    Best Buy saves the day again!! I was at a nearby Starbucks when my old mouse finally gave out.

    Logitech already makes reliable quality products, so when I saw this mouse on-sale I grabbed the last one available at another best buy and brought my buddy here to purchase the other.

    The adjustment options of the weights is nice to get a good custom feel tailored to your needs.

    It was good. They had one good associate who tried to help out. The effort was there. He tried to provide good customer service. Best Buy isn’t quite what it used to be though. It’s headed to a less specialized electronics store to almost a kind of Target feel.

    I am really upset with the past few experiences on Best Buy. I bought a fridge one month ago, and the delivery keeps being pushed back. The reason I chose to buy this fridge on Best Buy is because other companies were estimating the delivery for over one month later. I assumed Best Buy was faithful to their estimated delivery based on other stores, and that was a mistake. My delivery got rescheduled twice, and I still do not have my fridge. Hopefully third time is a charm.
    Unfortunately, my fridge is not the only problem. This week I bought an iPad on their sale day. Today I got the notification that they are delaying the delivery and if they cannot find my order they will reimburse me.
    I am giving a 2-star review because the sales associates in the store helped me order online and they were very nice (Jake and Derek). Otherwise, this would be a 1-star service.

    Great location great sales people, had a sale on appliances installation included good sales person . The sales person name was Dillon very knowledgeable. We spent about 30 to 45 minutes finding out what would go with my kitchen that we picked on this particular brand. Then Dillon walked me through the process of the sale which included all the perks at a price of course. Total savings was excellent Labor Day sale.

    Got what we wanted, delivery date was set. Came on time. Great delivery guys, very professional. We had a terrible experience with the refrigerator from another store which we finally were able to return for refund. Best Buy made a promise and delivered. Restored my faith in retail. I love my brand new working correctly GE refrigerator.

    To start with my old laptop crapped out on me, not working properly and failing to open other windows. So this led me to do some research online to get the best bang for my buck! After looking throughout the interweb, Best Buy surprisingly had the best prices compared to other stores. So I narrowed my choices down to the $379.99 dollar Dell Inspiron 15.6 inch 8G memory- 256GB and the $429.99 HP 17.3” AMD Ryzen 5 8GB memory 512GB SSD.

    I wanted to see the computer visually prior to purchasing one of them, so I went to Best Buy in Chesapeake. Soon after I arrived and went to the computer section, I was pleasantly greeted by a Sales Representative named AJ asking me if I needed help. Well I did because I could not find either of the models I was looking for; so I provided him with the information on the Dell model to see if it was available. He looked under the desks and in the back then came back to notify me the last one was recently sold from the store. I let him know of the secondary HP model and away he went to see if it was in stock. Within minutes he came back with the laptop and asked if I needed anything else and if not he could also check me out at the register.

    So I checked out and he provided me with the normal information about warranty and plans and gave me my new laptop. He also was very knowledgeable about both computers because he provided information I looked at online as fair comparisons of both. I am completely happy with my new HP. AJ made my shopping experience very easy with his great attitude and courteousness!

    So if you’re looking for a new computer make sure you go see AJ at the Chesapeake store!

The professional service they provide is outstanding and helpful advice on the products they sell is great as well as the knowledge that they have especially KJ that helped us make the right choice on a Samsung TV which we love.

    AARON in electronics was absolutely flawless!!! He was patient with me and it is clear that he is 100% committed in helping customers with his vast knowledge of technology and explains it in a way that can be understood by all. He absolutely went above and beyond his daily duties when he was assisting me. It made my experience calming and enjoyable!! I hope he receives the proper accolades from Best Buy for his professionalism and beautiful attitude. He is a HUGE asset for this company.

    Wanted to get screen protector replaced, nobody at mobile desk when I waited, found employee walking around store who told me to go to customer service, cashier told me mobile desk is closed today so nobody could replace screen portector then called next people in line, tried to sit down to wipe off my phone, another employee came and told me I couldn’t sit in an empty chair while I tried to do this. So they don’t have enough employees to do the task I came in for but they do have enough employees to tell me not to loiter. If they don’t want me there, I won’t come back. Win-win for everybody involved.

