Store employee named Marion- give that employee a raise! We were preparing fruit gift baskets and needed cellophane large bags take them look professional. She continued to look for them after we had all given up. She found us in the store after 10 minutes with the last two bags! That meant we were able to do all of our shopping there without rubbing to a craft store!! Thank her for us!. We so appreciated her efforts♡ we got the baskets/fruit/ ribbon and cellophane wrap all at Walmart!!

The brick walkway outside the front doors are so beautiful. It enhances this location like non other.

You can find the normal items and areas as the other Walmart locations. Such as the deli, pharmacy etc.

Also North Carolina team clothing are available.

First time in this particular store I handle their assembly needs..,,, everything from bicycles,go carts, grills. Patio furniture if it’s sold there chances are I’m the one putting it together… management are very accommodating.also generally appreciative…..

Outside this Wal-mart one would not think this is the same store. The blue logo is the only reason I knew it was Wal-Mart. I walked to the store and came from the side and saw all brick with no blue until I saw the logo.

Quite busy as this seems to be the only grocery store close by.

Needs more employees as the aisles were dirty and cluttered with packing boxes and items on the floor. Shelves were in disarray. Employees are not helpful or friendly. I had a question and this employee ignored me and stayed on his personal phone.

Checkout area had maybe 4 open lanes with actual cashiers. Otherwise on opposite ends, you have the self checkout where the lines were very long on both.

    My First Review in USA.
Though most of people know Walmart is single stop for all the items. I am agree with same. First experience always best.
    Nice customer support experience.

The absolute worst Walmart I’ve ever been in. There are pallets stock with unboxed merchandise throughout the store, blocking merchandise you actually need. Produce section is awful, rotten fruits and Vegetables throughout it. It really makes you weary of buying dairy products, meats or frozen foods because you have to wonder how long it sat before it was put on shelves. I’ve asked for help a couple of times and I did get it. What I have gotten is bad attitudes and they clearly do not want to be bothered. I think this store needs some upper management to come do a complete over haul and get this particular store together. I’m sure people coming in 2 or 3 times a week spending 2 hundred dollars plus a visit would appreciate knowing they’re getting quality foods. Anybody coming in spending any amount would appreciate good quality food and merchandise.

Definitely not one of my favorite Walmart stores. This location is a nightmare to get in. They only have 1 or 2 working scooter chairs. Restrooms are usually pretty horrendous. Money service at this location is an has been closed due to employee shortage, so customer service is working double time, personally waited in line about 1hr to get money gram yesterday. Shelves are empty like everywhere else. Sea of cars, takes about 25mins just to get in or out shopping center.

Martha at check stand 10 was so unpleasant. She could not be bothered and appeared to not want to be at work given her attitude. I asked her did she put my receipt in the bag and she responded with an irritated No! Looked around and snatched it from the register. I don’t even know if the one she gave is mine. I just took it and left. Also my daughter was paying for some items and used the card and the reader was saying that there was an issue with the chip reader and she could not be bothered to check it she just told my daughter that her card was declined which was not a fact. Her customer service is below subpar.

Good service. The store seems to be less clean every time we go. There are boxes everywhere and stocking being done in the middle of the day. Most won’t move over for someone to walk by. Other times there are boxed really to be stocked everywhere and you have a hard time getting by them.

I went to buy something from lawn and garden and you can’t even get to that section because of pallets of products stored in the entire section. Like a waste of my gas to even stop by this location I understand post pandemic times but come on now this suppose to be Walmart

Staff was helpful and courteous, though the lack of inventory makes it very hit or miss as to whether they’ll have what you’re shopping for.

If you can make the trip to Brier Creek or Morrisville, I’d advise you to do just that! Even the one in New Hope commons will suffice. The personal shoppers have no care in the world for your order. They will charge you for items they did not put in your bags. I’m missing over 7 items from a small 22 item order. Like who does that? Why not notate it in the system instead of charging the customer. Personal shoppers hate for the customer to get out the car and stand over them counting every single item before they put it in their vehicle. But how could you blame them? Just like every Walmart on 2-3 lines open out of the whole store so the self checkout line is always wrapped around. Do better.

During the pandemic, I began shopping at Walmart online. This particular Walmart is not the closest one to me, but it has what I have not found in my neighborhood Walmart which is a butcher counter. Lots of lunch meat and cheese sliced while you wait at prices lower than Food Lion or Harris Teeter. Gatorade eight pack for $8. Produce that looked just as nice as my local grocery stores.

The store is way under staffed. I tried the online order with Drive up pickup. The number for checking in went to a full voice-mail. Walked inside to report the issue and was informed that the cellphone for that service had been stolen by an employee. Then get got sent to speak with different staff members one to have the first person Cell the drive up staff on the in-house phone system to bring out my order.
Overall I spent more time than if I had just done a walking in shopping run.
