    We purchased a 65″ Samsung OLED TV and a new receiver from John at Magnolia. He was very knowledgeable and was able to set up installation with the Geek Squad. First, Andrew Seamore came out and inspected our current system and advised what we needed. Next, the amazing team of Bryan and Ryan at the Geek Squad installed our new system, and also moved/installed the existing TV to another room. Bryan and Ryan were very patient and answered all our questions about the options and apps on the new TV. When I discovered the price had dropped considerably on the TV, Andrew quickly issued a credit to our account. Thanks again for this amazing team! We are enjoying the beautiful, crisp, sharp picture and the new easy-to-operate RF remote. We encourage everyone to visit this location. Start with John in Magnolia!

    I’m very very pleased with my experience at this Best Buy!! The customer service is unmatched. First I had a small hiccup with the free installation included with my stereo I got for Christmas. I was helped by Eduardo R. And several others who worked expeditiously to right the issue and get everything situated with my installation appointment! I was blown away. Then when I came in for the install by the Geek Squad I was helped by Mario P and Terry who were able to make two installation appointments (one for speakers one for the stereo) condensed to one! I was very happy and impressed with the clarity and helpfulness with the whole process. They explained what I had bought and what they would need to do to add extra tweeters in the back with ease. Everything including the back up cam and steering wheel controls works as promised!! I’m enjoying bumping my tunes a whole lot more and I was even assisted finding options for upgrade for the future! Thank you guys so much you definitely went above and beyond!

    I went in to buy a computer which I already knew which one I wanted because you had a flash sale. I got to the computer department and, as usual at this location especially, an employee saw me and didn’t approach me. I finally approached him and asked if I could ask him a couple questions. He answered them and I said let’s do it. He rang me up and didn’t even say thank you. I realized just recently he never even asked me about an extended warranty and an antivirus. Basically he just rang the sale and he was done with me. I was literally in and out of the store to spend money on a computer in about 8 minutes. Granted I did not spend a ton of money on this computer because I’m not using it for work but just for basic things but it was still like $300 on sale. To some that’s like no money but to some of us it can seem like a lot of times. I’m getting to the point that I’m tired of being ignored when I walk into stores and want to spend money so I might as well spend the money online with places like Amazon in the future. That can certainly affect a business like Best Buy But I don’t know if Best Buy cares. Ever since the overhauled the entire company several years back getting rid of music and the rest of it for the most part it’s gone downhill. But I gave a chance this time and made a purchase. At this point I don’t think I will buy anything else from Best Buy.

    I am currently looking for a washer and dryer and I had no idea how many options and features there are. I was honestly lost, and went to a few best buy stores to get the opinions of the professionals. After visiting 4 stores I luckily came across Ryan at Maryland and Flamingo. Ryan had so much knowledge and truly took the time to listen to me and my needs, including budget which most sales people look past. In the end he found me the perfect appliance for me! Look, style, budget, and available for the date I needed. Although this store is across town from me I would gladly travel the distance to work with Ryan again.

    What an awful experience. Went in to the store to pick up a laptop that I purchased on Cyber Monday, waited two weeks for it to not be shipped to the store. Ended up having to wait an hour for them to transfer my order to a store in Henderson to pick up. While I was there constant alarms going off and product just laying in the middle of the store in boxes. The store in Henderson was great though super clean and friendly staff were able to get me out in less then 10 minutes. I will not return to the Maryland parkway location.

    We just did a simple online order pickup. They tried to give us a monitor that was in a very damaged box, but they were willing to swap it without any hesitation!

    For the short time I was in the store, it was a very much a best buy.

    This store has to have the worst customer service I have ever witness. I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to help me in the Apple section while watching them help other customers and ignoring me when I asked for assistance.

    I actually called the store while I was there and asked to speak to the manager. They acknowledged by putting me on an endless hold, haha.

    I finally had to interrupt one of the sales associates asking other customer’s if they need assistance because it appeared once again, he was going to skip right by me.

    I understand staff shortages but when your store is literally ignoring customer’s looking to purchase, well that’s no excuse.

    Incredibly incompetent staff. Without any technical knowledge or skills. They was sold a used and broken Microsoft laptop when it was supposed to be brand new. They tried to blame me for breaking it when the problem was software not hardware. Never again I shop at Best Buy and Microsoft. If I could give zero stars I would.Horizontal lines appear on the laptop screen, which according to Microsoft should be removed after an update. I wasted over two hours updating a laptop with the official updates provided by Microsoft and in the end nothing. And on top of that, the staff from the store told me that I broke the laptop with these updates. So, in the future, I don’t know what is right – whether to update my devices with the officially provided updates or to listen to the “incredibly competent” staff of Best Buy. And finally, don’t push me things like “buy an additional warranty” ‘Well, learn from your colleagues in Europe, where the warranty is 3 years.

    All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I come here often for work and am always in & out very quickly.

    The staff are amazing and are willing to help with many problems and are very informed about the products there – I think they are all trained on a certain type of products individually but still are great, you can tell they receive good training/onboarding.

    I also am pleased to see that it seems like they are well staffed. I never have to wait for anything in line [or very short wait] and there is always someone available to ask questions to.

    The store also has a great layout which allows you to find things quickly. The cords are near the front and everything is clearly labeled.

