Be aware of buying digital downloads through the site. You may or may not get them. I unfortunately did not get mine and that’s been 2 calls to corporate and 5 days later. Been checking email, junk, spam, everything. They say it’s coming but still nothing has arrived. They have my money, but I have no product, and digital downloads are non-refundable. Hit or miss on prices and customer service. Went in a couple weeks ago looking to buy a car stereo. I knew exactly what I wanted and where to find but I needed an employee to get it down from a shelf. I had to seek someone out to help me and they took my information down and told me someone would be right over there to help and I waited for 15 minutes and didn’t see a single salesman. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt- it’s the holiday season and they’re busy but I got tired of waiting and left. The Best Buy in Rapid City definitely earned 5/5 stars! Matthew in the Apple Section near the back was extremely helpful by getting us what we needed and offering to check us out in the back. And when we were leaving James (the GM I believe) was at the front doors and offered to take our empty cart for us to return it. I usually come here for computer parts and tools and they work really well. They seem to be short on certain products though. I was hoping they would have a wider selection of Android phones like the Sony Xperia, but they mostly have Samsung and Apple in stock. I will say that I was able to find the Sony Xperia III on the website and it came in and I’ll tell you it’s the best phone I have ever had, camera quality is superb and crisp. Just wish I could have bought it in store and had it same day. I used to main LG phones, but lately they have stopped manufacturing phones, but I am glad I switched. All in all good store, great staff. Just wish it didn’t close so early. I’ll be honest. I didn’t do the actual work to compare prices with other locations, but I don’t know if I trust that they truly are the best place to buy.
The salespeople were certainly friendly and knowledgeable; but I won’t be fooled their goal is still to separate a fool from his money.

I sent my mother to pick up a new Galaxy Tab S6 lite for my daughter. Sent a screen shot of exact model and specs but the Tabs were in a locked case. She waited by the case for 10 minutes and then searched the store for an available agent for another 15 minutes before an inventory person from the back who was stocking shelves was able to open the case and get the Tab for her. I too have had difficulty locating available staff members on several occasions.
