I get it that this store is a “big box retailer.” But I’m basing my review on this *individual* location. The team members here are stellar. To be honest I would leave five ⭐ s but I rarely leave five. Too many people dish out five stars when it’s “good enough” but for me it’s got to be a WOW-factor, reserved for only the best. It took time to fix my friend ‘s phone, but we had to come back the next day because the download was slow.. it was fixed the next day. Because of all the time it took to work on it they gave my friend a free 3month subscription to Disney+. I always go to Best buy. Great store. I think the only issue I have here is their lack of accessories for my particular phone. They have two different screen protector for it, that’s it and didn’t like either one. TV selection was great. Appliances, smart devices, computer choices were good as well. Nice store. Clean and organized. The staff was friendly. They asked why I was taking pictures, I let them know it was for my Google guides hobby. They were professional, courteous and understanding. The store itself is very nice. It was clean; selection was great; and employees and managers were very helpful. I’ve picked up a few online orders at this location. They’ve been efficient and organized each time.

People check how much they have before they go in-stores or online and sometimes transaction get declined/not works or when it works, stop saying information that is not true or assume you know them or their life fully because those employees have no common sense and they have done that to customers especially to young individuals. Either ways, I got the items needed somewhere else and understand why people are uncomfortable. They will not like the same treatment if anyone does or have done it them.By xo xo (2 months ago)Best Buy (Geek Squad) is Apple Certified. BUT, not certified enough to swap out my Apple Watch under my Apple Care + plan in store because “Apple needs to diagnose” it more. It’s shattered, oops. Why does Apple need to test it out more if the glass is shattered? Still worked fine. It’s estimated to take a week and a half to get my watch back. Super inconvenient, would rather go to the Apple Store next time my Apple product is broken because they can swap it out then and there. Thought I’d give Best Buy a try next to my house, but ended up being a week and a half. 😞On the bright side, staff was friendly, organized, and communicative. Also looking at the bright side, I can stay disconnected from my watch on my wrist and get my watch tan line back 🤣.

Iam an old lady, and don’t understand English. but, the staff member Manuel did not dislike me, He spent a lot of time through google translate, after understanding my needs，Not only help me choose my phone, but also help me set up a phone SIM card，and patiently answered many of my ask questions. And help me transfer the information from the old phone to the new phone, it takes him a lot of time. Yesterday all of my technology crashed. Today I took my computer and cell to Best Buy and my technician immediately found 2 virus apps on my computer and uninstalled them. And he helped with my phone. Everything was at no charge. Josh was efficient and polite. (He was so nice about my lack of tech skills.) I have Apple care and scheduled the appointment through Apple. I get there and the employees helping me were very rude right away they look at my watch and laugh and whisper to each other then finally address me saying “it’s gonna take 2-3 weeks for me to get it back and I’m better going directly to Apple” I think about it but ultimately say I’m already here let’s just go through you… he sighs and begins typing on his register a few minutes later he addresses me again and states that “because my damage is extensive he can’t even send it because Apple with reject it… “
I get upset because I feel like I’m being pawned off on Apple. I felt like this was such a waste of my time and very disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer.

I was waiting for the message to pick it up for like an hour. All of the sudden they messaged me that it was unavailable. placed an order for curbside, they noticed me ahead of time that there would be a wait of 10 minutes or more due to it being a weekend. i have definitely noticed in the last few weeks that they are running way understaffed. they were out to my car within 5 minutes and even though our interaction was brief it was friendly and pleasant. be kind to retail workers this holiday season. they are doing the most and giving it their all!By Maria Angela (a month ago)August 2022: Visually, the store wasnt very clean. Hard to imagine it being sanitized regularly….or at all. Small selection of cell phones, which is what we came to see. In the section we were looking at, a third of them wouldn’t even turn on. We ended up leaving and just going to Verizon.
Will try a different Best Buy location next time I need to check something out.
By Carter B (5 months ago)Took FOREVER to get help in this store. I walked in wanting to buy a new laptop and could not get help to save my life. The store was NOT busy for this to be an issue. I finally had to pull the alarm on the locked computers for someone to help me. Once I got help, the guy sales rep was great. He was very resourceful and knowledgeable and helped me find and get what I needed. A little pushy once done with computers and understand he was doing his job but sometimes a “No,” is a no and felt a little uncomfortable. This place has a good location with enough parking space next to the a mall. It is very clean. I did noticed that they didn’t have enough items but I went there a couple of days before Christmas. So I would attribute that to the season. The staff is friendly and welcoming. As you walk into the store there’s someone greeting you. There’s a good vibe in the store and I think the friendly staff has a lot to do with it. Way to go, Best Buy. I had to call customer service twice for them to contact someone in the store. I was the only car sitting there waiting and no one cared. We had a budget in mind (which we went over by $200), not once did we feel like we were being pressured to go over this budget. I needed to go in and actually get help with a larger purchase. I was the only customer in the kitchen section with 3 employees and they just ignored me while I was waiting there to speak to them. So after about 9 minutes I just left and I’ll go elsewhere for what I need. Which is really frustrating especially because this was my go to store to buy from.
