The shelves were mostly filled and all the items I looked for were available, making me pleasantly surprised. The staff were busy but helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be the self service checkout stations because I loath them and I hardly ever use them, so it took me a while to get through. Otherwise, a great shopping day.

I like that they carry items for the farm but man ask an employee for assistance and you might as well be speaking to a gold fish… hard to find everything you need . No longer a one stop shopping trip which sucks when your a busy mom like me… loading and unloading kiddos you just want to do it once if possible… online orders was quick but again staff not having the best day it seems..

This summer there was a fight in the parking lot where a lady was being beaten by a larger man. She was yelling for help and three security guards watched as they could just “observe” them but not interfere but ensured her that police were on the way; other men jumped in to help her thankfully. A few weeks later I had seen the security tackle a guy that had apparently stolen something from the store. Product is more important than people at this store. Shame.

Walmart has excellent prices for almost every item they carry. Especially, in the grocery department. It’s an excellent location to take care of almost all your shopping needs. The lines can be extremely long and the wait time to get checked out can be long. Even in self check out But, compared to WinCo’s self check out, Walmarts is fantastic and the fact that you do not have to bag your own merchandise, when a cashier is checking you out, is wonderful, too.

I went here yesterday to get some nails that were locked up in the cosmetics section. I pressed the button SEVERAL times and nobody came. I asked 2 workers to see if they could get someone to help me get something from cosmetics. I ended up waiting on the cosmetics for over 45 minutes. No help whatsoever. You guys need to either help people when they need help or stop locking every thing up. Like seriously. I should NOT have waited over 45 minutes to get help. I’m usually a VERY patient person. But 45 minutes waiting to get help is absolutely ridiculous

Has a pretty good supply of inventory compared to others we’ve been to recently. I needed to do a few returns and they made it super easy. The store is well kept and clean. Helpful clerk at the sporting goods counter. Also we needed help finding something and a young man named Trevor helped us immensely. He was super friendly and polite.

This Walmart is one of the best ones in Spokane. It is fairly large and organized well. The prices are fair. Like everything else they are going up though.
I find this Walmart convenient because if it’s proximity to other major grocery stores. If I can’t find something or it is at a price that I think is too high I can run over to a different grocery store and compare prices. I recommend this specific Walmart. It is in a good location for the north side as well.

Went to the Arizona Cardinals game was great to be in the Hawks Nest with some great fan. The atmosphere was electric I lost my voice for about a week after this game it was well worth . I know one thing if you never been to a S ees Seahawks Game it’s time you go and have some fun. Here are some pictures of me along with Shane and his Daughter Little at the game

So, I got stranded on the wrong side of the mountains – Snowbird here enduring winter and shopping at Walmart, it’s the only way! I had to buy a whole new wardrobe at Walmart and it’s been lovely. I found many bargains, it was fantastic. Lately, this Walmart has been running smoothly from my end but that can change! I haven’t had any trouble here for the last couple of weeks for sure, though…there’s food missing; it’s weird but at least people are behaving. I had to do some return at the valley location and that went well, everything is way calm considering, what up Wally?

Not happy, did a 2 hour or less order for delivery and got rotten Strawberries, I got those last night….that’s disgusting Walmart get your s**t together, how can you sell rotten fruit? And maybe your employees need to be taught what good produce is?! Also not the first time I’ve gotten rotten produce from you, DISGUSTING!!!

I like this Walmart, the staff is a pleasure to work with.
Delivery drivers are nice and courteous.
They pack my deliveries with care.
4 star cause of the consistent long wait times for staff to get a chance to get to the sporting goods counter to get keys made.
My keys made always work though.
    Thank you.

I just had the best experience I have EVER had at Walmart in my entire life! I was shopping for a vacuum sweeper at this Walmart and stopped an employee to see if he could help. It turns out it was the STORE MANAGER! He and his team went outside to a storage unit to get my item!! They went to a lot of trouble!! Everyone in that store was so kind throughout the store!! And Julie was amazing too!!! I have never had that experience at Walmart! I work for Nordstrom and I can say that this Walmart demonstrates that SAME level of customer service!! Super impressed!!!

Once again this was an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I was just going to “The Money Store”, and at this location it’s combined with customer service. I stood in line for 30 mins before being able to complete my 3 minute transaction.
This could easily be avoided simply by staffing 2 or more people; one for money services and one for everything else. I felt sorry for the woman working the register alone, and couldn’t really blame her for moving slower than molasses when she was the only person working.

