I had a hard time finding gluten free bread so I asked a nice lady who was putting up stock in the dairy section where I could find it. She told me it was on row 16 or 17. I looked up and down the rows but could not find it. So I went back to the nice lady and ask her again. She said she could not leave her station for long because she had a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it. I told her I understand completely as I used to work for Walmart a very long time ago. So I know how it is when you get behind on something. But she still led me to the aisle and help me find what I was looking for. I thank her very much I just wish I could remember her name. Nice lady if I see you again I was sure to give you a gigantic thank you!

Store was nice. Although with the narrow isles, you are competing with walmart order pickers and other customers trying to get down the isles. Not to mention the people stocking shelves.

Half of their floor space is taken up with pallets of product yet somehow they’re still constantly out of stock of all bare necessities. There have been several times where I’ve come to this Walmart to just pick up a few things and those few things were out of stock.

So I have to call this pharmacy and have them correct my orders often. Something’s always wrong and unfortunately sometimes I have to deal with Heather Morgan, who is one of the pharmacists and she has very poor customer service skills. Usually I have to wait until Brian or Gail is around so that I can get these errors fixed without Heather’s attitude. Evidently the conversation I had was Gail months ago about Heather’s behavior was not addressed properly or Heather chooses to act this way regardless. She lacks sympathy and empathy and mostly comes off arrogant.

Her needle skills are terrible as well. Get anyone else in the building to give you a shot if you’re going for your vaccinations if you want to be able to use your arm the next day. The only thing worse than being rude is lacking skills. Heather could definitely use some remedial training.

Update I spoke to Gail once again about Heather’s terrible customer service and all she did is act like she didn’t have the time to listen. So whatever Heather seems to be getting away with is evidently okay with management at Walmart. I say this as a disabled person who needs hormone replacement and now gets prescriptions at Access Pharmacy, because the last time my doctor wrote a prescription for a full bottle, Heather Morgen decided she knew more about medicine/ hormones than my doctor who had testosterone test results in front of him which she certainly never has seen. She gave me one ML vials instead of what my doctor wanted.

Heather Morgan’s excuse was that she didn’t want “That many drugs on the street!” Seriously how insulting can you be to a low testosterone male, which is totally embarrassing when your genitals don’t work properly, who is just trying to get the medicine to make himself feel normal. I had a terrible health scare a few years back, and my testicles no longer operate. Imagine this just to understand how ludacris her statement was…

I’m in the hard streets of Lupton City. I’m out here selling testosterone and crack. That’s not even close to reality but that’s how I was treated by Heather multiple times. I’ll never forget what she said to me and there will never be an apology good enough. Heather never apologized, just her managers, and of course they said they would do something about her behavior.

Well Gail is in charge and she did nothing. Heather is still treating people poorly and getting paid an amazing wage to do so. Evidently Walmart Pharmacy does not have the same customer service beliefs as the rest of the Walmart store. There’s no other place in Walmart where Heather Morgan could get away with her bad customer service. If she was a cashier they would fire her in a second, but since she has an advanced degree they tolerate her. Well I have a degree more advanced than her, and she’s not that talented. She’s more like a pill accountant than an actual pharmacist that cares about your health. She certainly is not smarter than the biochemistry degree that I earned. She’s the type of person that I get paid to tutor so they can make it through pharmacy school instead of someone with their own personal talent. She acts like she’s talking to a homeless person when she talks to me and the other people I observed her talking down to in her condescending manner that evidently is okay by Walmart.

All I can do because Walmart will do nothing is just not go to the store on the days when she works. I don’t know how that’s acceptable but that’s what Walmart has allowed to happen. They don’t care. Luckily they have some excellent pharmacy techs that can handle most of the customer service but anytime Heather opens her mouth it’s probably a mistake that Walmart will lose business over.

The lady at the cash register was very nice and helped me out when I ran out of change. I would highly recommend this Walmart! Thank you!

No cashiers. Have to wait in a line that was at least 20 yards long to do a self checkout. Decided that my time was worth more than what Walmart was willing to pay employees (or lack of due to replacing employees). Will not be going back.
By John Bishop (4 weeks ago)
The employees at the self checkout are racist, they are racist and also harass Spark drivers. They hate latino people and they are poorly trained, it’s always the same experience with them plus they also touch your phone without permission, this is the only walmart in the city where this happens.

After waiting 15 minutes to finally get a money order i asked Anthony would it be ok if he checked out my 7 items afterwards. He told me he couldn’t and to use self check out because someone had just walked behind me and i guess they were the priority. As a paying customer, there was no customer service provided and no urgency for anyone to come to the money center to provide assistance. Only a select few can complete money orders and i would assume management level. It’s shocking that Anthony has the qualifications of a “manager or lead” but lacks simple courtesy and most importantly, customer service. He told me he would’ve checked out my seven items but they were short staffed. It would seem more convenient to check me out while I’m already there to get an already understaffed shift to put those same items back.

Hate to say this, but this is the 3rd time I bought something that is expired by months still sitting on their selves. I understand I need to check the dates [will certainly do from now on], however with their tea, milk, drinks, and ect being so behind on being thrown out speaks volumes of this store. If you must shop here beware the forgotten spoiled foods being marketed.

