  We walked into the bakery by accident – and it was a great suprise! The bakery is next to the lighthouse. The owner of the bakery and saleswomen are very nice. We orderd a baguette, croissant with chocolate, palmier and chicken sandwich. Everything was so fresh and yummy. It was one of the best baguettes witch one we have ever eaten. It was so crunchy. The sandwitch was made by order on place. The tip from us: on vitrine you should put also sandwitches that tourist see them.

  Everything was very delicious. I bought pain au chocolat, eclairs, pizza and coffee. Even we didn’t know so much France, the lovely lady was very lovely and she was speaking in English and France as well. I appreciate a lot because some of France people doesn’t want to speak English and I am sure they know.

  Best bread and desserts in Calais! I was in Calais for 3 weeks and would go nearly every day. The owners are so kind and always greet with a smile. My french is not very good but i would try my best and they would practice some english with me as well. Great people. 10/10 Les propriétaires sont très gentils et préparent du pain et des desserts incroyables!

  Average reception, it seems that the saleswomen are in a hurry or overwhelmed when there are only 3 of us My spouse, me and a client. We feel in a hurry to choose our chouquettes, we are not helped in the choice. I ask how to recognize them, the saleswoman tells me to look at the color.
