Great store for pretty much anything you need in the electronic world of technology. I needed a printer for work and found one no problem and was on sale for a great price. I didn’t even have to find someone for help that how easy it was to find the printers and get one. I purchased the Canon TR4700 series all in one printer. July 22, 2022 was a different shopping experience because the store is undergoing major interior renovations. Should be interesting, as there was so much hustle and bustle by both employees and numerous contractors.

They are more dumb and even o showed them the promotions on their website they still don’t willing to give the promotion. Also, some of the staff are very rude, they don’t want to admit their mistakes. Definitely, not the experience I am looking from BestBuy. I’ve come here a few times recently due to the holiday season and of course since it’s New Hampshire, it’s a great location to save a few bucks.
The parking here can be a little cramped during busy hours, but it honestly wasn’t too bad even during peak Black Friday hours.
I enjoy the layout of the store. As an Apple fanboy, it’s great that the section is immediately within view upon entering.

In past 8 months have ordered a dishwasher (during first builder’s supply chain shortage) and a washing machine. To make sure I spoke to a person so I could ask a few questions about delivery and auxiliary items I would need to purchase, I researched online but used the Best Buy phone number. At most places I don’t usually buy the store warranty but at Best Buy I always do.
It’s cheap, fair and it gives you 2 years to get anything under warranty repaired or replaced If it gets replaced you can pay for a new warranty, on that item, for another 2 years starting over from that day ! It’s a great deal

I had done some online order pickup for a phone with a trade in and the manager came up and spent like a good 30+ minutes making sure my order went through correctly. At first the trade in value kept showing up as incorrect even though the online order was correct. The manager wouldn’t give up until he was able to get the trade in to go through properly. We obtained this new TV from them in January 2021 with a five year warranty.
My 2020 Samsung TV went out in late October, two techs came out the next day. They stated it needed a part replacement. I didn’t hear a word in weeks, multiple calls got no where. Finally it was scheduled and turns out, it was the wrong diagnosis. Tech stated they will ordering a part and I should hear back that night. Over three weeks later and I haven’t heard a peep.
Every phone rep I speak with states they will contact the tech team to expedite and nothing seems to occur.
I would strongly encourage anyone to use a credit card which offers warranty protection over this paid for service.By Ed (2 months ago)I have been into the Newington Best Buy twice in the last month. The first trip to appliances and the second to entertainment. The products we purchased have all been great but the real stand-out was the sales representative who coincidentally helped us for both trips. Josh was a delight to work with, he is knowledgeable, and took time to make sure he understood what we were looking for before making any recommendations, he is also funny to boot. When we were looking for a TV he wanted to know all about the room it was going in, window placement, direction (N, S, E, or W) and what we watched, before we even looked at TVs. On appliance day I jokingly said I wanted a drink cooler fridge to replace a trash compactor we didn’t use in the kitchen, he quickly found a product that would work in our space. Please be careful with an open-box items that are sold in this store as they sell apple products by putting it in a transparent Ziploc bags and without an original box and with some missing parts. I’ve attached a picture of an apple watch that I purchased from this store, the condition of the watch must be in an excellent condition, however, the Apple watch came in with no box at all and with some missing parts and some cosmetic changes.
