Wonderful 👍😊 Amazing!!!! PHYLLIS YOUR AWESOME.. Can’t wait to come back to see you, she was so good to me and my Girlfriend, Ms Barbara and I had a incredible time, from the moment we came into the store, A young man was waiting to assist my friend with a mobile car so she could ride around to get her groceries. I loved that they were so aware of our needs and had the best attitudes and real humble and beautiful people. The also was a young lady who was stocking up the cheese’s and I had been looking for a specialty cheese 🧀 Hoop cheese. She had never heard of it but was sincere in her attempt to assist me how ever she could. She had a great spirit and smile 😊. Very nice people all around. Can’t wait to go back. This the very best Grocery store in Greensboro and the surrounding area.

I visited here 12:50pm on Friday afternoon after leaving a dentist appointment across the street. Parking was easy and simple. I didn’t get a cart initially because I only planned to get two items… I fooled myself lol. It’s Walmart. When do I ever only get what I come in for, lol. I had to go and get a cart. This process is not pleasant. I had to go all the way to the checkout registers to exit and then come back in. Nonetheless, while not convenient, it wasn’t *too* time consuming.

I’ve probably been here *maybe* once before several years ago but I don’t live on this side of time, so this definitely wouldn’t be a place I go regularly. I figured it’d be easy to stop here since I was close. I got all the items I needed and more, lol. They only have self check out with 12 registers. There was a staff person in the area. No issues really. I will add that it was pretty cold inside. The heat was on and it felt amazing when I walked past the events.

A very good small store for everyday use . Well maintained , employees were nice , restrooms are clean, ample car parking , location is spot on. They don’t have large collections of items and don’t expect compared to super Walmart. But this is good store for quick and everyday product shopping. Sore pickup is available , multiple kiosks like Redbox are available. Will recommend this store

The produce looked fresh. Other stock was running low but they were re-stocking. Employees were VERY friendly and helpful. Checkout is self-check with an employee readily available.

Good loation, variety of items but was little empty.i guess it was stocking time maybe thats why. I liked the idea of how they were regulating the outside air where there refrigerators so its not too cold like it usually is at walmart especially with kids. Great customer service

I went shopping the day before having an exam in which it was stipulated that I had to have an external webcam to my laptop and a microphone, so, being short on cash, I went to my local Walmart on Wendover Avenue in Greensboro and brought a webcam that was assured to me would be just what I needed and easy to install and operate. WRONG! Trusting the sales rep as I did, foolishly, I woke up from a tiring day at 10pm and decided to go ahead and download the necessary software for my exam the next morning, but, much to my suprise, there was no software. That meant, no exam for me the next day and, even worse, I now have to undergo a prolonged waiting period before I can reschedule this exam again. Way to go Walmart, you totally messed my life up, as now I have to reschedule and replan my whole goal in reaching a life long goal I am striving for. Never will I ever shop again for anything so important as this again, my bad, at Walmart. Also, what in the world are they thinking, selling products that you can’t use because they don’t have the needed software to download so that the products can actually be used! Are you really that desperate to rob people of their money that you do this knowing the products people buy are essentially useless?????? Pictures by Klacey’s Photography.

I haven’t been to this location in years and I was quickly reminded as to why. There were no carts, the store is filthy, I waited over 15 minutes for someone to unlock a case and they never showed. I asked another employee if they could do it and they told me two locations I could fine the employee to do it. I’m not chasing Simone down so they could do their job. We left there went to Target, and even my four year old granddaughter commented how much nicer and clear Target is over Walmart. I will spend the extra money for the cleanliness, comfort and safety in the future.

I like being able to shop and get most of my stuff in one place. And a few people there are very nice. My biggest complaint is that I don’t understand why the employees just stand around looking at you while they get paid to force people to use the self checkout! Open the registers. It’s faster to get people checked out. I really would appreciate it.

Very clean, shelves look good with product put up the right way. There were quite a few things out of stock but nothing I was needing && this is also expected these days . Only thing I don’t like, and this is at many Walmart stores, is that self checkout closes at 9 and there were only 3 lanes open (many employees around though) and pretty long lines. Other than that, all was good.

I rarely come to this Walmart as the one on Pyramid Villiage is closer to me. Sometimes they have more items or more in stock. Nonetheless, about a week ago, I came to get something for dinner as I was close to it. I was there longer than expected and got a few more items than needed, but hey, that’s Walmart.

