A cool best buy! The employees consistently asked if we needed help at all parts of the store which was very helpful of them. I didn’t need help, but I know if someone did, they would be helped very quickly without having to ask! The location was clean and the bathroom was one of the cleanest public restrooms I’d ever been in. The location had several items to choose from: TV’s, phones, gaming systems, accessories, and a lot more. They even had appliances! Most appliance prices ranged from 3-6k dollars, but there were cheaper options that ranged from 1k> to 2k which would be perfect for a first appliance. I recommend coming here if you need a new appliance such as a fridge or a stove, or if you want a new electronic device such as a laptop or TV.

We picked up this nice washer and dryer set. They scheduled me for install/delivery today and they’re suppose to show up in 1 week from today. Bestbuy even gave me 0% interest if paid off within 1 year. Great service and excellent financing!

First of all I’m going to say, eff this best buy. First I was sitting there waiting 30 minutes to get help on a monitor. Then someone told me I need to be in queue and then I proceed to be told “hey you are next in queue” and then guess what. A PERSON WHO JUST ASKED THEM FOR HELP GETS HELP AND WASNT IN THE QUEUE. All I asked you was “hey is that monitor below the same as the one on display? It isn’t quite clear.”

Not a huge fan of the profiling either. For a company that prides itself on asking for help obnoxiously, I wasn’t asked once for help or if I needed help finding something. And I was here for 40ish minutes. I get it, I wasn’t dressed “well enough”.

I’m going to drive the extra 20 minutes and go to microcenter for my purchases in the future.

P.S. I ended up buying it at microcenter but I bought a g8 neo instead.

The Best Buy on 76th Street is fantastic and today, a little bit of a life saver! Aside from the store looking good, nicely stocked and rather full of other customers, the customer service was top notch! I had conversations with a customer service representative in the front of the store and the laptop section that were great and very helpful. My third and fourth customer service contacts were with Geek Squad folks who were extremely helpful and very pleasant. For me and my little bit of a life saver, they perfectly helped me out with a mobile phone issue and made my day a little bit better!

Bought a TV that turned out to be defective. I confirmed this with Samsung, and then also called the Best Buy help line to confirm that I could return the TV. When I tried to return it in the store, the manager initially refused to let me return it, arguing with me that I needed to buy a protection plan. He only changed his mind after I insisted we plug it in and see the defect. It then took an hour for him to try to locate a replacement TV, only to see that they were out of stock. They also tried to persuade me into accepting a different, worse TV as a replacement, which I declined. They then offered a much more expensive TV, if I paid the difference. I declined. I returned the TV, and the manager wrote on a business card that I could come back when the TV was in stock and get it for the Black Friday price that I paid. The catch: I am responsible for monitoring if the TV is back in stock, and I have to hope the manager will remember me and honor what he wrote on the card. They didn’t give me a formal exchange receipt.

Terrible experience. I ordered a TV and had them deliver it. I set it aside for a few weeks because that’s how long it took for me to get someone to mount. When we went to turn on the TV we found that it was defective. I called Best Buy and was told there was nothing they would do for me because it was outside of the 15 day window (by one week!). I never opening it, I never handled it. They told me to call Samsung. Waiting on Samsung escalation now, but I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again. Awful customer service and support.

Best Buy could have chosen to close this store during their remodel but they kept it open for online orders and some walk ups. Good for store employees who might only work part time and would have to find another job. Well done Best Buy and store employees! 👏 **Obviously this review is only good while the store is under construction**

This whole location is under construction which wasn’t obvious until I drove there. You cannot enter the store at all at this time (early Sept 2022). I pulled up my car to ask one of a mob of employees what they recommend. I was told to find what I wanted on my phone, show it to employee, they retrieved it from the store and checked me out in the entrance. The employee was awesome, not being able to see, touch, compare items in person stinks. I should have had it sent to my house.

I highly recommend the Hopkins Best Buy (located near Ridgedale). I needed help with my Chromebook and Ben provided excellent service in solving my issues. He also corrected several items I hadn’t mentioned but that he noticed. If you’re having computer problems, make an appointment with the Geek Squad and you’ll be glad you did.

They are closed for general public Durant remodeling, if you want to buy something you have to tell them and they can grabbed for you. Otherwise is closed. Update your information on google for customers to know.

I really root for in person stores! Good service here. Great staff. Thanks!