    Went in to buy a printer copier and scanner. They’re selection was vast. But as i was in there for over 25 min and no one approached me I was disheartened. I looked several times for an associate. They were all gathered around a register to interested in their gossip to help. So. Being in the hospitality industry , I decided that this wasn’t the place for me. I left. Went next door and bought what I needed for actually less than what I would have spent at Best Buy. Trust me I don’t hate. But I also understand that if associated did their job and aided guests and sales were up that maybe the prices could be more competitive. Anyway. I don’t make the news I just report it. That was my experience. Maybe yours will be different

    Looks like they’ve remodeled the place. Looks great and a variety of selections. However, I was never helped with items I was reviewing for purchase. Anyway, couldn’t make a decision due to my lack of knowledge of them. So, I left with nothing. Would have been nice to have some help.

    Today I went in to exchange a SSD for my sons desktop because we couldn’t get it to fit properly they recommended the geek squad I was like okay. They made me an appointment same day. The manager took care of an exchange for me while I was there and made sure I was okay. The staff were all amazing! I am speechless!! John and Ruffino in the geek squad department were absolutely amazing!!! They took care of my sons computer FREE! Because of our geek squad coverage! ♥️ It looks and runs like new! Great job thank you for everything you do! I really appreciate Best Buy and this location is amazing! 🙏♥️

    I am very frustrated at the service I received today at this location. I asked 3 different employees to grab someone to unlock the cameras so that I may grab one. After waiting for for 20 min I asked a 4th employee if someone with a key can unlock the cameras and he replied “sorry we are busy at the moment” although I had already been waiting for about half an hour. At this point I was frustrated so I walked out and decided that I would just order the camera online and do store pickup. Then I received an email saying the camera I paid for was out of stock at the location. If I would have just got someone to unlock the cameras while I was there I would have got the chance to buy one. Terrible service and now I’m out of a camera

    Four tries at delivering the proper washer/ dryer set, $2000 original order and still haven’t got it right. Total communication breakdown between Sales & Delivery departments. I’ve now given up, we will live with what we have. I am now firmly a “Never Again Best Buy”

    Went in there and picked up a TV. It was a quick in-and-out found my product quickly. At checkout is where my negative experience began. It started with no hello, Then asked if there was a warranty on this TV or any type Insurance we were told “no”. Not sorry no or anything just a hard “NO”. Our 3rd question was do you have any military discount. With the answer of another hard “no”. Customer service was definitely not this person’s strong suit. From the beginning up to the checkout our experience was perfectly fine.

    Best buy is exactly what it was years ago. The selection is plentiful, yet there’s more much to choose from. I can’t really explain it. If you need something specific, then best buy is a good choice. If you want to just browse, and not really spend money, then best buy is a good choice. But if you want to actually shop, then the prices will really turn you off. Everything is quite overpriced. But with the layout, all the inventory, and the ability to try things, hands on, it’s to be expected. The overhead on a best buy store has to be astronomical, so the prices are to be expected, but that doesn’t make them easier to swallow. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I ordered something online and wanted to pick up. I arrived Best Buy curbside parking at 2pm. I clicked ‘I’m here’ right after I parked. I waited for 10 minutes, nobody came. I requested curbside pick up again and agin, total 4 times. Still nobody came. I walked to the store at 2:33 and talked the one of the associates. The lady checked my name and told me that I only requested it 11 minutes ago. I am 100% sure it was much longer than that, otherwise, I did not have to walk to the store.If you forgot to check your system, or you missed a notification, I understand. You can’t make me like a liar. I don’t need to lie about it. Disappointed.

    Came in to have a remote start installed on my Tundra. Had some time to kill so I wandered the store. There is a lot in this store. Seems like more than most Best Buys. Everyone was friendly and asking if I needed help. Home appliances, home security, technology for your home and devices, car audio, newest Televisions, movies, toys, home theater, vacuums, Apple, Android, computers, and So much more. Very clean facility. I would recommend this location to anyone.

    Best Buys “Total Tech” and “Geek Squad” ruined my external hard drive. This year I made the switch from PC to Apple. The “Total Tech” subscription was recommended to me because it included Apple Care. I needed to have my HDD work on my MAC so I used the Geek Squad to facilitate the transition. I ask if they could save my data from my portable drive, then format it for MAC and return the data back to the drive. The rep checked my drive to make sure it was working and said it would be no problem. When I returned to pickup my drive, it would no longer read the data and I have no way of accessing my lifetime of file. I asked what happened and the rep said my drive was broken. I explained that it was tested before I dropped it off and it was working. The Geek Squad team member took no responsibility for damaging my drive and suggested I send it out to a data retrieval service at my own expense ($300) if I wanted my files. I had a copy of my files on my old PC and I asked if I could buy a new drive, make it read on a MAC, and add the file from my PC, then wipe the PC? They assured me they could do it. In the end I got a wiped PC and a drive that will not read on my MAC. Strike 2. I scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad to repair my sons Nintendo Switch lite. When I got into Best Buy I was told that I needed to buy an extended warranty for my device. When I subscribed to Total Tech I was told it would cover all my devices. Then, I was referred somewhere else to get the repairs done. Why confirm my appointment knowing what it was for and knowing that you would not fix it. Waste of time. Strike 3. I officially have lost my patience with Best Buy, Geek Squad, and Total Tech.
