Good sourdough bread, special mention for the olive oil brioche!
Quality bakery I particularly recommend the long fermentation campaign (it keeps for several days) and the olive oil pump (Provençal brioche). What about gibassier?
All the breads are sourdough and you can see the difference. Plain or nuts and apricots are wonderful! And in addition we see the bakers working. It’s not in my neighborhood but it’s worth the detour!! Congratulations to the whole team
I think I have tested a very large part of the bakery products and it is flawless so far. Storing bread is an asset, especially when you don’t pass it every day. Sweet is just as good my son loves cookies.
Definitely worth the detour. A bakery where the products go straight to the point, it’s good and it’s natural and organic. It changes from the industrial white baguette found in most bakeries around.
