I moved a while ago and I was afraid of not finding a good bakery like I had in my old town and well I’m absolutely not disappointed. It’s very good, I’ve tasted almost all the very good and homemade pastries, the baguettes are very good, the saleswomen are very welcoming, it’s a real pleasure.
Very good bakery, they are satisfactory on everything and deserve their many 5 star reviews.
The welcome is warm, the choice is quite vast for a neighborhood bakery, there is nothing to be ashamed of.
The bread is excellent! The traditional baguettes are worth the detour and the loyalty card offered by this bakery (I lost mine, by the way, I have to find it). A nice airy crumb and crispy baguettes. There are batches all day, so you can drop by and find a still-warm baguette, which is great.
The pastries are worth the detour, there is an offer on the croissants.
The pastries are relatively expensive (in the usual suburban fare, nothing outrageous either) and geared towards the soft, cream-rich ganache cake. Very good paris-brest as well.
My personal recommendation: the fruit pies are exceptional and particularly inexpensive, with delicious shortcrust pastry.
No matter how hard I look, I don’t see a weak point for this bakery.
