I’m sitting here waiting for grocery order pickup, checked in over half an hour ago on the app, called the number multiple times since, it’s going to vm, left VM, nothing. Says order is ready an hour ago. Wasting a ton of time right now. Walmart was running late yesterday so we had to reschedule to today while Kroger was running like normal yesterday.

Also, they’re loading people that showed up 20 minutes or more after I did. Sure, running behind is one thing, but how about serving people in the order they get here?

Adding some photos now at 40 minutes. Only one other car here, they got here way after I did.

45 min finally got someone on the phone. They said they’d bring it out, Then another car showed up, order brought right out for them, nothing for me.

50 minutes later groceries being loaded.

Not gonna lie, there is something fishy going on in the cart corral. Seems to be an imposter in there, lookin a little sus.

Five stars because I have to go here and don’t want to make them mad 😂

The only acceptable way to get my groceries from here is through delivery which costs extra. I did pickup today and waited an hour before having to leave because my bladder and hungry two-year-old had all they could take. At one point, I thought to myself that it would be faster to just go inside, BUT WAIT! The checkout lines inside are almost as horribly long as the pickup lines. Maybe they’re understaffed, but you’d think they could at least open all the self checkout lines and not accept so many pickup orders when they know they can’t handle them. Do better, Walmart.

Avoid this location at all costs! They are extremely understaffed. I went in for 2 items and left without them because the checkout lines were insanely long. 1 register open and the line weaved all through the displays up front and then through the clothing section. Both self-checkout lines were the same way and I could see only half the self-checkouts were operational. I asked someone mid-way through the self-checkout line how long they had been waiting and they said about 40 minutes. I’ve waited in shorter lines at Walmart on Black Friday. It’s ridiculous and I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit another location

Typical Walmart. A little bit disorganized in the clothing department as not a whole lot of people seemed to be working. Now, I loved the food side. Very organized and looked like it was taken care of. Beer sales on Sunday start at 10:01am.

It’s down to scanning your own groceries for the most part. The flavored waters are on the highest shelf so good luck getting them down. I have to call for an associate to get a ladder to just get some waters. It’s very time consuming. Same for other items women would be shopping for. They have very reasonable prices and most items are always in stock. I have personally found that of your looking for a specialty items your more likely to find it at Krogers or Public’s however your going to pay a much higher premium for it. The online shopping is the best way to get a return on items that were not good such as fruits and vegetables. The last three watermelons I’ve bought were all bad. With all that being said, it is convinent and my granddaughter loves pushing her buggy with her baby doll. She loves wearing her mask in Walmart. The restrooms are not as clean as they should be.

Handicap help is terrible. I have lost my left leg. Now have a right foot issue. 3 things i felt supported my intro.

1: 9/16/22 my friend brought me to Walmart. He ran inside to get me a scooter. It took 30 minutes before he returned without one. Frustrated we drove around the parking lot and found 7 scattered about. I got one and as i entered the food side. I saw 6 that were broken. The pharmacy side had 4 broken. It just baffles me that a company as large as you are cant maintain and keep these available for us.

2: Self check out is extremely difficult. It took me 30 minutes to check out. Most disgusting was i had to wait on an attendant to come reset my register due to miss keys. I would think after the second third time they might offer to help since I can’t stand but never did they offer that. The funny thing is if you get in a line that has an attendee you wait longer because of the line.

3: your bathroom accommodations are not handicap friendly I would have to take the scooter into the bathroom and that is almost and impossibility. But even if I got it in there the skulls do not fit to allow me to get in there on a scooter that definitely needs to be addressed.

I find the staff to be super helpful at this store. And the pharmacy staff goes so far above and beyond being helpful. I want to remind people that if you have Walmart Plus you can check prices on your app. And there is this manager named Michael. He’s a thin handicapped guy. You couldn’t find anybody more pleasant and knowledgeable

Was there on Aug 28 around noon. Once AGAIN.. no carts on either side of the store entrances. This is hardly the first time I have seen this but this time I asked two employees why this is happening.

One said Walmart doesn’t pay the cart pushers enough for anyone to want the job. I asked why the managers are not out there getting carts. She literally laughed out loud and said “that isn’t how it works here”.

The second employee said “No one wants to work anymore”.

I am convinced Walmart will soon have customers bring in their own shopping cart from the parking lot.

In order for someone to be promoted to manager at any store they should be willing and able to do any job required to run the store, including cart pusher.

    This store is a joke.

Everything you could think of needing! I try to stay away from Walmart because I don’t have any control. This place is addictive. I came in for two things and spent over $225.00. if you have no control at all, do delivery. It helps stay on budget. Lol. Very clean. Busy. The lines move along very quickly. Great place to stop.

They do have tons of items here at this location, but it’s a little bit unorganized to me. However, their bathroom seems clean at all times.

It’s an OK place to shop, we were there to have my tires balanced and rotated, it took them around 1 hrs and 45 minutes to complete it. My wife and I just walked around and done a little bit of shopping while my truck was being worked on. I will say this about this Walmart it’s very clean and organized. Unlike our regular Walmart.

Absolutely ridiculous grocery pickup service. We place orders weekly, if not twice a week. Orders always between $150-$300 each (we are a large family). Tonight is the 3rd time that we have waited over an hour for our order to come out. Tonight we checked in at 8:26pm and it is now 9:46pm and still nothing. Called into the store and they said they’re working as fast as they can but they close at 10pm. What type of service is that? This is the last time this happens to us. We will start using Kroger for our grocery pickup.