    Seems like the salesman that work at the desk are not knowledgeable about how the register works. I stood at the register for 25 minutes to get rung up for items I could have ordered on my phone in 2 minutes.. Sad part is I received a message telling me my item wasn’t available in the store and I couldn’t cancel 1 item without canceling my entire order.. also tried to ask a question about a TV and another salesman didn’t have the time or energy to agnowledge I was in front of him.. Best buy is going down hill…

    I gave one star because sometimes they do have good prices but every time I come into this Best Buy the workers are unfriendly & unhelpful and they’re very condescending. Also I don’t think that their return policy is fair. Both locations that I’ve been to in Virginia Beach boulevard and Princess Anne road have rude people and I’m done giving my business to this company….

    Second time I’ve bought here. 1st time was a Samsung Galaxy 10 smart phone about 2 yrs ago. This time a 43″ smart TV. Store is clean, staff well-groomed and helpful. Associate went out of his way to find the TV I wanted which was not easy since it was the last one in stock of that model and out of the way in warehouse. I’ll continue to use this store when buying appliances and tech equipment of the type they stock. This was a smooth, friendly and efficient transaction.

    Very poor customer service. I went into the store in Harrisonburg Virginia with my husband after looking at appliances online. After making a decision, which was roughly about 30 minutes later, we had to search the store to find an employee to assist us. Over 30 minutes had went by and no one had even acknowledged that we were there. The matching dryer was not in stock, so there would have been a delay.

    Was picking up an instacart order. For it being December I had hoped more people at front end to assist. There was two standing at the podium by the door(probably front end shift lead or Assistant Manager possibly) and I was 4/5 deep at pickup with a few more behind me and only 1 employee trying to help everyone. Too bad leadership didn’t take advantage of that back up and make it a more positive experience for myself and the others patiently waiting

    Even though, he was not working in that department, Tre helped me find a compatible DC cable for my modem and he showed me how to control the outgoing voltage. Batman helped me find a new coax cable. The employees also kept watch on my modem when I accidentally left it in the store.

    Horrible overall experience. wasted half of the day trying to resolve this. Customer service in the store was good besides the fact that they gave us the wrong keyboard for the surface pro x. I came back and exchanged it, but they didn’t have it in stock. Best buy ships it to our office but mistakenly sent it to the office suite next to us. That business was closed so the package was left at the door and someone took it. Called best buy to tell them we don’t have the package even though it says delivered. they said it shows signed off so they can’t send us a new one. Apparently, that business has ups driver’s signing off on their packages. Best buy says call ups, ups say call best buy. I can’t file a claim because I wasn’t the sender, best buy was. Ups kept saying Best buy (sender) needs to do the claim. I did that 4 times until I had a nice lady reissue the keyboard and overnight at best buy. Except she sent it to the same wrong suite that they did the first time after I repeated the address 2 times! Now on hold with best buy for an hour and on three minutes and still holding! ugh! seriously.

    Had a great experience today. I was shopping for some gifts for my kids, and Nyeshia was excellent. We also had another lady helping and she was great too, but I didn’t get her name. This type of customer service is somewhat rare these days, but these two ladies were awesome and deserve the accolades.

    I am looking for more than just the average product. I’ve always visited best buy before making a purchase but now I am forced to shop online because the stores think it’s better to have cheaper products in the store and force their customers to shop online. That’s fine. I will continue using Amazon instead of Best Buy.

    I took my laptop to Best Buy, where I had bought it, to see if it could be repaired as I had dropped it. This caused it to not recognize that it had a hard drive. So I got in line for the Geek Squad and was told that there was nothing that could be done except maybe perform a data transfer to another computer which would cost anywhere from $250.00 to $1300. Desiring a second opinion, I shipped it off elsewhere. They replaced the hard drive and sent it back to me at a highly reasonable price. Geek squad never again.
