Very spacious store with video games that the kids can play while you go browsing for the items you are shopping for. I went in looking for a keyboard and mouse, ac adapter, and a VR headset. Found the keyboard and mouse but not the other stuff so 4 stars because of that.

Was shopping for a new item. Usually i feel very pressured or the opposite, i can’t find anyone to help. But not here, at this best buy there were associates available in all areas and everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and overall very impressive! Best experience in a best buy ever! Actually one of the best experiences I’ve ever had shopping for electronics.

Huge location with a lot to look at. They have many options now for computer keyboards, mice, and headphones for gaming. Everyone’s is always nice and friendly to help out. The restrooms weren’t that dirty at least when I went. They smelled good. They also have a huge selection of professional cameras.

This is my favorite Best Buy in El Paso for some reasons; first, it’s so easy to shop here because it is will arranged. Finding the products that you want to buy is very easy. Another reason why I loves this place, is because the staff is so friendly, and lastly, because it is so spacious.

I spoke with an employee who called himself “Erick” wouldn’t give any other identifying information. (Joe Battle location) Erick is the rudest, most inept customer service representative that I have ever spoken to. If Best Buy knew how he spoke to me about my major appliance repair questions I would hope they would Fire Him immediately. I’m an avid shopper at Best Buy or was because me and every one I know will never step foot there as long as “Erick” is still employed there. Shame on you Best Buy for not training your employees better.

The service and great deals we got there we’re phenomenal. Jaylen is the one that helped us and I can’t say enough about him. He proved to be very knowledgeable and looked for our best interest. Thank you Best Buy for having such an incredible employee at your store.

For such a busy place you would think they would hire more people to service their customers. They don’t take direct calls you have to go through some call center in another state there is always a line and the support team whether you go in to buy a product or use Geek Squad you are going to have to wait till you make an appointment and if you are a walk-in good luck it’s not going to happen. That’s what happens with these huge chain of retail stores. Best Buy is not a place that cares about their customers.

    Bad experience with customer service.
Escalated situation with manager and there was no effort on his end to find a solution to my problem.

The story is, I order a TV that included a Free echo dot as a promotion.
The order was delayed by Best Buy for a week later than it was supposed to be.
Unfortunately I was on a business trip so I couldn’t pick up the order. The order got cancelled. I called customer support to help with the situation they re-did the order, but they said to go to the store to get the Free echo dot because they couldn’t do it on the system.
So of course I went to pick up the TV and ask them for the Free echo that I was supposed to receive in the first order. The guy who helped said he couldn’t do anything. He called his manager, and the manager said he couldn’t do anything and his answer was just to go and call customer help. Very cold and uncaring attitude to be honest.

So much for customer service at the store.
After no resolution, I ended up leaving the store with only the TV and with no Free echo as advertised.

I have called my credit card and I am disputing this charge, for false advertising.

Don’t recommend you dealing with the staff or manager there, since all they will do is waste your time and say: “nothing I can do, sorry. Go and call the customer support number.”

Miguel from the car audio part of the shop is amazing. He knows his craft very well. He’s got my total confidence with handling my car as well as the sound system. Very friendly person. I will definitely be coming back and requesting his services for my up coming vehicles.

We have never been disappointed with Best Buy, and today was no different. Micheal Denogean was great in helping us find a new fridge, and found us a great deal. He provided us great service and explained what we needed to know in detail. Great guy so seek him out.

The customer service staff was extremely helpful and kind during a sensitive situation involving the return process of a large item.
All staff involved in the return a few days later and a subsequent purchase of a different item was efficient and helpful, making it easy and qwick for me. The positive interactions with the staff was appreciated and I will be directing more business here going forward.

We asked for a sales associate and the employee named Paul came right away and was honest on which dryer would best meet our needs. Very professional and helpful. Thanks to Paul we left with a dryer and satisfied by the amazing customer service!

If you don’t look rich. Or you’re under the age of say 35 you can kiss any sort of help goodbye. Planned on buying an 800 dollar freezer tonight. Walked around for 20 minutes in two different sections. Had at least 4 employees walk by us multiple times and never got so much as a smile or a nod. Genuinely one of the worst Best Buy locations I ever have the displeasure of visiting. Never gets better been there a million times and the story is the same each time.

I love going to this location. The staff are usually very helpful and friendly. The product is generally as described. I have had very few issues here, and the few I have had have been resolved quickly.

The store is cleaned and organized and things a pretty easy to find. I’ve noticed though that they are fairly short on staff so if you need assistance with anything, expect to wait a while.