When I get home, I found out my son stole a king sized 3 musketeers candy bar. Well… I came back on a Friday afternoon around 4pm so he can tell on himself, pay for what he stole (as has money due to receiving an allowance), AND buy the manager a stack of their choice. I will add that he knew this was going to happen prior to us going inside.

You enter the store on the right and exit on the left. These are the two main entrances/exits. Unlike many other Supercenters, there isn’t an entrance/exit on both sides. There is 1 entrance door and 1 exit door and they aren’t that far apart from each other. Customer service is to the right when you walk in. There is a coin star machine, ATM, and rug doctor by the registers. Past customer service is produce and bakery.

We waiting in line, which was a short wait. The cashier had to call a manager/team lead over from another department. Per the name badge “Rwaa” was team lead who assisted. My son told her what he did. I had her tell him possible consequences and he started crying. Afterwards, we got went to get what he stole plus another candy. “Rwaa” didn’t want to chose, so I just picked a king sized skittles. Then we went back to customer service and he paid for both with his debit card. Both items stayed in the store, then we left. He claims to have learned his lesson, but we shall see.

The staff we interacted with was friendly. I didn’t go past the front of the store this visit. I did notice that the area where the shopping carts normally be was unusually low in stock, meaning that they were in use or outside. I’m sure I’ll return. They have ample self self out lines along with traditional lines.

There’s no honor in Walmart when it comes to clearance items.

On August 6, 2022, around 9 am -9:15 am, my granny and myself are checking out in lane 13 at 3738 Battleground Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410. We picked out 6 pairs of pajama shorts and other items FOR A DOLLAR. but was ringing up for $5. The friendly cashier called the manager over to override the things because I showed her a photo of the clearance rack. The sale price on both sides of the frame read $1. The items on the stand are the same on both sides. I had snapped two photos.

The Lead Line Person, TeQuita, looked at the items, checked her watch, and left to view the sale rack. She has been gone for a long time. They open another lane (11.) It shouldn’t have taken that long because the stand was in front of the store’s main walking area. She was gone for about 10 minutes.

TeQuita (braids) returns and tells me I can only purchase one item at $1. I would have to pay $5 each for the rest of the shorts. I said theirs no limit on the items listed. She said it was store policy.

HERE IS THE SCAM WALMART RUNS ON CUSTOMERS!
I ask to speak to a manager. TeQuita dials someone and calls them by the name Vanessa. She tells Vanessa that one side of the rack says $5, and the other says $1. I know she is lying. I took photos. Then she attempts to put Vanessa on speaker. I said no, thank you. I will go to Target. As we are walking out, an elderly white male employee is walking behind me and saying gt out, goodbye. Have a nice day. I pull out my phone, walk to the rack, and videotape the new display signs TeQuita changed to $5.

I leave the store. I go to my car and call to ask to speak to the store manager. I ask for the name of the District Manager. After a few minutes, a woman named Vanessa comes to the phone. I started asking her why I did the price change mid-purchase. She said she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her that you just told TeQuita not to honor the price. Vanessa said she was not the one on the phone with TeQuita.

    Scam alert
TeQuita pretended to be on the phone with Vanessa. How often have Vanessa, TeQuita, and Walmart pulled this scam on customers?

It’s a fine enough Walmart, I suppose. It’s big, and it carries a great deal of items. Self checkout lanes are the only ones that are ever reliably open, though—I rarely see actual cashiers working when I go. Shelves are often disorganized, aisles frequently are filled with shipping crates that make them incredibly inaccessible to folks with mobility issues. Further, certain departments close before the store as a whole closes, and there is little to no signage to inform customers of this (for example, the technology department closes several hours before the store does). So while in terms of shopping, this location somewhat gets the job done, it doesn’t particularly stand out as a great store.

I am 9 months pregnant. My husband works over 40 hours a week and didn’t have time to get what we needed this week. I went to Walmart because they are the closest to my house that take WIC. If you have ever used WIC you know you have to check out with an cashier you cannot use it at self-checkout. This Walmart only had two lanes open with live cashiers the rest was self checkout. I waited in line for over 30 minutes and standing is not easy when you’re 39 weeks pregnant. I got to the front of the line and was checking out with the cashier and she was extremely tired due to being overworked. She had been stuck at a register without a break for over 5 hours or lunch. Not only was the line ridiculously long the cashier was so tired she was moving extremely slow. You need to hire more employees and treat them better then maybe you wouldn’t be so understaffed.

