This Walmart is absolutely one of the cleanest formal service in the front room of the bathroom. The staff is nice. Management is doing their job wonderfully and easy to find things. Besides, there is a theft problem, however, everything seems to be under control while I was visiting from nearby Philadelphia this past week

It’s an okay store, especially if you don’t need much assistance. The floor space is (unsurprisingly) huge so it could take some time getting everything you need. Grocery selections are decent but the fresh produce section lacks variety. Self-checkout was speedy and convenient, and parking spots are plentiful.

It was pretty busy and prices were wrong on a few things I looked at today but it was not that bad

After looking for an eyeglass store that was close to me, Wal-marts Vision Center was the best. Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices for a new pair of glasses. I would definitely recommend others to patronize your store.

Fully accessible store, restrooms and parking. If you ask the staff where something is located, they will walk you to what you’re looking for. The women and ladies sections have a good selection. Pricing is the same as the other Wal-Marts I frequent. VERY Clean and organized.

I was at Walmart shopping some days ago and went to use the restroom and to my surprise, it was messy and had a very bad odor. The paper towel bin was full to the top and overflowing, tissue was all over the floor, and bodily fluid was on the toilet seat. couldn’t use it because of the condition it was in.

I really like this Walmart employees always helpful and cashiers always fast and friendly. This store is always nicely stocked and always good sales 👌 and cool new foods to try

Even though I showed up 15 minutes before closing, I interacted with 3-4 staff members and they were all incredibly helpful and willing to help me out since I was in a hurry to get out before close.

The store was well organized and overall clean. Definitely a positive experience, most notably due to the friendly staff.

Typical Walmart but the only one in this area so very useful. I have had good checkout experiences and some not so great but I was not expecting a VIP service here anyway. Drive in to the parking lot is not great, it’s better if you make the left into the lot earlier instead of driving all the way down unless you’re dropping someone off.

Typical Walmart, nothing wow, nothing negative. It’s about the prices. Can occasionally be a bit of a challenge in and out depending on how busy this location gets. In a Pittsburgh way, sometimes it’s easy sometimes it’s a pain but typical of the topography in this part of the country. Store is usually busy and well kept so I would not avoid it. Doesn’t have the same food selection as the flagship stores but still is pretty good overall. On the Walmart store 5 star scale it’s worthy of a 3 or 4 star store.

We come here pretty often! This time around they’re ready for the holidays. The Walmart app will tell you if you’re looking for a specific item what aisle it’s in which is VERY VERY helpful especially when you’re in a rush.

The downside is, although Walmart might not be in control of this, some customers here seem rather incapable of looking where they’re going which definitely dulls the light of a big-franchise shopping experience. It’s a similar situation at the Supercenter in West Mifflin but I wouldn’t say it’s as bad since that location is at the top of a mountain and not all that in-plain-sight. As a result, this one has some more trouble keeping up with stock.

We forgot to bring the birthday candle with us so we decided to place an order to a nearby Walmart supermarket. It’s surprisingly fast that they have to pick up option without any service fee and it only take about 40 minutes for them to get the merchant ready for pick up. Which is pretty fast and efficient so I gave this five star for their quick service.

We constantly shop at this Walmart and will continue to do so. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly and of course with Walmart, the prices are always fair for most things! We’re always offered help if we look lost on what we’re looking for, we usually always find everything we need and then some. If a price is marked wrong (it happens, it’s retail and busy!) we’re always given the price we see after alerting the staff! Have never had an issue with this store or it’s wonderful staff. Will continue shopping here!

Associates were helpful and polite. The store is extremely difficult to navigate with little to no selection. Genuinely did not feel like I was in Walmart. It is very small, almost like a mix between KMart and Walmart. I’d rather go somewhere else, no real gripe with it, just had off vibes.

