Our experience with Brandon in the Automotive Department today was exceptional! He’s an exemplary customer service associate and human … Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented and most of all an excellent problem solver (I bought the wrong headlight and he found and replaced the right one without any issues) thank you sir!

Today I purchased cleaning supplies to clean the mess my untrained pup made in my living room. The shopping experience was ideal. Clean environment, polite associates and affordable prices.

You should be able to feel safe in Walmart.

An employee of this store, Johnny, verbally assaulted my 2 minor children and then tried to remove them from the store without notifying an adult.

This is NOT a safe environment.

This location has only self checkout and no cashiers or if they have somewhere a cashier can work I’ve never seen one there. Just makes me sad because although that job was never a great job it was still a job. I rarely shop at Wal-Mart except when I need things I can’t buy elsewhere locally so maybe twice a year. I understand the draw to save money but honestly Target is cheaper on many things when you factor in promotions like $5 off $25 at Family Dollar and Dollar General or promotions like buy 3 laundry products and get a $10 gift card at Target. Walmart never ever has those promotions. The other stores I shop at including the local grocery store offer digital coupons instead of needing to clip paper coupons which is easier for most people. I’ll take the $20 savings in digital coupons over the $0.20 in savings when paying $9.98 at Walmart vs. $9.99 at Dollar General or local grocery. Plus they pay cashiers so people have jobs!!! On the plus side the store was pretty clean.

This t.v that I returned. Was bought with a credit card. Wanted to return it but did not have the credit card. The person that purchased it for me said.. that I can switch it or get a gift card. I said ok! Took it in.. and the manager lupita said no
.. only go back on cradit card and they also unpacked the 58 inch flat screen in the front of the customer service line. Not behind the counter. I felt very much like a criminal situation. ..
I never ever opened the box, not even touched the tape!

The manager was unprofessional she even stopped to talk to people she knew and the cashier had to remind her that she called her for me after I was denied a cash refund or the wal mart gift card refund. I had a receipt! My name was also on the box because after he ordered it on line he said he put it in my name so that I can pick it up.

Lubbock supercenter (marsha sharp)’s customer service is worst customer service ever. They even didn’t talk properly to the customers. I had an issue with my mattress, i talked to Walmart customer service email and tried to show the email the people at the store customer service, simply they didn’t care, they even didn’t look at the email. A lady was there who has curly hair. She was so arrogant

This Walmart I like. Employees are friendly and helpful. The shelves are stocked with things essential to a households needs. You don’t have to worry about getting tackled at the door for going the wrong way or not stopping to show receipt of bagged items.

I still like this Walmart the best out of the one that are the closest to my home, however here lately they have been poorly stocked. I am not sure if it’s due to school, college starting back up or they seem to be a little short of staff here lately as well BUT STILL MY FAVORITE ONE CLOSE BY ME BECAUSE NO MATTER LACK OK CERTAIN THINGS THEY STAFF THEY DO HAVE IS EXTREMELY NICE.

Everytime I try pick up here they take forever, get my order wrong and don’t have what I need. People are just driving to the door to get their orders instead of checking in on the app. Poor management.

Much respect to Jerry Garcia for your awesome customer service. I genuinely appreciate you taking time to assist during my visit. Means more than you may know. Happy holiday to you and yours.

Seems like you’re under constant surveillance that doesn’t end till you leave the parking lot. Remember you have the right to refuse when asked to present your receipt when leaving. Just say no thanks or state I exercise my right to refuse.

It’s Walmart. Not going to play games. Step 👏🏼 up 👏🏼 your 👏🏼 customer 👏🏼 service Walmart! Wasn’t my worst walmart trip but I’ve yet to have a more than sub- par visit to Walmart. Every visit.

It will be a nice Store when everything is put in/up on proper Isles. There were only two (2) Checkers/Cashiers working at 12 noon on Sunday. Not enough. My Checker was pleasant though.

There are 20+ Self Checkout Lanes. I can’t physically do my own checking out, and don’t feel I should have to do so.

I bought my phone there recently. And it was a quick transaction. The clerk was very helpful. The only complaint I have is that they did not have a case for my phone in the store. I bought a Motorola with a stylus. But other then that I was very pleased

Absolutely dislike being followed and got at by loss prevention. For whatever reason they seem to think I’m up to no good at the store. Not really sure what possesses them to follow me, but it’s tiresome they treat me less than and I spend so much money at the store and others.

I don’t see how many can say this walmart a 5 star lol…somethings wrong for real.first off imma say corporate must be saving or trying to save money not letting workers or not hiring enough working to run the store between 7 to close…tonight I watched huge lines of ppl waiting to be checked out because all their self check outs only using card not cash or card and the other side of walmart none of their self check outs are working sadly plus 3 cashiers only???????? With a lot of ppl still in line sadly walmart this location needs to step it up period stop relying of self check outs and start hiring…enough with the high labor what happen to customer satifaction,??????? Corporate office needs to stop worrying about labor pay more if that’s the case to hire ppl to work at night as cashiers covid is over already ppl get off late now can’t come to walmart when it use to be 24 hrs this is dumb if corporate was getting paid the same as their employees maybe they would understand more about running a store

It’s a nice new Store. Almost everything is on it’s place. Looking at on line items show to be on a certain isle, but weren’t. Had to look at another store. Unfortunately at 12 to 1pm on a Sunday afternoon there were only two (2) Cashiers/Checkers working. Our of 20+ registers that’s not enough. Unless you want to check yourself out, I do not.

Found great selection of the foods I like. They do need have more than one cashier available, although, it did encourage me to learn to use the self checkouts. The young man working that area was very kind and helpful!

Lines were from one end of the store to the other. There were maybe half a dozen registers open. The custom service desk was also extremely slow. For this to be the busiest time of year, I hope the cashier’s become more efficient. Store was being restocked at 6, but work’s needed on speed getting people out.

Things seem to be out of place. The store felt backward. Produce department was very small. Missing lots of items off the shelves. Staff was friendly and bathrooms seemed recently cleaned.

The staff member in the photo, Korina was very helpful in finding things that seem to be out of their normal locations. Just very deliteful and knowledgeable. A real gem for Walmart.

If you like my review, please like and follow. Thanks.

A pretty typical Walmart. Wide aisles, clean, relatively inexpensive. Employees were working diligently, and seemed willing to help, although I didn’t need assistance. I was impressed by the number of smiles I saw. Everyone seemed happy.

Instead of utilizing after hours for stocking, cleaning, etc since they are no longer open 24 hours, they jam the aisles with workers and carts making it hard to get to things. And absolutely DO NOT use their pick up services. TWICE I was notified my order was ready and no one there knew a thing about it. I had two people actually tell me I was next when I asked about it after sitting over an hour the last time. Got rid of app and will never use that subpar service again.

Most registers are self service and it’s a hassle having to wait for someone to view your receipt after you pay in order to leave the store especially when there’s a line at the exit.

Don’t inconvenience the customers because you’ve cut out regular cashier customer service.

The only drawback to this particular store is that for some reason about every 6-8 months the store manager likes to rearrange/change everything! Just when you get used to what he did last time, WHOOSH! He does it again! He just recently got rid of 98% of the cashiers right before the holidays, and installed wall to wall self checkouts!
✭✭✭✭ By Floyd Alan Harris (a month ago)
What makes the walmart experience less than perfect is that the self checkout. If I had wanted to work for Walmart I would have, now walmart expects me to work for free and check myself out. If you want people to check themselves out then we should be compensated by lower prices or paid a salary. Better yet keep those people that have lost their jobs to self checkouts.
