Update: This store is getting worse every week. I sit in curbside 45 mins for pickup an no one came out. So I had to go in stop wasting my time. Why do you curbside if no one can bring items out?????? Bestbuy stop with the ridiculous practices. The staff in the museum are amazing! We was at a charging station at 8 AM. I need to go to the restroom. The museum did not open until 9. There was gas stations in the distance, and a wooded area. I decided to ask the staff inside the main building. In any other place I could almost bet there answer would be NO, but I was greeted with a smile and lead inside. It was clean and I was very grateful. Houston take some lessons from Kentucky be kind! Do plan on coming back for a tour. Would recommend it to everyone. We dropped a pin and came back to charge on our way home!
Also only place that had a trash can by the electrical charging stations. We drove from Vermont to Texas and back Home.

A typical Best Buy. I love to visit the Best Buy for shopping gadgets and electronics. Today I stopped by for buying an optical cable for my speakers. I got what I was looking for. The staff was nice and helpful. They helped me to find the right product quickly. Website said they had a washer and dryer in stock at that location. I pay for the washer and dryer and get a receipt saying it will be ready in 1 hour.
I wanted to pick it up that night so I went and paid money to rent a truck for the washer and dryer plus a dishwasher that was at another best buy.
I get to the Best Buy 40 minutes away from my house only to be told they don’t even have it there. So they charged me money for something they don’t even have. They refused to give me a refund and said it would take 4-5 business days so now I don’t have enough money to get a dryer somewhere else ( our dryer is broken).
The customer service guys ( who were all helpful) helped me pick out a different dryer that was there in store. Once I picked another dryer and waited another 40 minutes at the counter for them to bring it up front I was told that I couldn’t do an exchange because I placed the order online.
So they took my money for something they didn’t even have, refused to refund me in a timely manner, would not exchange it for a different dryer that was there in front of me.
To top it all off, the store manager Sherita could not care less about it and seemed annoyed that she even had to talk to me about this. She gave no apology, offered no help or compensation, no discount on the price, nothing. Even though I had paid money to rent a truck and spent an hour travelling there for something they did not even have in the first place.After spending all that time in there waiting on them to bring out the dryer they wouldn’t let me do an exchange on, the store had closed so I couldn’t even use the rented truck to go pick up the dishwasher at the other Best Buy.

I used to love best buy. But now it seems like evey time i go there they don’t have what i want.