For a small WalMart, there are many perks. The shelves are always well-stocked; the staff pleasant and helpful. I’ve never encountered a staff member who seemed to be unhappy with their job. Customer service has never failed to treat me with respect. Plenty of shopping carts in the store. Thank you WalMart on 88👍👌😊

By far one of the worst Walmarts of the County. Is messy, shelf are often empty, find a employee is no an option mission impossible. There are about 20 registers. And only 2 open most of the time. Cashier’s are often friendly, other than that if you can avoid this Walmart do it. The one in university Blvd is much better. Even the one in Robinson is better than this.

Just love this Walmart, the shelves were well stocked Evan though the store was extremely busy before the holiday rush. The register lines weren’t very long because of the large check out staff, can tell the management is on the ball. Refreshing assurance of professional service at this location

We were just there in the self check out on the food side. We were purchasing alot of food. When we entered the self checkout area a female staff whispered to a male staff to watch us scan everything. I get it that’s their job and I fully expect them to do it. But to say it loud enough for my wife and I to hear it and then for the male to come stand behind us the entire time we checked out was degrading and awkward. There were plenty of other customers around that they weren’t even looking at. Profiling isn’t their job. Watch everyone not just who they believe fits a certain description. I’m so disappointed with this experience. I’ve been shopping there far to long to be made to feel this embarrassed over a simple shopping trip.

Pros – it’s a superstore so they sell everything that you need. The self-checkouts will be your best friend if you don’t buy a lot of items, and the prices are reasonable. I have bought shoes, winter coat and dress shirts from this store two years ago and I still wear them! I also got a bunch of kids chairs for children’s church, and surprisingly three years later they are still sturdy and none has broken so far.The items at this store are affordable, and recently they have employed an AI machine that drives around the store to keep track of inventory.

Cons – customer service isn’t the best. Also they have twenty checkout counters but only open three!?

Terrible. If you value your time and your sanity then I recommend you stay far, far away from this store. It’s NEARLY post-apocalyptic here. Expect 30 minutes just to check out and that’s if you survive going down the aisles or even the parking lot.

This is a smaller, but well-kept and clean, location. I wandered around and was impressed by the organization and general cleanliness of the shopping area. The clerks were filling stock, and they were polite and professional. Go here. It’s a nice Wal-Mart.

Welp, the waterworks Walmart is now Permanently Closed but there is still a lot of other stores in the mall like Market District, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc! I remember Ames and Hills in that location a long time ago. But now I wonder what is going in that location now. So now Walmart is the second location that closed at waterworks mall currently because the Bed Bath and Beyond there Shut Down a while ago but that location is still left abandoned! I have been to that Walmart a couple times before but my last time there was last year when I was with my dad when me and him had to run errands. And then to end this, when I heard the news about it closing, I was surprised because that was a busy store but then it stopped being busy, so that’s why they closed down!

Isles were cluttered with product that needed stocked, but I did not see any employees stocking the shelves. This made it difficult to navigate and find what I came to buy. I found multiple gallons of milk past their expiration dates. Only two actual cashiers on duty on a Saturday. My choice was to wait 10 minutes for a cashier or stand in line 10 minutes to use a self checkout.

I am sorry to see this store close. It is/was not one of their “superstores,” but it was still convenient and offered competitive prices against the usual competition, like Target. It was the only Walmart in Pittsburgh proper. Several years ago in this store, I did have a run in once with a rude female manager, who is utter trash. Im guessing she was fired as she was not a great rep for their store. Yet I commend the employees who worked so hard during the final two weeks of the store’s 50% – 75% and I guess 85% sales. The store was extremely busy, with the store’s employees closing the store before 5PM due to extreme customer overload. I will miss this store and I thank all the employees for the great job they did before the closing.

DO NOT USE SAME DAY/SCHEDULED DELIVERY SERVICES!!!! I ordered same day delivery and over half of my order was not delivered – it was not marked as unavailable in order to not charge me and was not in the delivery picture of my doorstep. The next day I attempted to order the missing items, my order was delayed for over three hours and the store would not answer the phone – I wasn’t on hold, the call just ended after a few minutes, not even an option to leave a message – so I had to cancel the order.
