After blowing a trailer tire and changing over to our spare on the freeway we were very pleased that the tire shop was open on Sunday afternoon and staffed by knowledgeable people! These guys made quick work of installing two new trailer tires for us which end led us to get home to Minnesota without further problems! Good staff at this locale and I will go out of my way to stop here the next pass through the area!

The store was clean and the rest of the staff I interacted with were friendly, happy people! WalMart should be using this store as a prototype of how to staff their stores.

I was excited to find a Walmart store , sadly they didn’t carry single Bounty Paper Towel, neither did they carry 2.5 gallon Spring Water. How could they not! On top of that I couldn’t find anyone to assist me. It would be remiss of me though if I ended on a negative note. I recalled my first visit to Walmart, whereas the pharmacy was closed on that first visit it was a real plus, because I was assisted by a store I normally shopped.. Because I returned again a second time to find other items. I couldn’t find anyone to assist me at first but after visiting the Technology area I was directed to the fabric area which is the area I had visited to buy a patch for my torn work pants. I was aided by a stout gentleman. After he assisted me in locating the patch I decided I might as well buy a sewing kit box, an item I really needed, and have been putting off for quite some time. There were no suitable ones, and I was disappointed. However, this gentleman decided he wasn’t going to make me leave sad. He truly extended himself, he went beyond the call of duty taking me to various locations where there were likely to be small enough boxes that would hold comfortably in my suitcase during my job travels. When he couldn’t find any suitable boxes, he turned for help from another staff member. She too joined the search. That wasn’t the end of it, she also called on another staff member who was so kind to suggest I be given one the boxes that were being saved as giveaways for kids. Talk about kind, congenial and sweet folks. In total five staff members assisted me in completing a very rewarding shopping experience. Cheers to Walmart for attracting a pool of efficient staff who go beyond themselves to make others happy.

The vast majority of the employees are friendly workers. I’ve always been treated decent and fairly and they’ve made me feel welcome.

I love Walmart but with my culinary degree I tried to apply for it and I was told by their HR they would only give me 16 I think it was and I have a culinary degree so I thought that was bad

A nice big store with alot to offer except for associates that are able to work and know what the heck they’re doing. The shelves for grocery side seem to be empty more than full and some items I have been waiting for months to be restocked. There is never anyone available in the sewing, jewelery, or electronic departments and when you do find someone they can’t help because they don’t know or they say that it’s not their department. I find that excuses are put in place by employees to try to justify their lack of knowledge or shift blame to corporate and the consumer is supposed to just accept. I live 60 miles from this store and it could be a very prosperous future supercenter with a fully staffed, and properly educated employees for all departments. Also maybe if you treated and paid the employees a wage based on performance you might be able to generate a responsible and dependable workforce that will generate the customer base.
