Very friendly and helpful staff. Store is well organized & it’s easy to find the items you’re looking for. Water isle needs to be stocked constantly. Seems like every time I go they are low in water. Other than that, great store!

So I had to call twice, and yeah I was kinda chatty to much one FINALLY after 2 calls I got ahold of someone. He told me who to speak to and have me names but in the middle of some advice that coulda probably really helped, he hung up on me. I understand you’re closing but just tell me “ma’am I need to finish my work” not hang up on me. I was once a manager and that was just rude. It’s not the same store it was back when I was there

Typical Walmart but only has groceries. The grocery aisles are a little better organized than the Walmart store I do other shopping in and the brands are the same as expected. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come to this store when one closer to home would suffice

Customer service is non existent at Walmart. Its a joke. No one knows anything and they roll there eyes and talk to their friends in a different language if u ask a question. I hate Walmart. If it wasn’t so cheap I would boycott it

Friendly clean store with attentive staff but no check outs other than self service open at 08:35 in the morning.
We needed a big shop as we had just arrived on holiday.
Self service isn’t suitable for more than a couple of bag’s.

Once you accept that there’s no one to help you with anything, and that’s how the company manages to keep the prices so low (no employees = less salaries to pay = lower costs to run the store = stuff can be cheaper) then it’s a pretty great store. Just that they can sometimes be out of stock for items I want. Not usually, just sometimes. Maybe every 3rd visit they’ll be missing something I want. But the store’s clean, stuff’s organized, and they have a wide selection. I’d like to give them 4.5 stars if that were an option.

    Racist Staff!

We decided to make a nice purchase to donate to the humane society but it wouldn’t fit in my wife’s car so we went to get out other larger vehicle. The nice gentleman at the costumer service desk let us keep the merchandise there until we came back. We get there to pick everything up and my wife goes back to the car to get the receipt. They ask me at the costumer service desk what I needed and I told them I was picking our stuff up but that I was waiting for my wife with the receipt, they said it was ok for me to take it so I did. I was stopped at the door out of everyone else that was going out which is ok to ask for the receipt, I told the door man to follow me to the costumer service desk to clear everything up and when I came out there was 3 man waiting for me like if I was gonna bomb the place or something. At this moment my wife walks in with the receipt which I handle to these men for them to not even look at. I bet if I was a white person this wouldn’t had happen.

I know they don’t care about my business but they lost a loyal costumer forever.

I’m not a big Walmart fan to begin with. But this location is not very great. Its dirty and unorganized. Price tags are either non existent or incorrect. Shelves are poorly stocked, half the employees are lazy and not helpful at at. Some of them seem to get attitudes when you ask them a question. Parkinglot is like a big trash heap. Carts are never collected often so you are dodging carts through the parking lot either becuase the cart corals are overly full or lazy people who can’t walk 20 feet just leave them in the way.
I sometimes go here when I don’t feel like driving the extra 4 miles, but 9 times outta 10 regret it.

My wife and I entered the store shortly after 8 am to find the pharmacy not open until 9 am. The pharmacist noticed me waiting and in distress and asked me for the prescription which he prepared for me and provided me just before 9 am. This was amazing as he could see my sense of urgency and was happy to help me.
While this was happening, my wife went over to have my sunglasses fixed. The gentleman took the sunglasses into the back and returned them fixed on two minutes NO CHARGE! That type of customer service resonates with me and we forced ourselves to buy multiple additional items while in there. I will remember this experience and Walmart will see a lot more of my money going forward

This is really alarming with everything that’s going on. I feel that right before our very eyes they’re making changes to the rotisserie chicken and placing them in bags. Half of the bags are wide open. I am hoping that this is not the new norms.

Marina is the employee I had the pleasure encountering today at the Ala carte area. Great experience every time I go.Marina always go above and beyond to make sure all orders are correct while serving customers with a very kind, pleasant, friendly attitude and great communication skills. She is an exemplary employee. While waiting in line I watched her help at least three people speaking three different languages. Walmart should have her as a trainer teach others that work for them. Thank you Marina. Keep up the great work.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Been going to this Walmart for years, today was the last time. I felt my safety was compromised by Walmart employees. Long story short I purchased a vacuum cleaner, the door helped & I stopped the, the big guy didn’t know how to read properly when I showed him on my receipt that it was paid for $119, and sent me to customer service who said I was good, he then proceeded to block the door saying that it was not correct even when I showed him on the app how much it was & told him to get his scanner gun to double check & he refused. He then had some lady who didn’t speak a lick of English block me on the door and I then had enough of the nonsense I gave them the vacuum cleaner & went to leave out of the other door & this lady grabbed my cart and swung me back to her way, that is when I told her no we are done here. I loaded my cart full of groceries in my car, went back inside told customer service what happened and returned & got my money back for the vacuum. But just a heads up these Walmart employees are ridiculous and out of control. I hope they learn better procedures because there are too many crazy unsafe people out there.

Went to customer service three times to announce talk to people nobody’s here to help. Every time I come in the store there’s never anyone to help here. Waited over 45 minutes. They announced on the intercom nobody comes and seems like no the managers care.