But the items that are shipped from online orders arrive in terrible shape. We have had the same refrigerator shipped to our home. Then after we took the time to return the damaged refrigerator to the store, ordered a new one and had it shipped to the store. This one is beat up and probably damaged too.
Poor shipping and Handling by Best Buy.

Geek squad was essential in helping me build my home computer rig. Great, fast, competent work at a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend their Geek Squad here

The store is near Technolgy drive in Eden Prairie. The closest highway is 494 and makes it easily accessible. Highway 212 is also close by.

The roads around the store are in a mess with construction all around due to the metro train.

Bestbuy at Eden Prairie is a nice and lively store. The staff are polite and helpful. There discount criteria specifically online match is rigid. They might not match. The store space is huge as usual . They have categorized with different departments. It’s a super active store and like to spend time here. Overall good place to shop.

Like the store. Clean, less crowded, and well maintained.they have studios to feel and get knowledge of every product. We ordered a TV for pick up, they informed to come after 45 min as they required that much time. We went there after more than 2 hrs but the order wasn’t ready. I was very much disappointed by this behavior as it was snowing outside. I hope they will read and take actions on such kind of incidence.

Walked in looking for a TV. Got help right away. I asked some questions that were above employee expertise and he quickly swapped places with the guy that knew more. Worked out perfectly.

I asked the TV expert about receivers and he grabbed the receiver expert.

This place has the right experts.

Maple Grove best buy is nice. I set up curbside pickup for my 65 inch tcl 6 series. I let them know I was there and about 10 minutes later a guy came out with TV. Worked pretty well. I sat in my SUV. We were barely able to squeeze it in my Buick enclave. Huge box, good experience, thank you.

I got to Best Buy about 20 minutes before closing. Meryl was unbelievable. Very friendly, funny, and helpful. I wanted to hook up an antenna for my protector and she was able to find exactly what I needed. Keep her! And give her a raise! Great job Best Buy.

It’s a relatively clean and friendly Best Buy. I went in to buy a new laptop and had to wait around 10 minutes for someone to help me which felt a little long but once they were there the process was quick and easy.

They didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t want but it felt like they were there to help if I had any questions.

Luke was the best cashier we saw all day!! (That’s a high complement considering it’s Black Friday today!) Luke rang up 3 separate transactions for us effortlessly! We threw a few curve balls at him asking to return/switch cards for a few items and he didn’t even break a sweat! Smiling through the Black Friday chaos Luke was a rockstar and deserves a raise! (Or at least a free lunch- hint hint manager) Thanks for the great experience!5/5

Absolutely horrible service.. bought a washer and dryer. They brought the wrong washer so I made an apt to have them pick it up and bring the correct one, they didn’t show up and didn’t even call to let us know they canceled the appointment. They were apparently still out of stock and rescheduled it for a month later and didn’t show up for a second time again. At this point I’ve been without a washing machine for 3 months so I called to return both the washer and dryer for a refund since they can’t seem to get me the washer that goes with the dryer and now they say they will take the washer back but not the dryer? Seriously screw this place

Great Best Buy. This location has a big line up of cameras to play with. Employees are very helpful and friendly in the camera area. The computer section is filled with many models to try as well and the employees in this area is very kind and helpful as well. They’re definitely knowledgeable in their area. The tv area is very well organized as well. All of the aisles were clean and we’ll organized. I always suggest this best buy if you’re looking to play around with multiple selections of cameras.

After dealing with Best Buy’s call center for 40 agonizing minutes, attempting to make a simple purchase, I finally made my purchase on my phone (during one of the numerous ‘holds’ the employee put me on. I went to Best Buy in Oakdale to pick up said purchase – only to find out that my purchase was inexplicably cancelled. Fortunately I had taken screenshots of my purchase. The employees were very helpful in resolving the issue.

Best Buy has everything you’ll want for your home entertainment needs. Plenty of helpful staff. The prices are competitive, some a little high on some items, and some low on others. But what really sets Best Buy apart is the many staff members with the knowledge to help you figure out exactly it is you need.

They had an amazing trade-in deal for my old phone… But I waited in line for 2 hours for the only working employee to help one lady in front of me. They need more educated professionals available to help in the cell phone department if they are going to be doing everything involving cell phones and cell plans.

There were a number of groups of Best Buy employees throughout the store all chatting away and not offering to help, even though the store wasn’t busy. It finally took an Amazon employee who was only there temporarily to help me. One more reason to love Amazon and one more reason not to go to Best Buy if I don’t absolutely need to.