Would give 0 starts if I could. Workers are almost no help at all and wait time for pickup is outrageous at almost 2 hours. Although I wouldn’t expect much more from a multi billion dollar company that treats their workers poorly. Wish I could make a difference by not shopping there but sad truth is I can’t. But I won’t shop there more anyway because competitor stores are way better at helping customers and business management is more cared about overall.

What a great Walmart! Lots of different items, friendly staff, and not overly busy. I look forward to visiting this walmart again.

What’s the point of having a door at the garden center if you have it locked! It’s bad enough you have all the parking spaces blocked right there. Now you have to park on other side of building to get in and walk all the way down. Waste of time.

The Custer Rd Walmart location has a great in house bakery. The rolls are chewy and hard. None of those silly light and fluffy creations some stores try and pass off as dinner rolls. And their cakes are wonderfully crumbly, not moist like the ones you’ll find at other in store bakeries. You would think that high quality dry, chewy rolls and beautifully cracked and crumbly cakes would be overpriced. That’s not the case with Walmart. Enjoy great quality and great prices at Walmart.

What to say about Walmart, it’s pretty much a one stop shopping adventure for groceries, clothing, etc. Unfortunately the shelves seem to always be nearly bare. The employees gathering groceries for online orders seem to feel they have the right away in the aisles and make no attempt to move their large carts so actual customers cam navigate their way through the crowded aisles. Hardly ever are there enough associates to aid in the check out lines, it’s a do it your own style these days. Prices have risen significantly and customer service oriented approach has diminished on the scale inflation has risen

Has my needs and more. Only thing that could’ve been better is the isles were in need of being faced. Its possible they do it overnight, but as someone who worked in retail for decades, I can’t justify a store being that messy. I also do realize that customer’s needs have changed and it makes it challenging to do so. Old school retail managing habits die hard. Its not just this store, its everywhere. But my shopping needs were met and thank you for having multi packs and larger sizes of items I can’t get in other stores.

This is a good Walmart. It is definitely smaller than others. It is not a Walmart super center but it has a lot of the things that you will need generally when going grocery shopping.
This Walmart is a little busier than others I think because of its size and it is usually dirtier. The shelves for the most part have generally been stocked for me when I have gone. I can almost always get better prices here as well.

I really do appreciate Walmart b/c they make my snowbird life so effortless – living in two states 6 months split is made possible b/c of Walmart supercenters via the Walmart locator website, which is not affiliated w/Walmart, the website was existentially created for travellers. The Shadle location is not a supercenter and I can do w/out it. The bathrooms have bloody cameras at the threshold, like w-h-a-t? I can’t find anything I need at this location, and it’s not just here, it’s all the small stores from WA – OR – CA – NV – AR – UT – ID…b/c they don’t stock everything. The parking lot is filthy a lot, shady Shadle…riddle me this? Why do I see po-po there often, right! It really feels like Vegas customers are shopping here. Just bloody run anyway, until you can see no black top…ight! Nevertheless, the area is problematic b/c it’s in a hot mess area but check this: felony flats was labeled Kendall Yards b/c it was bad…is bad, OMBloody…God, like what – ev, lol! Walmart, move…on the positive side, when I returned after 5 years, the shadle Walmart has been making improvements, but I would rather see this location moved to a nicer area since people here are abusing this store…it’s making it hard to shop here, for serious…it’s not even funny!

I am VERY disappointed in this store!!
I had to use the restroom before shopping. I noticed your accessible restrooms by customer service. I went in only to find a long line AND THE ADA ACCESSIBLE STALL IS CLOSED WITH NO OTHER OPTION! The bathroom in the back of the store is being remodeled and is 100% closed. I spoke with the manager. She confirmed there was no other restroom to use and she had no answer for me.
I took my business else where and will NEVER go back to a Walmart again!!
It is against the law to not have a functioning ADA restroom!! If I want to be a total b&$ch about it I could call the ADA association and report the store.

I’ve been to this Walmart location several times in the last few weeks, and it seems like they are out of lots of stuff. This particular location would make a better grocery store than a walmart, since the grocery section is large and well stocked. So if you’re hungry, it’s the spot, if you need speaker wire* or a 5′ x 10′ area rug*, probably not.

    *(These are only examples, YMMV)

Went in on 12-24 to pick up sticker paper. The older lady at the craft counter, when we asked her to unlock the area it was in, told us “Why are people shopping so much, people just need to go home and stop coming here.” I get its Christmas Eve, but I’ve worked retail and worked Christmas Eve and Christmas. I have never told a customer to stop shopping. We had a few items not come in in time due to shipping issues. We were just making stickers to put on item when they come in, so people have something to open.
