Store was unkept. Self check out receipts had no ink. Customer service return line was 10 deep with one Target representative. Store representatives no help with anything. I don’t know what happened to this store. But I can’t and wouldn’t recommend it.

I have been coming to this target for 15 years and usually have a good experience. I love using pickup and shopping in the store is usually quick and easy. However, I got a pick up 2 weeks ago and the young woman who brought out my order was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered. She didn’t say hi or acknowledge me, just jumped right into accusing me of not knowing how to use the pick up app. She then threw my items into the trunk so they all spilled out of the bag and slammed the trunk. I was stunned. She then started scolding the person in the car next to mine the same way. I’m too nervous to do Target pickup anymore so I just switched back to ordering off Amazon. There seem to be other comments about this employee, so I guess she really treats people poorly consistently and wasn’t just having a bad day.

My wife and I recently visited this specific Target store after seeing online that it had three Good & Gather 20-24 lb. turkeys in stock, whereas the west side Green Bay store closer to us had none.

We traveled over eight miles to come to this store, only to be told by an employee that they didn’t have any such turkeys, including after checking in the back of the store twice and wasting over half an hour of our time doing so.

I asked to speak to the manager, who proceeded to come to the turkey section of the store, call me rude to my face (in an obvious attempt to embarrass me and my wife in a very public manner), tell me she would help me if I would be “nice,” and then tell me to leave the store when I dared to ask for a concession, such as a gift card, for her store wasting me and my wife’s time and us making what would be a 16 mile round trip for nothing.

Never before have I been disrespected in this way by a store I shop at as often as I shop at Target. And for the record, I have been a RedCard member for many years, yet this didn’t matter to the condescending “manager” of this store that I had the displeasure of meeting, and who has absolutely no business working in customer service, let alone being a manager.

I ended up calling the corporate Target customer complaint hotline before I had even left this store to file a complaint against this manager, and the nice man who took my complaint very quickly offered me a $25 gift card for my trouble. To this date, however, I have yet to receive said gift card, and even if I do receive it, I will never delete or edit this review, because customers (and loyal ones, at that) should never be treated the way my wife and I were treated by this store.

Holy cow. I wish I could put into words the feelings I’ve had. Walked in and they lint-rolled my frontal area for at least 29 seconds. Talk about great service!

Parking lot is pathetic. They have spaces blocked off for people who are too lazy to go in and shop or are too afraid to go in and shop. Not a fan of having to park so far away especially with winter around the corner.

Was on a road trip and stopped at this target for a few things. I didn’t realize I lost my card and ID! Till the next day. When I called target, I was so happy that someone found them, But unfortunately I wasn’t in the area and to far to drive back but the staff was so kinda to mail it to me. the cutest thing ever they send me little target stickers in the envelope with cards. So funny and thoughtful it made my day. Thank you everyone for the help and sending me my cards back i really appreciate it!!

My son had to go to the restroom but the toilet seat was yellow, had PEE! stains, and didn’t flush. I then told my oldest son to go tell an employee about it and he told me that the employee said not tell anybody else. Then I cleaned the seat myself for my son. Target please fix this issue.
