As You enter you are greeted. I was Seeking the Note 20 Ultra 512bg, with expandable SD card, & it was a ease, because as we were starting to look, a young brown lady approached us, by introducing herself, then asked if she could be of service, and stated, she didn’t want to stand over us and when we were to ask questions, or need anything she was there to help and if she didn’t have the answer she would find someone that could father assist us. Her politeness won me over. Because I really dislike pushy salesman standing over me like roaring lion.
Best Buy had real display cellphones out, that were no Dummy Phones, we could play with them to get a feel for what we were seeking. The young brown Woman, answered all our questions, but we end up buying from Amazon being the phone I wanted wasn’t in stock.
As we approach the cameras another awesome associate approach us, a handsome younger man asked to help, I told him what I was seeking, what I needed it for. He explained the best camera for .y needs, after looking at the cost of the middle price range cameras😬 $899.00 were out of stock, so the young man suggested that I go over to Bedford Cameras. This is going above and beyond, because most salesman think $$$$ over Great Customer Service. I Love to give Kudos, but I waited too long to give feedback & forgot their names. I had recently purchased a washer and dryer here @this store. And they told me i had to wait 2 weeks which i was okay with due to them being out of stock. When they called me to install my washer and dryer they had told me i had brought 2 dryers. And i was like ”what the hell is going on here”. Long story short i went again and told them what had happened and they were super nice about it. And super helpful. I would highly recommend. Everyone makes mistakes. And im happy you guys took care of me. Im also a loyal customer &’ always use this store. I live in Norman and I’m seriously less than 5 mins from the best buy in Norman and I will get on the highway and go to this one. I had an issue with a an item I had purchased on the Moore store and when I called best buy and a rep told me to go to the Norman store to get the situation handled. I was met by up management like he could not believe I was there trying to return the item. So when I called back in. They called the Moore store and more took the item back no problem. Should of just called them from the jump. This is my best buy store. Go here. I bought the item online; that reserved it. I drove to the store & picked it up. Best Buy, as a corporation, has somehow placed itself firmly at the front of the pack as the go-to retailer in almost every market they feature.
I purchased the Total Tech Membership this past year. The benefits of it are so substantial, it’s paid for itself at least 15x and it hasn’t been a full year. Their app is 2nd to none when it comes to the shopping experience, tracking purchases, accessing services, checking warranty coverage, and so much more. They keep the inventory of every store up-to-the-minute accurate & easy to access. Their extended warranties are actually affordable, as well as worth the cost and hassle-free should a claim be required.
BTW…after purchasing the Total Tech Membership, I haven’t bought another extended warranty. They come with everything you purchase and remain active through the life of the extended warranty as long as my Total Tech Membership is current. I also haven’t paid for any of the installations since becoming a member…they’re included as well (and free priority shipping)!
No…I DO NOT work for Best Buy or receive any compensation for this extremely positive outlook. 😆 They’re clearly unsatisfied with being #1 in their industry…they’ve pressed through to the next level and are now innovating and setting new higher standards. Today I came in to buy a cell phone cover in the Midwest city Best Buy. The pretty Red hair girl at the cell phone cash register was busy flirting with another employee then when I went to pay for my item I ask her to use my Best Buy credit and she said it was to late because she already charged my card in a very rude tone.. she might be pretty but she sure does have a snotty attitude..By Coaster Crazy! She helped me with everything I wanted to get .she was just wonderful and the gentleman that helped also was just as friendly and nice as the lady . We had a few laughs and wished each other happy holidays.. I would absolutely recommend this best buy to anyone . We stopped at a few other best buys and they had no cameras except for 2 .not what I was looking for . But this best buy had a large range of cameras! Very very pleased with the camera I purchased. I received a refund for 1 item only.
I called on 10/18, and was informed that my card would be refunded. Today, I received an email stating that I would need to provide proof of shipping return.
I had to place another call, and send a reply email to request my money.
I probably won’t be purchasing with Best Buy, again. It’s too much of a hassle to do a return.
Thank goodness, I kept the receipts for my return, and followed up with my bank to ensure that I received a refund!

But I went in to a local best buy in Oklahoma City and asked about a prebuilt PC and the representative straight up told me I wouldn’t buy one of these. I mean that cool trying to save me money but put on for your company. With that being said I will say that they do have some bright young minds working for them as well. I met a young guy I don’t remember his name but if it matters for any specific reason I could always go back and speak with him. But anyway this young man was extremely knowledgeable in his department and told me everything I needed to know to make a decision on purchasing a TV/gaming monitor.By austin wyrick (a month ago)COMPLETELY HORRIBLE. A 65 Yr old man purchased a FM TRANSMITTER. No employee would take time to explain to them how the device worked. They spent 43 minutes inside the store asking numerous employees how to activate the device being that there so old, they were new to this type
Of technology. Not one person took time to get them assisted, a task that would’ve only took 30 seconds. This was a complete failure in customer service and a chance to help the elderly. You had no problem getting them to pay for the most expensive transmitter from your employee, but won’t have the nerve to teach them how to use it.
