Great superstore with a wide array of products which go out of stock quick which leaves empty shelves which is not a good look. restocking staff are very helpful except when they take your cart thinking its a ghost cart (abandoned with merchandise)… good enough for a walmart experience…..

Wait times at check out are intolerable. People saving spaces for others shopping then bring in 2 or 3 carts when close to check out. Have waited >40min in line for check out in line 30. The last 28min supposedly only had 4 carts in front of me until twice other people were added. Not reasonable. Most check outs don’t have cashiers even. Very poorly staffed. Never had a worse experience in this store or any

Carts piling up in the handicap parking spots. I had to help a disabled woman move them out of the way so she could park and get out of her car after I already notified staff and showed them pictures of the issue. Someone please do your job so disabled individuals can have equal access to your store. I informed employees that the handicap parking was being blocked they took quite some time to address the matter then just piled the carts in the stripped part of the handicap parking. Putting the carts in the stripped area does not make this more accessible as that area is for vans/vehicles with lifts to have enough room for disabled individuals to get in and out of the lift typically used for wheelchairs

Terrible. Good luck finding a shopping cart. They take forever to bring them back inside. ALWAYS long waiting lines for self checkout. They should limit the items because most of the customers are extremely slow scanning the products. They have good deals and the store is big, but I avoid going there because of the lines to checkout.

Large supermarket with the great variety of products. Reasonably priced items. Workers were polite. However, I took one star off because out of 5 or 6 workers I asked for directions, only 1 was able to understand some basic English. Otherwise, I was able to find all the things I needed.

It’s Sunday and there’s only 2 cashier’s open. Look at the line! I’ll never come back here again. Will go to Publix from now on

Terrible experience, looking for one item, lighter fluid, spent 20 minutes being sent back and forth to random departments because instead of assisting, random employees would just send me to another department or day “i don’t know.”

Finally spoke with a manager up front, Donovan who directed me to the correct area but there was none in stock even though it shows as available for pickup in the app.

Employees need better training and the inventory should be updated on the application. Additionally, if an employee does not know they should find somebody who does instead of just saying ” I don’t know” and walking away.

The pharmacy staff are kind and professional. They help you get the best price for your prescription. I also appreciate all the self checkout registers available.

I love supercenters, i always find everything that i need, food, electronics, literally everything. The restrooms are always clean, and the people like to help. The self checkout is great. I also like that they hire older people, but it would be great if they give a chair to older people to seat while working, i remember seeing a man he was at least 70 that was working on the exit, he looked very exhausting and he didn’t had a chair to sit.
Everything else is good, and i also think the quality of the products are good like the prices.

This is one of the worse if not THE WORST Walmart in all Florida State, I’ve visited several across USA and Florida particular but this one has a lack of knowledge and understanding of how managed a supermarket like Walmart franchise. Associates when asked for some product just has one answer: if you don’t see it then we don’t have it! rude, disrespectful, inattentive and negligent at theirs most mediocre service. There’s no assertive management neither is effective in most elemental situations… Restocking management: see pictures attached

Usually I have items delivered but today we decided to go directly to the store. We got everything we needed. I always am pleased with the produce and other things I need. Of course we went at the busy time when people were getting out of work. The parking lot was busy but we really didn’t have a difficult time parking. The staff is always pleasant, another great shopping trip. The rotisserie chicken hot and delicious.

Use as a last resort !!!!! More than 20 Registers. And 2 cashier’s open daily!!! Management never opens other registers On purpose. Just for Customers to get frustrated, and leave. Open the other registers. It’s that simple. And Hire better workers not snappy, lippy , employee’s who always say they don’t know where anything is. And leave there large restocking carts in the way, blocking isles and don’t have the common sense to say sorry or move it they just look at you nasty as if your a bother.

The shopping carts are a disaster their wheels work unpredictable, they are set one inside the other difficult to pull out for old people, last Thursday the entrance door to pharmacy and bakery didn’t work and the floor had something that looked like vomit and the employee there was trying to redirect the public but nobody to clean up, parking lot with garbage (it was 10 am at my visit). Walmart was a nice place to shop.

This has to be the worst walmart in Miami. They had no registers opened except self checkout. There were huge lines and none of the employees seemed to want to help ease the lines. For being such a little walmart, not a super center shouldn’t be that hard to have employees at the registers. No customer service at all. I literally had only one item to pay for and no register for 20 items or less.

Love this place if youre just getting food without the need of the rediculously large super centers with a bunch of people

No cashiers on duty. Some people don’t have skills to even scan their own stuff. If I am going to have to wait these long I should get extra discounts.

    Once again
It’s puzzling Walmart’s general management in its Miami stores , it’s understood they are trying to save on cashiers or simply there’s a shortage of personell.

But why they do not open more self-serve lanes is beyond understanding.

This is the Third store visited in two weeks where there are only 2 cashiers open with 12 self-serve lanes closed and only 4 are open.

    Meantime there’s a 20 to 30 minute waiting line.

    What’s going on Walmart????

By Javier Hickman (5 months ago)
Extremely long lines, it is like this every time, even worst on the weekends. The self check out machines are usually broken and there’s only 2 cashiers every time, all the other cashiers are closed. They need to hire or schedule more cashiers.

Visited to return online order. Only 2 employees were working. Waiting line was very long at least more than 20people were in the line to return or send money. But I would like to go their gardening section again. Plus my favorite Korean shin noodle was on sale. Lol

of all the states i went on vacation this walmart was the worst the cashiers on purpose take their time to scan the items the lines go around every store because the cashiers are not fast they have closed cashiers and there are no cashiers for you to pay yourself like other walmarts so I don’t recommend you visit it if you come to Miami on vacation it will take you 2:30 hours in the line to pay the managers are rude and do nothing to solve the problem of the huge lines to pay I would give it zero stars it is horrible this walmart 😡🤬

There are nice item great prices. The worst attitudes from the workers. This store is so ghetto. Everyone walk by you, and no one ask if you need any help. What happen to customer service. The guy work in auto care gave me the wrong battery. Just close the store.
By Rosland Severance (4 months ago)
Disastrous!! Few registers open and hundreds and hundreds of people waiting in humongous lines, you have to queue up among the clothes and intimate apparel as there is no room for such hugh lines.. you have to wait over an hour or two to check out….. everyday the same, at all days, at all hours.. even if it is 10am , 12 Pm, 2 PM a monday or tuesday the line is a pain in the ass….
It is necessary walmart start to care about people and stop treating customers as animals