As a customer enjoying a vacation, our family decided to stop at this Walmart for a few odds and ends. The encounter with Shonna, the lead for the shift, made the visit more unpleasant than it needed to be. There is nothing worse than attempting to spend money where you have to deal with rude people like her. As always dealing with certain businesses, you get to the register to find that items are priced incorrectly on the shelves. As a previous worker that deals with the public, the correct thing to do is honor the price on the shelf as it indicates as this is no fault to the customers. Instead, she preferred to state “well you don’t have to buy it”. In the world that I live in, I respect others and if I wouldn’t say it to my mother, I wouldn’t say it to others. Wonder if she would have responded to her mother this way…..

Easy access, plenty of parking, and well lighted. Helpful employees, and the curbside grocery pick up is fantastic; fast and efficient with sufficient numbered parking spots to hand their customers. For curbside grocery pick up, I’m typically leaving with groceries in under 5 minutes or less after parking. This location also offers charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as a gas station.
✭✭✭✭✭ By Little Skittles (11 months ago)
This Chattanooga TN charging station is our half-way point from Atlanta GA to Nashville TN. The station is clean and the chargers work as designed. An average it takes us 15 minutes to charge from 20% to 80% charge with the Audi e-tron!! And an additional 12 minutes to charge to 100%! After we plug-in the Audi e-tron to charge, we have time to walk to Walmart, use the bathroom, purchase a drink and a snack and walk back to the Audi with a 80% charge!! And sometimes my wife wants to get her steps in… that a 25 minute walk around the Walmart parking lot = 2 miles and over 4,000 plus steps! Oh and the best part is the cost!! On average we pay $8 to $10 for a full charge!! I hope this note helps in your decision to purchase an electric vehicle!

Update: The kiwi was clearly marked $3. It rang up 4.48. I asked, and they told me they marked it 4.48, and the $3 applies to another item. The lady would not even look at me. Poor job today.

The store is clean and usually not too busy. Friday’s are the exception. The staff is always available.

This location is always on their game. Isle spacing is just right, shelves are neat, grocery section rotates well at different levels of supply. Great lighting. Friendly staff all over the store. I easily choose this location over the one closer to home.

Kimberly (with the blue hair who is near the checkouts) is a bully. We have had three incidents with her where she is very rude. Today myself and my adult 22 yr old daughter walked in together. I checked out in the garden section & went to my car to wait and my daughter checked out in the self checkouts. She was purchasing alcohol. Kimberly asked if she walked in with anyone & my daughter said, “my mom.” They required me to come into the store to prove I was over the age of 40 (she said this is what they were trained to do & it’s TN state law). Even though my daughter had a valid license that shows she is 22 (almost 23)! I have NEVER heard of this. I did talk to Tammy in CS – she was very kind, and she said it is NOT a policy. When I went back to inform Kimberly that she seems to be mistaken on Tennessee policy she said she will still be double checking my daughter’s ID next time too. Unbelievable how rude she is and still working there!

Returned a can of stain because when I purchased it I thought it was stain and polyurethane. Said it would go back on my card. I immediately got a notification saying they used the wrong expiration date. I had to wait until today before they would address it. Gave me a number to call. I waited on the phone 40+ minutes! My bank instantly gives notifications of credits and debits. Also beware! They jack the prices up by as much as 25% over what the app says it costs! Definitely worth the trip to drive to signal mountain road!

Store is clean, smells fresh, friendly, helpful staff, found everything I was looking for except turmeric root. Plenty of parking. Found a deal on bath(6.00 each) and hand (1.00 each) towels. Towels were really nice and plush.

WILL TOW YOUR CAR AFTER 24 HRS

Definitely some sort of grimey contract between the owner and the Tow company.

$310 tow truck is absolutely insane for a car being in the lot for less than 48hrs.

Every time you place a curbside order you will wait for over an hour in the parking lot for it. 0/10. Go to target or Publix where it will be less than a 10 min wait. Even if you need something only Walmart has or something is on sale- not worth it. Not sure who in management is allowing the oversell of pickup time slots, or why I’ve never seen a manager help the poor runners get pickups handled.
By Veronica Morgan (3 months ago)
One of the better Walmarts in the area but they really should stop allowing people to set up begging stations at the front door. Last week I went in and some guy stopped me as I was going in and wanted to know if I would give him money. When I asked what it was for he mumbled something about it’s for the children without giving any more details. It seems that I can’t go into this store anymore without being harassed for money by some solicitor on my way in and on my way out. Other than that I like this store but I will avoid it rather than having to deal with a guilt trip on my way in and on my way out about giving someone my money for some sketchy charity.

The majority of my food items were found here recently with good meat selections. I wasn’t happy with the produce recently though, so had to shop elsewhere for those. A few of the aisles were really messy for some reason, but I was able to find almost everything I needed.

So frustrating to find a price these days. You pick up an item in Home Goods and the shelf label doesn’t match. One pillow I loved didn’t have a corresponding shelf label in the entire section even though there were multiple pillows just like it on the shelf. I got so frustrated I just didn’t buy the pillow. Then the next 2 sections I went to had the same problem with other items. None of these items were seasonal. What gives, Walmart?
✭✭✭ By April Spencer (2 months ago)
FRUSTRATING! I had trouble finding the pickup area with only one sign. Then they only had ONE guy working… WORKING VERY HARD and filling about 16 out of 20 spaces that stayed full as I observed for about 25 minutes while waiting for my groceries. THEIR EMPLOYEE DESERVES A HUGE RAISE AS HE WAS DOING THE WORK OF ABOUT 3 PEOPLE! Management should have done a better job!
