So here we are arrived by Google in your establishment, a little skeptical by the storefront which leaves little view through the shop. But my curiosity was good enough to give it a try. Just the right choice, a slack one km long is never a good sign. Here, a few choices of pastries, mousses or butter cream, free to your liking. After careful consideration, we therefore left with 6 small desserts (chocolate and red fruits) as well as a coconut/passion fruit log and a few macaroons for lunch with coffee. Needless to say, it was a pure delight, the subtle chocolate, the power of the fruit mixed with the vanilla and finally the coconut/passion fruit mousse, almost my favorite despite my low affinity with the coconut. Prices quite correct, a warm seller. And yes if you are nice, in general, we will be with you. The 2 extra macaroons are a small gesture, but that makes the difference in the service and the desire to come back. I do not wing his bread which becomes hard during the day
Simply put, the best bakery in town. The baguettes are particularly great, especially the “champêtre bio”. On Sunday they make amazingly delicious deserts! The one with pears is a must try. The service is cheerful and efficient.