I’m a 39 year RN, BSN. I recently picked up a prescription for a topical cream and was told I’d have to have a pharmacist consult about this medication. I told the tech I want to opt of the consult. I have dispensed and used this medication many times. I was told this was the store policy. I told her I understand but want to opt out. I paid for the cream and another item. She handed me the bag and I left the store. After I get in my car the pharmacy called. Apparently they with held the cream I paid for. The tech didn’t tell me she was holding the cream. She said I was seen on camera leaving the store without the cream. Yes that’s true I was leaving the store without the cream I paid for. I have a sore back at the moment and I have a handicap. I walked back into the store and the pharmacist “Karen” kept pointing to all their cameras. IMHO the emoloyee repeatedly pointing to the cameras only escalates a situation.” I said good but I would like the cream I paid for. She said “You need the consult that it’s our store policy.” I said it’s not my policy that I want to opt out. She said I can’t opt out. At this point I said fine give me the consult. She handed me the bag and said “Apply the cream three times a day”. Really? This was worth all the inconvenience to me as a customer? My professional opinion is a customer should be able to opt out and sign they accept the risk without the consult. BUT never should Walmart be able to withhold a paid item without telling the customer they were doing so.
F/U I just spoke with the pharmacy manager who of course heard their side of the story. I suggested she watch the camera video to get the real story. As I told her, I understand they have a policy. I may not agree with it. BUT Walmart doesn’t have the right to “sneakily” withhold a paid item and not tell the customer they are doing that. That’s what I told the manager I was upset about. Her employee kept “my paid” for item under the counter without telling me. THAT should have been very transparent! That’s not good customer service!

Went in to purchase some Pokémon cards and this was the ONLY product on the shelves.
    Packages of stolen merchandise.
I tried to inform customer service to which nobody seemed to care.
Maybe add some loss prevention instead of self checkout and a person checking my receipt up front. Because that’s obviously not stopping thieves.
These are 30-50 dollar packs might I add.

    DO BETTER WALMART

By Matthew Bossi (3 months ago)
We are in town for youth football. After getting the groceries we needed at the store we went to the check out. Our card wouldn’t swipe and the cashier and front end Manager Evelyn told us they were unable to type in the card to help us check out. I asked for the manager information or to speak with them and Evelyn wouldn’t give me the information. I used the information in the receipt to calm the store and ask to speak to the manager on duty and was hung up on twice. Needless to say, we have more big purchases to make while in town and will not be returning to the store.

THE WORST SHOPPING/CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! I Had to speak with 5 associates before I found 1 that spoke English! I found the floor model of the bicycle I wanted. The bicycle was tagged at $98.00. I asked for one in a box. I proceeded to cashier to find the bicycle was $229.00 BIG PRICE SWITCH!!! I WAS DIRECTED TO THE STORE MANAGER, HE SAYS ITS A MISTAKE ALL THE BICYCLES ON THE FLOOR ARE OFTEN MISMARKED! HE WOULD NOT HONOR THE STORE MISTAKE!!!! I ASKED FOR HIS FULL NAME AND HE REFUSED! WHAT A HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!

Even though this Walmart’s hours are advertised as 6am-11PM, they close at 10PM. The front door says 11 PM?! Some lady, maybe an employee but no badge or vest, shouting in Spanish that they are closed.
Also, this store is basically self check-out, which causes gigantic lines to leave during peak hours. Not great. Go to target.

This man made these people stop and take everything from their bags and got down on his knees to check the other items in bags below buggy. All of this was done after he watched the cashier ring them up. Pathetic!

Typical Walmart. Surprisingly well stocked and organized. Lots of beach and outdoor items

One of the worse stores in Naples. Got there 15 min before closing and the doors were closed. 2 ladies were trying to fight me and telling me that if i’m not working over there i can’t come in. Excuse me? On the ice cream isle the ice cream was thrown on the floor half melted. Nobody to help you and all the people i asked were not speaking any english.Wallmart…what is happening?
By Alex M (6 months ago)
Absolutely will not be ever shopping here again. All self check out except 4 lanes, none had an employee. I asked if there was anyone available and the answer was no. I had a very full cart.
There was a greeter and someone checking carts exiting the store. Because this is way more important than assisting those actually buying product in the store.
How about training one of those employees be on a register?
After all if Walmart really cared about my “valued customer” experience they would stop forcing customers into self check out lanes. Wellll I now longer will be forced because I am not shopping here again!
So irritated with my experience today.
Just pile them on top of my many “valued customer” experiences at Walmart:/

Ridiculous store all self checkout of course and they still have the audacity to stop you when you’re walking out to look at your receipt. It’s happened twice now that the same lady stops us to look at the receipt and when she sees it’s a long one she hands over the receipt for us too look for the item she wants to make sure we paid for. I told her it’s your job you can look for it yourself you stopped us. Barely even spoke English. They should get employees that actually do their job right.

Absolutely one of the worst stores in Naples! The staff is rude and have zero customer service. Do you self a favor and go to Publix and don’t waste your time on people that treat you like they are doing you a favor by coming to work!! It deserves zero stars.