An hour before closing and they only had self check out available. They were sold out of every item that the website said they had in stock. They had the ac on although it was 40 degrees in the evening. The aisles were jam packed with boxes and pallets of goods for black Friday sales.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

The attitudes from the employees are horrible. Don’t ask them a question and it’s not their department they’ll lose it lol. They love to get an attitude and walk away when you ask that question. Cashiers don’t speak ring your items up in silence don’t even tell you the total. Most of them seem unhappy, actually miserable. If you go to self-checkout the cashiers are laughing and talking loud not even paying attention or concerned about what’s going on. Some people aren’t meant to work with the public come shopping here and you’ll see exactly what I mean. Pick-up orders are ALWAYS delayed especially morning orders. What’s the point of having designated spots to pick up groceries if you allow cars to park there while they go into the store? Check your eggs and bags before you pull off my eggs are normally broken and don’t call because they don’t answer the phone. If they do consider yourself lucky.

Exchanged an item and waited in a very long line forever while one poor girl was working customer service alone. Several employees were just walking around not doing anything and/or talking to each other or hanging out and Cashiers were on their phones while doing transactions. Went to get my new item and they were rude when checking out and charged my card multiple times. I called the next day when I noticed to try and fix it. Called 5 times with no answer 4 of those times and once someone answered and immediately hung up. I get its busy this time of the year but also… it’s busy this time of the year so you shouldn’t be on phones, talking or hanging out, being rude to customers, or refusing to answer phones

This Walmart was amazing. From the managers to the bakery associates. They were able to put a rush cake order in when the wendover location closed and I couldn’t pick up my cake. They had it ready in 20 minutes! Thank you so much!

Walmart wants everyone to use self checkout. Never enough registers open. I have also found out of date products on the shelf. The people processing online orders don’t care about getting in the way of the people shopping. I’ve witnessed people walking out without paying and no one does anything about it. It’s sad.

I live in pittsboro. I stopped in this store on the way home. I bought multiple items. I asked the cashier if that was all the bags. She gave me an attitude and said yes. …… turns out I’m missing a bag worth about $30 of my $50 purchase. I’ve been trying to reach someone for over 2 hrs and I e tried every department. I’m loaded off I have to drive an 1hr and 15min back to the store…… and my bag probably wont even be there.

While out and about, I remember that I needed some storage containers to clean up and organize my home. It was 10pm on a Saturday night during this trip. The parking lot wasn’t full and there weren’t many people inside.

I noticed that many items that college students would need was out of stock or low in stock such as cooking utensils, bathroom items, and bedroom items. I found a 50qt container for $7, which was a rollback. It was on the end of an aisle. Right when I was about to checkout, I just so happen to look over and see an entire aisle of storage containers, which I’m glad I did! I ended up finding an 18 gal container for the same price. I got 3. I also grabbed some clothes hangers for my kid because he needed more. It seems like majority of the time kids hangers or low in stock or they don’t have any.

When it was time to checkout, I noticed lines of people. There was 1 line with an actually person open and the self checkout by grocery section was open. It was around 10:25 when I checked out and the line wasn’t too bad; short wait. I used Walmart app to pay. With the app, you can add your debit, gift card, credit card. You get an electronic receipt, which I love! If you get a printed receipt, you can upload it and store a electronic copy.

They normally have security outside in the parking lot. This Walmart is the closet to my house, so I come here frequently. A good portion of the college students come here as A&T is less than 10 minutes away.

Tip: Use Walmart app to scan items to get prices.

This is DAY 3 of trying to get tires from Walmart. I had an appt at 7am Nov. 8th no techs. Then again on the 9th no techs till 10am (I couldn’t wait hence why I scheduled at 7am). I doubled back yesterday afternoon to only find out they only had 1 tech and he was leaving at 5pm. Now today AGAIN 7AM (2nd scheduled) and they are not OPEN. It is technically 7:18am and they are still closed. Walmart tires are cheaper but you pay a higher price due to the lack of good customer service. Never an apology just excuses. If you’re not going to open at 7am you should change your hours. If you’re not going to provide service past 5pm you should probably close at 5pm instead of 7pm. If you are understaffed you should probably hire people and train them. At this point I’d rather pay more money for a better experience. 😡🤬👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Went to pick up a spark delivery order I have in both nc and sc , done spark deliveries yet at this location had so many people inside yet they got no work done at all and pretended I was the problem after waiting over 45 mins and cancelling the order disappointing the receiving customer and my self. People are paying extra for this service and they are ruining it I took pictures of the whole UNWORKING CREW

The store is always dirty . Profanity written in nail polish on the makeup isle. Always understocked. Most employees just standing around like they’re lost. Best thing about the store is the door greeter is usually so nice .
