This Target has just undergone a renovation, and the end result is so nice! I really like shopping here. Although the parking garage looks grimy, the store itself looks very clean. The staff are some of the best Target employees I’ve ever encountered. I can see why Seattleites rave about this location.

I give it a ☆3 because of few times experience. Some of the staff are nice but most of them dont want to help. There are some people with the “security” jacket that actually can help better. They have 3floors in this building for Target, if Im not mistaken, so its huge place. It is 5,6,and 7th floor. Maybe even 8th,not so sure. They have pharmacy and as I know they also doing covid vaccine here, in case you need one. It wasn’t easy to get schedule from my experience but hopefully they are improving.

The returns and exchanges line is all the way to the door… Completely deflating my ability to do a quick order pick up from what I placed online in advance. Additionally the service worker at the pick-up counter informed me the line was too long to assist me to check out with three small items that I had with me from browsing the store while I waited for my pick up to be ready. Shopping carts were completely unavailable, so I had to carry these items by hand around the store the entire time. I’m a regular Target shopper and will certainly be making an effort to avoid this location in the future, as I much prefer the usual friendly and convenient experience to which I am accustomed.

Target get it together!!! A couple points for a store that’s literally making a ton of money; if you want people to spend more money they need a vessel to carry the objects they want to purchase…not a cart in sight, when I asked the checker the poor person said that everyone called in sick… dude…target…you literally make so much money you should pay your people more so they want to come to work!!! I basically should get rebate because I have to pull a cart from the parking lot and check myself out…I need an employee discount. Do better you are making to much profit on exploiting your customers!!! This place is a big bummer!!

Nice big selection, convenient to the Northgate light rail station, and they have lots of self-checkout lanes open which I love! They seem to have some stocking issues, but I suppose everyone does these days. Also somewhat understaffed/poorly allocated – called the guest services desk 4 or 5 times throughout the day with no answer, so I just had to make the trip up to ask about their lost and found (and they didn’t end up having the missing item, so an answer over the phone would have been quite nice 😅)

No plants and google said they had plants and it’s taxed for stuff that you find half price at Walmart or online so not impressed

Went back for air mattress and blanket they had it but again it’s overpriced and taxed but they did have the stuff there so I gave them 3 stars for over priced stuff!!

    To whom it may concern,

I came to Target as I’ve shopped at many Targets throughout the USA. I love this store and what it has to bring. I came in today to return an item I purchased, and found I had already had at home. Approaching the 5-7 employees standing (socializing) at the customer service desk. I was not greeted, not responded to, nor was there any show of customer support. I returned the item, and proceeded to accomplish some shopping to prepare for my weekend and found a line of 15+ customers. They are only able to go through self checkout! I don’t know if this is the route target is aiming for, but I do feel there is a lack of management here and I decided to make my shopping elsewhere.

Great girl working at the guest service. She goes beyond to help me find the product. I don’t have her name on my receipt. I’ve been here a lot. I haven’t found any bad thing here.

Down 2 stars because I ordered pick up 2 times and both times were a bad experience. The first time I went to pick it up, they told me it’s out of stock. The 2nd time I went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. Had notice to pick it up the next day. I wouldn’t order pick up at this store.

If you choose Drive up, make sure to give the order no less than four hours lead time. I’ve had to cancel more than one order because it took longer than three hours and I couldn’t wait. The two hour promise is not something that is kept.

My family and I have watched this target go from the best to the worst over the decades.

The fitting room is only available between 1pm-5pm. Majority of the working class are at work during these hours so it’s very frustrating. The girl who was working at the fitting room today told us to take it to corporate headquarters who made the decision after my brother made a comment its dumb.

The customer service always have staff but they are never paying attention to the customers. Chit chatting withing amongst themselves. Or the security is there taking away their attention.

The lack of cashiers is so sad and disappointing for a huge store like target. They literally have one cashier open and self check basically year round now. So be prepared to WAIT in line.

The bathrooms are absolutely HORRENDOUS and absolutely DISGUSTING! The floors are always filled with toilet paper and trash, toilets are clogged or trashed w human hazardous liquids.

Not sure what happened to target but they let themselves go.

Honestly unlike many other peoples experiences here mine have been great. Yes this neighborhood is in need of some love and you should use caution throughout downtown, that should be put against target. I really do respect target for making more of their stores in cool, urban locations. Didn’t have any issues with the staff since most of it has become self checkout, has everything from clothes to groceries and more, prices are fine, and unlike many of the other reviews have said it’s actually really well stocked. I take the star off because yes it still has some work to do here and there, not far off though. Just small problems like lots of items are only in bulk instead of solo one person things etc. This target has my respect for sure.

Eye-opening. My heart goes out to the hard-working staff here who have to worry about their safety. Nothing but empty shelves in this store because of all the junkies stealing everything they can get their hands on. Both Target and the City of Seattle need to take action. This really goes to show the corruption going on in this city and how rotten Seattle really is.

A truly terrible store. Great location, right by Pike Place Market, but in the 5 years we’ve been going to it, the stocking has got worse and worse. At first, my joke was “go there with a shopping list of 5 items, you’ll be lucky to find 3 in stock”. Now odds are good you won’t find any.

The frozen and refrigerated items are often as much as three quarters empty. The pharmacy aisles are sometimes 90% empty. And now, to top it off, they have removed all the baskets from the store and all but a handful of carts.

At checkout today everybody in line was juggling their items in their hands because of this. Employees claimed they had been stolen but I don’t believe it, as it was a very short time between having plenty of baskets and adequate carts and having no baskets and almost no carts. And the carts’ wheels lock if get anywhere near the doors, as when trying to return them to the right place after checkout.

I don’t know if Target corporate wants to drive customers away, or whether the local manager is terrible. But the result is very poor.

It has an apocalyptic feel to it. The shelves are half empty and there are arm guards at every entrance. I don’t blame the business for this but the environment. Hoping it improves for the sake of everyone.

A rather small Target. There is no restrooms for customers. Parking is free up to two hours with 20 dollars purchases
