Merchandise choices are great in every area but Women’s clothing. The sizing is rarely in line with other stores–Nearly everything is smaller than the listed size. Often, many items are cheaply made for the price listed. I would also suggest that you provide more options in the Men’s department; it’s very limited. Customer service employees have no problem trash talking customers to their faces when a problem arises. Just because there was an issue, does not make me a bad person (or a Karen) and they were not pleasant anyway.
Very clean, don’t generally have an issue with employees but I will say customer service desk is kind of lacking. Everytime I ask a question there they don’t make any attempt to look or check for an item even if its in featured in the ad. You have a better chance at grabbing one of the employees walking around. They will actually look instead of just saying “we didn’t get those in” or ” we don’t have those”. Multiple accounts of me asking customer service and getting this response just to find out they did infact have it.
We went to the Target in Holland Ohio. The staff was courteous and the store was still nicely stocked despite it being the day before Christmas eve. I was very pleased by the experience.
Did a return today at Target. They’re definitely not like the other stores. Staff were professional, efficient, friendly and fast. Short wait time. No fuss return with receipt. Very good experience.