Store is clean, employees are attentive without being intrusive. The supervisor (forgot the name he told me, he was wearing glasses) printed out two full lists of the items I would need to completely redo my car’s stereo system, accounting for the year make and model so I won’t be buying something that doesn’t fit. I work in sales and I was blown away by his dedication to helping me, makes me want to improve for my own clients.

Best Buy has very good sales. Their customer service is knowledgeable and usually very good. I had an issue with buying a new phone and didn’t understand the policy of prepaid vs postpaid. The rep tried to explain it to me over and over 🫣😂 I had no idea how it worked and it sounded absurd to me. I ended up paying $100 extra just to keep my T-Mobile account at the rate I’ve been getting. It was very frustrating. I had tried to contact them by phone and chat with absolutely no results. Labor Day was a zoo and I ended up going the next day. It’s still a nice store for many different types of purchases. Their sales are usually very good.

Best Buy is always great. Not only is the customer service phenomenal, but so are the sales and inventory. I tend to go to this best buy in Albuquerque exclusively thanks to the service I have received. Keep up the great work!

Best part about this place is the employees that are willing to listen and answer any questions you may have. One of the cashier’s , however, he was awfully rude. I wish I would have gotten his name. Not enough to ruin the trip to Best Buy though. Got what I wanted and walked out paying less than I planned for something better than I was originally going in for. (Wireless headphones)

Best Buy Geek Squad failed me today. This location told me to bring my unit in and they would help me determine what replacement part I need for my pc power supply. When I hauled the unit over they told me they couldn’t see me without an appointment. Uh, they failed to mention that the first time. So them their available appointment times didn’t work for my schedule and so I asked the guy if he could just help me determine where I could buy the part if i found the specs myself. He flatly said “I’m not a sales guy so I don’t know”. These were my first experiences with the geek squad and I’m terribly disappointed. I bought the unit from Best Buy and they couldn’t help me without a hassle.

I came to Best Buy to buy my wife an Apple Pencil. One of the reps went to the back and handed me one and told me to go the customer service desk to pay. I paid, went to the house, and when my wife opened the box, it was EMPTY. I also noticed that the package did not have a clear wrapping or seal. I drove all the way back to the store and tried to explain the situation to a manager. They stated that they looked at the cameras and that when the customer service rep sold it to me, it had a seal which is 100% false. When ever you buy from here please make sure you open the package to make sure you have what you paid for.

I have purchased at this Best Buy on multiple occasions. Today I bought a replacement washer machine. The price happened to be on sale, but better than that…the staff was both helpful and welcoming…

I believe it was the manager of the appliance section who stopped to answer questions and helped me clarify some points…she was excellent of demeanor and helpfulness. I truly appreciated her taking the extra time to answer all my questions with a genuine smile on her face!

Next was the young man that checked me out (Dale maybe??). He was also kind and helpful, though he really tried to push me on the $199 geek squad protection lol. However, the experience was quite good and sets a high bar…

…I wish I had bought my dryer from them as well; especially with a 5 yr warranty where I can not worry about it at all…

Managers and security are super helpful. I wanted to exchange my CO2 bottles and the security guard said I can grab the ones I want to replace with and head to customer service. I went to customer service and she wasn’t sure about the process. Asked another employee and he also said they don’t do exchanges. I didn’t give an issues as, well I don’t know their processes. The security guard asked me to wait while he grabbed a manager as he for sure knew Best Buy did CO2 exchanges. He grabbed the manager for me and he helped me with the process. The managers were also learning the new process so it took a while, but I’m just glad they’re helping me so I didn’t mind the wait. In the end I got my CO2 canisters exchanged and now I can enjoy my sparkling water. I would love for the other employees to learn the process so I don’t get turned away again!

I ended up getting double billed for an item that was supposed to be shipped to my home. They sent it by some company called Roadies who left it outside of a building that isn’t even the building I live in and sent me a picture. The manager seems to have tried to fix it so, I wouldn’t say it’s the in-store staff that had the problem but definitely an issue. I recommend just do in-store pickup the shipping is it safe you’ll end up paying double. It won’t be worth it.

This is basically my reading for ALL Best Buys. Specifically in regards to the computer and tablets department. Rather than tailoring their customer service and recommendations to the customer’s needs, they go based off whatever the corporate company is forcing them to pay regardless of whether or actually suits their needs and pushing for product that may not work for them. This comes from both personal experience and experiences I’ve heard from others as well. I’ve had positive experiences with their Geek Squad and front end cashier teams but not good enough to override the experience from the sales team.