I visited Walmart pharmacy. They have a wonderful staff. I especially like Mike the pharmacist. He always remembers your face. The check in and check out is very fast even though the line may seem long

Quickly purchased and didn’t have to self checkout. Some items were not available. Due to already putting out Christmas decorations anything else is not available for the yard or porch. Had to go to Lowes.

This Wal-Mart is terrible. Every time I visit i leave upset with my experience. First of all, the store is dirty. Many products are missing price tags on the shelves. On my visit today I used the self checkout due to the fact that they want you to pay more for products yet still do all of the work yourself to save them money but you are not earning a savings. As I attempt to exit, I am stopped and asked for my receipt. I did not get the receipt from the self checkout. Maybe if they had someone checking me out instead of harassing me on my way out, this would not have occurred. The lady asked me to walk back to the self checkout and look for it. We went together. As we walked back, many other customers walked out without being checked. No receipt checker was even stationed at the other entrance, so it can not be that important to the company. We could not find the receipt. The lady made me walk to customer service and we waited in line together until it was our turn. I had to enter the debit card I used and then they verified my purchase. So, if you want to hunt for prices in a dirty store, then check yourself out to support the companies money saving model all to be accused of stealing, this is the store for you!

They closed their doors 8 minutes early and even had cops surrounding them to make sure people wouldn’t come in. Just because it’s the day before a holiday doesn’t mean it entitles anyone to close a major store down EARLY. Not everyone is coming in for last minute holiday needs and some are coming in for necessities. I could care less if they want to go home at a decent time. They knew what they signed up for when working the night before Thanksgiving. Work on keeping those doors open until 11 pm instead of worrying about yourself. As for the cops, do your job instead of guarding a grocery stores doors.

This review is specifically for Pickup. The two young men working I would give them 5 stars, but the process in general here is lacking in something. I’m still here and have been for almost an hour waiting for what should be 3 bags. I have called the number 7 times, no answer. My app says I’m checked in but their handheld computer things is not showing I am. They are looking into it, but if someone would answer the phone I could have already explained this and hopefully had it resolved within 30 mins vs an hour!

As me and my 8 year old were leaving the greeters stopped us (after we passed the detectors that didn’t go off) and asked to see my receipt. As I was showing my receipt the other one demanded I open my suitcase and because I didn’t move at her speed she grabbed my stuff and tried to open it herself. When I told her she wasn’t to touch my property they both got mad. I said if you would ask nicely I would open but you won’t demand I agree to you search. They refused and tried to keep me and my son from leaving. I informed them they illegally detaining me and finally they asked politely so I opened it. What would you know nothing in there. Walmart needs to teach their employees that they can’t act like law enforcement!!!!

The door “greeters” or more like “hall monitors” should be trained on how to work with the public. I was carrying two heavy items(cases of water), with receipt in hand, while leaving the store and was made to wait in line to have my receipt checked. I also had to drop my items so I could hand the receipt to the rude lady for her to put a check mark on it. I proceeded to pick up the heavy items and carry them 10 feet out the door. This system is very unnecessary and useless, not to mention the lady was extremely rude during the interaction. Walmart should train their employees and if they are so worried about theft & a penny, watch the registers!!!
You can find me next door at Target which has far better service and quality!!

I never saw a Waltmart in such a disarray. The shelves are empty and everything is in the wrong place and a total slop house. They should clean house in Management. This place is a total embarrassment for Walmart. Today also I saw a lady stealing merchandise and I told several employees and they did nothing and said I should just leave the lady alone none of my business. The place is has empty pkgs everywhere indicating theft. I seriously hope that Management is gone!!!!

I am giving Walmart 5 stars and Smart Style -2 which comes to a 3. Walmart is great… friendly service, fresh products. However, Smart Style had posted hours of opening at 10. I waited around til almost 1 and they never opened. If Walmart is going to have other shops in their store, they should make sure they observe their hours.

In the past, I’ve had a great experience with pickup. I always do 7-8a pickup so I can pick it up after I drop off my kid. The most time it’s taken is maybe 10 minutes? Well, today, I go and there are over a dozen cars. I experienced this during the pandemic and I maybe had to wait 45 minutes. Not a huge deal, I understand that sometimes stuff happens. But today, I waited for over an hour, I barely saw any cars leaving, and the ones that did, I’m not sure left with groceries. Then I overheard the employee say she had customers waiting 2-3 hours and was having to bag them. So I left! I don’t know what went down but Walmart should have NEVER let everyone place orders for the same time! This is so unfair to both the employees and the customers. I’d rather have been told it was this bad because I wasted an hour and got no groceries. Their app knows I was waiting 1hr + too. Walmart can do better. I hope my order gets canceled easily.

Over the past couple of weeks we’ve been to a number east Tennessee area Walmart locations…all were very well stocked, staffed, and clean. The only location that didn’t meet that standard as the Chapman Hwy location as it always seems to be on the edge of barely surviving! It’s a crying shame it stays this way especially with its excellent location.

It is in dire need of new competent, organized, efficient, people friendly, leadership who understands how to properly maintain a well stocked and clean store with at least a couple more friendly employees who at least pretend they want to be at work. If regional management were to ever visit the regional area, they should be able to quickly realize this store is in a prime location, that they do not remotely live up to their area regional stores, and with proper leadership could be a model store rather than an afterthought. We can only hope that they will eventually wake up and try to make it better.

I shop at Walmart online 99% of the time. But the best thing about this company is their help center. Those people are the most helpful, courteous, & knowledgeable employees I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have written mm any positive reviews of these fine employees.
