Purchased new lifetime replacement for screen protector for my new phone. Was told at time of purchase that if the company that the screen is provided through no longer provides for best buy that they would still replace the screen but it would be under a different company for no charge because that was the service i payed extra for. Three months go by and and I need a new screen protector and surprise the company no longer does business with best buy. Incompetent worker that didn’t help me just says they don’t provided the service I just payed for a few months prior anymore. I asked if he could order from another company and he stood up looked at me and says NOPE and just walks away and says you need to find it from somewhere else and that he can’t help. When looking at the website the show that they have screens that can be ordered but the worker just wanted to be lazy and not do his job. Very disappointed with best buy lately. Gia helped us with a new phone for my elderly dad. She was very patient, and explained things in a way he could understand. She activated the new phone for my dad, and transferred all of the data for him as well. This is a nice Best Buy, with an easy lay-out. The mobile phone department is near the front and has a separate counter. The service was really friendly although due to Covid it looks like they really hide and come to help you when you request it. The TV section did look a little bare but hopefully they get more in when I return to purchase one. I liked the central location. Very easy to get in and out of. The laptop that was in stock wasn’t on display & no one could tell us if it had the components we needed. Finally, one guy assured us it had what we needed. I gave 2 stars only because they didn’t argue when we returned it. Why can’t they just open a box to see what components a computer has? We made it all the way to the back wall and around before they said a thing honestly. They asked everyone around us before they said a thing to us.
The customer service was so bad until my husband asked the security guard in front if anyone was working this afternoon. The security guard answered “yes, can I help with anything”, my husband told him his concerns, the security guard apologized and we left the store.I am giving 1 star because the security guard apologized, but I feel as though that is not enough. Every customer should be treated the same. People are people regardless of what they look like or whatever the reason was that no one approached us to give help.

1. The sales boy arranged delivery at a time they do not even deliver. Not nice to say boy but considering I spent 1K that day and everything he said to me has turned out to be false. As he’s patting himself on the back this customer is left with big disappointment.
2. Once the delivery, although 3 days late, arrived one of the young men was getting ready to leave. I said ‘Uhhh you don’t take it out of the box’, he said no that’s an additional charge. The other young man took it out of the box. They’re out at there truck and I see the damage. The great delivery guy, Cyril, came back in and pictured the damage. I had to call the store, which I did, wound up on hold for over 30 minutes and they will pick this one up when they deliver the next one. In 5 more days.
3. Just don’t purchase anything from Best Buy. They seem to have no idea what the sales floor people are selling. At least at this store.By Kim Heye (11 months ago)Initially, had I written this review it would have been a one star but I wanted to wait to see if they fixed the issue and they did.We had originally bought two new TVs to be delivered and installed; however, there was an error when they scheduled it (not sure exactly what happened). The day of our delivery they called to let us know they could not complete our scheduled install – so upsetting. After speaking with them, we did leave unsatisfied as they could only give us a new install date of 2 more weeks later (we had already waited 3).
Next day, we unexpectedly received a call from our installer asking if they could come within the next 10-15 minutes! The JOYYYY that was felt with that call. Not only were they correcting their mistake, but we were able to still get our FAVORITE installer, Art. To be honest, he is one of the main reasons we still choose Best Buy (we actually requested him when we bought the TVs to be our installer). He has installed/delivered most of our products and we always know that our items are in great care with him! He is so great to talk with, very professional, and quick! So thank you Art! We will always be grateful for you!
Also a thank you to the General Manager, Joe for fixing things for us and getting it handled quickly. Another thank you to the Supervisor, Austin for beating with us! We appreciate all of you!

Usually on the heavier staffed arena that any Best Buy I have ever been in had, today didn’t fit that mold. I went there looking for a replacement washing machine as our machine lost it’s life today.
