopping experience.

This Fenton Walmart is a good one, a Supercenter, so they had everything I needed, from six bananas to travel toothpaste. That’s not to say A-to-Z, but that did cover B-to-T, and that’s pretty good!
Enough fresh baked goods, I could have gained five pounds had I purchased any of these! Especial pecan pie, or buttermilk cake (I think that was actually “gooey butter cake” from my St. Louis childhood, so I ran away!) whew! Close one.

WHEEL WEIGHTS CAME OFF ON 4 NEW TIRES also OVERCHARGED. Fenton, Mo 63026
Loud noise when wheel weight came off on the way home. The other wheels weights were also incorrectly installed on the inside edge by Josh (see photos, weights hanging over edge will not stay on, unsafe). Also overcharged $8.00 for TPMS reset without informing me (I can reset myself) by Bandit. Was told by Customer Support that the manager would contact me in 3 business days (no response in 11 business days).

Nice store. Fairly well-organized, mostly. Staff seem friendly for the most part. Brightly lit. The bakery items are really good (better than Dierbergs!). Only 4 stars because there are some organization problems on the shelves. Haven’t checked out the bathrooms, either…… hope they’re clean and well-kept!

I have never had any issues at this store until today, 8/15/22 around 5:30pm. I frequent this walmart a lot since it’s on my way home from work which is in Jefferson County. So I go to self checkout as usual and as I step up to the area the worker is standing at the end of self check out watching everyone as usual. My self check out station just so happened to be near one of the large metal poles. Literally right next to me. So for some strange reason the worker decides to come over and lean on the pole as I check out ( personal space?) And watch me check out as if they suspected I wouldn’t pay for the produce I was correctly scanning. Mind you, her full attention was on me and no one else checking out. I always hate to mention race differences because I have never experienced this there or even much at all, but it is the only difference between me and the other shoppers in self checkout. I won’t return to this location.

I got in early to get an oil change on a Saturday, but not early enough. Two people ahead of me and it was going to be 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. Their oil change is a bit cheaper, than other locations, but my time is valuable, as well.
It looks like Walmart, just lost a customer.

I like the way they have remodeled. The only issue I have is why the electric carts don’t work. I’ve seen at least 5 or 6. The customers need mobility to get around. I’ve seen some of them actually leave. They can’t make it through the door. If anyone has to use one, I would call inside the store, before trying to shop. Overall it’s a good place to shop.

Store was well stocked but I did notice upon entering the lights just looked so dull and dim. I definitely recommend them getting better lighting. But the prices were great and there were no long lines and all the employees were polite and approachable.

Super clean and a ton of staff greeted me as I walked by! Had some great stock as well. An employee taking carts inside even helped me to load my car, and another person as well! Super pleased with my experience and I will definitely be coming back. Walmart has upped their game!

I have given this store chance after chance.
The only time that I had a good experience is when I only had a few items…. Self check out is great….. until you need a little assistance. I had to ask the girl 4 times for assistance. She was on her phone and said that she did not hear me. Then she had the worst attitude rolling her eyes twisting her mouth. It was like I was bothering her to spend my money. Then I asked for a manager and she said we do not have one here …. That was a lie, because I ran into one on the parking lot.. so sad. Replace the bad attitude cashier!!

This used to be a nice Walmart- not so much now. Dressing rooms are closed because “we don’t have a key “. Boxes are piled in the aisles so you can’t see the merchandise. Employees stand in your way in the aisles socializing.
