I came in last minute to grab some batteries I needed for a shoot this weekend and during checkout Ian made my visit a very memorable one, he asked me what camera I use and we chatted about how we each used to broadcast the news in high school as part of our video class!😂

    This store is terrible. I ordered a vacuum that was sent from this store and received an air fryer. Told the delivery shipt and was told nothing he could do and this has happened multiple times. 3 weeks now and no vacuum, no refund no apology. Can’t get ahold of store and Best Buy corporate has been useless with lies every day.

    Was just in today looking to upgrade my home network. When I saw the router I wanted was on sale and had a trade-in offer for an extra 15% off if I brought in my old router, I jumped on the opportunity. When I got to the store, the customer service rep could not find the trade-in deal in the system. However, a manager was able to verify that the offer was still on the website and was able to honor the offer. She even volunteered to grab the new router I wanted so I did not have to search. Amazing customer service and I will continue to check and see if items are available at Best Buy before ordering online.

    This Best Buy location is the best place to go if you’re looking for a great deal. If you want something but can’t afford it, they do offer credit cards that allow you to make affordable monthly payments! The staff are very good at what they do. They are polite, respectful, and professional.
    Also, this location is known for having the best price for Pokémon cards. They have a wide selection as well.

    This Best Buy is managed very well and stocks the vast majority of items I look for here. I haven’t used the geek squad, because I’m a techie myself, but the rest of the staff have been super helpful and accommodating. On my most recent purchase, I was able to do an online price match without any trouble.

    My first stop in town for electronics.

    Impressive to hear the main tech help associate help each customer, stop acknowledge get a quick brief from other customers in line, and get back to finishing up with their current. Impressive management customer service skills on the fly.

    Smooth transaction, associates were attentive but not overbearing, thank you.

    Would like to see more 100% made in usa merchandise vs China etc. I’ll go out of my way to buy sustainable products, lots of lost sales due to only seeking profit stores…

    I really enjoy going into Best Buy and browsing around. The people who work there generally are friendly and willing to answer questions. Their process for picking up online orders is pretty smooth as well.

    I purchased chargers online successfully. But when I picked it up, they only have 2 of the things I purchased. The gentleman worked on it to figure out if they have it in stock. They do, but there’s only 1 left. I ask if I can get that one left on their floor, he advised me inorder to do that, I have to cancel my last 2 order and order the other one online again. So, I opted to wait for less complications. Customer Service was friendly, and very helpful. This review would have been a 5 star if they have accurate # of items on their shelf available online to make sure we don’t have to wait another 2 weeks to wait for our order.

    I bought a new refrigerator here and I would have never thought this was the place to do it. I knew I wanted a certain model of Samsung and they carried it. The prices were just as low as anywhere else in the valley and the service was really very good. They delivered the fridge today and the delivery guys were awesome! The service has been A-1 from start to finish. I would highly recommend Best Buy for your appliance needs, they do a great job.

    Bought over $3000 worth of appliances and the service plan. Told me to be home from 7am to 1pm for my fridge. No one showed up. No one called. I called, 4 times. Still don’t know why they blew me off. No one bothered to find out or rectify the fact that I wasted a day. Even put in requests to speak to a supervisor and the manager of the local store. Nothing yet. Still no fridge. Great service before they got paid. Garbage after they have your money.

    Walked in prepared to buy an item. It was locked in a case. I waited at least 15 minutes in the department that sold the item I was looking for (all the sales reps were busy and sounded pretty helpful to the folks they were working with).

    I then approached someone at the front of the store that was on a cell phone. They told me they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have keys.

    It isn’t worth going to the store anymore, I ordered online from a competitor. In total it was about 45 minutes of the day between the drive and waiting around the store.

    Next time, it’s straight to the other stores website.

    Reluctantly and as a last resort I went to the Geek Squad for computer help. WOW! What a pleasant surprise! I expected hourly employees without specific computer expertise but was desperate… What I found was totally knowledgeable computer guys!! They knew their stuff and got me all fixed up and I didn’t have to buy a new computer like I thought I would have to. Note: Pretty much all the employees try to get you to buy the Total Tech membership. (Don’t know if it’s a commission thing or what?) But, if you are having computer work done, it just might be worth considering. For me, it was WELL WORTH it as it not only covered all my repairs but also provided back up services from my cell phone to a portable drive (and I didn’t buy my phone there nor do I have service there.) Plus they match prices from anywhere (including Amazon) and the Total Tech adds to the warranty. I am sold on the Geeks! You won’t be disappointed.

    Came in one day to do some laptop shopping. Got some help from a very knowledgeable employee “Austin” helped me pic out the best product for what I’m trying to accomplish and within my price range. Next day I came back and got some help from another employee “Brandon” with some accessories I wanted to pick up. Yet again, it was another easy, knowledgeable, helpful experience.     They need a better system for their warehouse operations at this location. For someone picking up packages it shouldn’t be such a hassle. Ring the bell, wait a reasonable amount of time, get package and leave. That’s how it should be; however, at this store they have warehouse people doing so many other things that a lot of the time after waiting 10-15 min with no response to the bell I have to go around front, go inside & ask if anyone is in the shipping area, then go back out drive back around to the shipping door and wait some more. Get your warehouse people help.

    Best Buy offers some great deals and a good selection of products. Unfortunately, this location is one of the worst I’ve visited. The place is chaotic and looks like they are having a going out of business garage sale. Boxes and products are in every aisle, while many shelves are not stocked. Some items are not in the correct spot, adding confusion when trying to figure out pricing. The checkout is poorly designed with the Geek Squad line and cashier lines combined. Staff is hard to pick out because they are dressed like it’s their day off. I didn’t feel like shopping around because it’s just a mess. I got what I needed and got out. I’d rather shop online.

    I visited here with my son. He went in to purchase a head unit for his car. Didn’t want to spend a lot of $$$. He found what he was looking for, thanks to the help of one young man who knew what he was talking about. Head unit, install and options all at a reasonable price. My son was happy, and I was happy. Sometimes associates don’t ask enough questions or spend enough time with the customer to determine what is needed and at what price point.

    This Best Buy is located in Idaho Falls. It’s a decent store. They seem to not have a large selection of video games anymore but their selection of computer parts and computers has gotten larger. The employees were not very helpful so I didn’t decide to buy anything.

    Drove 45 minutes to pick up a new iPhone but forgot to transfer all of my old photos and information to the cloud before hand. Sara P. let me stay almost an hour after they closed to help get everything transferred and everything setup on the new phone. Very impressed with her customer service! Thanks Sara and Best Buy!

    I don’t know if there’s much use in visiting Best Buys anymore… Unless you really need a salesperson to talk you through your laptop purchase. Otherwise, you get the same process ordering online, and reviews of most products are available on YouTube. There aren’t many items in stock on the shelves. Best Buy’s main push is now selling bundled service plans which I can’t imagine anyone really gets use out of, so you’re just giving them extra money. The staff at this particular store has always been very friendly.

    They have an awesome team at this store. Even when short handed they have amazing customer service. You might have to wait 1-2 minutes for help but they treat you like family. I’ve shopper here a ton. I recently got a new phone with Verizon. The store manager noticed me lingering and asked ifbI need help. He stopped what he was doing and set me up for an appointment the next day. Ken(?) their Verizon rep was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and patient.

    I checked ahead for an item I needed and the website showed they not only carried it, but that it was indeed in-stock. I went immediately after work only to find the section where the item I was looking for didn’t even have a peg for it and the sign listed everything but what I wanted. So many empty shelves and pegs everywhere, really. As usual…no one available to ask. I only go to Best Buy as a last resort because of the terrible service, but this town is very limited on electronics stores. I guess I’ll have to just cave in and shop online…with a different company.
